If a user buys a place to live or is given a place to live by another user then automatically the place of residence will be his savepoint.

To prevent any crime, the residence of the user will not be accessible to other users, unless the user has given access permission to the user who wants to enter his residence. However, savepoints are spread across various server points other than private residences, can still be used by all users freely.
