Danu invited Ardan to sit down in front of her while Layla was in the kitchen preparing breakfast for the three of them.

Layla does not know that her father is coming to her apartment. So he just made breakfast for two people so now he's back making breakfast for his dad.

Meanwhile Danu and Ardan faced each other in the living room with an atmosphere that felt so awkward and stiff.

" So you're the son of Rehan and Aurel who's getting married to my daughter?" ask Danu to Ardan.

Ardan who is currently feeling nervous and stiff faced Danu for the first time he has difficulty answering that simple question.

Danu only grunted angrily to her daughter who was now more defensive of outsiders than herself as her father.

" I'm your father so you better defend me instead of defending him!" said Danu who began to be possessive of her own daughter.

The atmosphere in the dining room felt so tense because Ardan who had just been silent and noticed all the interactions between Laila and Danu.

Ardan knew that there was something unspoken between the two of them. Maybe it was the thing that made Layla cry last night but Ardan did not want to interfere with it because it was not his realm to do that.

After breakfast is finished. They got up from the dining table and headed to the living room.

" Okay, I have to go back to the hospital. Thanks for the breakfast and the ride!" said Ardan say goodbye to Danu who looked disappointed because Ardan who immediately left. He still wants to talk to his son-in-law.

However, Danu realized that the time was not fixed early in the morning this is a busy time to go to the office let alone start saying that Ardan has a schedule of operations in the hospital.

" Ardan. Wait for me to leave with you. Wasn't your car last night taken by your friend? I'll take you to the hospital!" said Layla who then headed into her room and got ready to go to work.

Danu seemed so happy to see Layla and Ardan's interaction so natural and almost without Falseness.
