"Are you sure, Boss?" ask the unbelieving Neil after getting an order from Trevor.

Trevor asks Neil to find the best plastic surgeon for Gwen. Because usually Trevor will never care about others but why Trevor even pretentious to care about the girl he just knew.

"Just obey my orders!" trevor replied loudly.

Not to be, Neil said. He's trying to find the best plastic surgeon who has high flying hours. And that day, Gwen was taken to one of the hospitals when Neil managed to find the right doctor.

The plastic surgeon named Marry examined the state of Gwen's face carefully.

"Make sure the operation looks natural" orders Trevor who makes Marry nod his head.

Trevor wants to leave the hospital immediately but he says goodbye to Gwen first.

"I'll be back when you recover" he said.

Gwen can only resign, I don't know what happens in the future which is clear now she wants to change her miserable life destiny.

"You nervous?" ask Marry's doctor when he'll anesthetize Gwen's body in the operating room.

Gwen nodded as this was her first experience of surgery. Especially the face surgery.

"Calm down, relax. It will be painful at first because we will do several operations but all will be worth the result" said Marry doctor trying to make Gwen calm.

"Yes, Doc." Gwen tried to relax. When the dope had worked, the girl closed her eyes slowly.

It takes several hours until the operation is complete. Dr. Marry who is an expert in the field did the surgery as well as possible.

Gwen's face was wrapped in bandages exactly like a mummy. The girl still closed her eyes as she was still under the influence of drugs.

But Gwen must be able to withstand it all because the following surgery will be done if the first operation has been declared cured.

"What hurts?" ask Marry's doctor when he sees Gwen's state of consciousness.

Gwen could only nod her head because her mouth was unable to speak.

"While eating with a straw, after this your face will swell and turn blue!" it was clearly Marry's doctor who made Gwen determined that her struggle should not be in vain.

Gwen had plastic surgery for about 6 months until she completely recovered and her face changed completely.

Trevor did not visit Gwen at all. The man only asked Gwen's condition occasionally to Marry's doctor.

It didn't matter to Gwen, after this she had to return the favor to Trevor.

"Perfect!" said Marry doctor when he saw the face of Gwen who turned into a beautiful girl.

Doctor Marry to tear up because of Gwen's facial surgery like natural. The people who were looking at Gwen now would definitely not have expected that the girl's face was the result of plastic surgery.

"Can I see it?" gwen asked with trembling lips. He was very curious about his new face.

Since the hot watering incident, Gwen did not want to see her face in front of the mirror as well as for 6 months in the hospital.

When Marry's doctor gave her a mirror, she slowly looked at him. Gwen's eyes were round looking at the face in front of the mirror, she had involuntarily shed her tears.
