Twenty-six

Mega fiddled herself in front of the mirror. She is currently in the bathroom of Tristan's penthouse. The man forbids himself from getting out of the penthouse in his wet clothes, Tristan instead asks his men to buy him a set of women's clothes complete with his underwear.

"how does he know my size?" megah muttered when everything that Tristan bought was so fitting with his body.

"are you done? I also have to take a shower" Tristan said from outside the door.

"yes sir" cried Mega and rushed out of the bathroom.

Mega opts out of Tristan's room and waits for the man in the living room. Looking around the penthouse, thinking about what work he should do next. But he didn't find what he was looking for. Everything is clean and neat. Several times Mega yawns because he was very sleepy because last night he could not sleep at all. Sitting on a soft and comfortable sofa slowly Mega went to dreamland.

Finished bathing Tristan found no whereabouts of Mega in his room. He searched all over the penthouse and smiled anxiously as he found the girl sleeping very soundly. Tristan stood in front of Mega and stared fixedly at the beautiful face. "why can I love you? I really don't know myself". After being satisfied looking at Mega's face, Tristan carefully held Mega and laid her on her bed. Mega just squirm small and find a comfortable position then go back to sleep. Before leaving the girl, Tristan ventured into kissing Mega's forehead softly and soulfully. "may you have a good dream".

Meanwhile, Jonathan is working at his music studio. Just by imagining Mega, Jonathan suddenly gets inspired and he manages to make a song. The song symbolizes Jonathan's feelings for Mega, a feeling of love that slowly grows from seeing the girl's purity of heart. Jonathan smiled with satisfaction as he managed to get the right tone for his song.

"i'll sing this as I express my feelings for you" Jonathan muttered as he stared at the scribbles before him.

"you like her, don't you?" yonathan's father exclaimed from the doorway.

Jonathan glanced at his father who was currently sitting in a wheelchair. "who allowed you to enter this room?"

Jonathan's father smiled wryly at his son's loud tone. "so soon express your feelings, before others first do" after giving advice to his son, Jonathan's father left the room.

"ck, why is it that the old man is meddling in my business now" Jonathan muttered annoyedly.

Jonathan got a message from his manager. A message containing his schedule for the next month. Two more days he has to go abroad and will stay for a month there. Currently his work is not only as a singer, but many of the well-known brand companies who want to make Jonathan as a brand ambassador for their products. And Jonathan started taking some offers that he found interesting and that he could do well. And after his return from abroad later, Jonathan will try to express his feelings to Mega.

Jonathan's phone rings back. This time there was a phone from an unknown number. Jonathan was reluctant to lift her, but the look of the caller did not easily give up and just kept calling her.

Finally Jonathan raised his. "hallo"

There was the sound of a woman crying on the other end of the phone. Jonathan frowned as he recognized the woman's voice. "Tessa, is that you?"

"where are you?" ask Jonathan. Tessa Jonathan was convinced the girl was drunk. And Jonathan didn't want anything to happen to the girl. Although Tessa always acts annoying when in front of her, but Jonathan really dotes on the girl like he deserves his own sister. Jonathan rushes to get his car keys and goes to the place where the girl mentioned.

Tessa is in a club. It looks like the club is quite quiet because it is still daytime. Jonathan sees Tessa sitting at the bartender's desk and is unconscious.

"sir, do you know this girl?" ask the bartender.

"yes, he's my brother" Jonathan replied.

"alright, you can take her. He's been very drunk, and one he hasn't paid for his drink"

Jonathan immediately pulled out a few pieces of money and handed them to the bartender, "thank you for taking care of him" Jonathan said, holding Tessa to his car.

Jonathan drives his car to Tessa's apartment. Tessa's appearance is completely drunk, Jonathan tries to wake the girl up to ask her apartment password but Tessa does not respond at all. Jonathan tries to call Tristan but the man does not pick up his call. Finally Jonathan called Hans and thankfully Tristan's right hand picked up his phone.

Hans asks Jonathan to take Tessa to the hotel. Once at his hotel, Hans is waiting for him on the bus, and the man offers to take Tessa and Jonathan. Hans immediately carried Tessa and led her to one of the rooms he had prepared before him. Hans carefully laid Tessa on the bed and covered the girl. As Hans was about to leave suddenly Tessa clasped his hand.

"don't go, I don't have anyone in the world" Tessa raced with her eyes closed. A single tear fell from the corner of the girl's eye.

Hans sat down beside the bed. Gently wiped away the tears that ran down the pretty girl's cheeks. "I knew all along your life was lonely. You're acting nice and childish because you want to get your sister's attention. Tessa, the truth is you're a nice, sweet girl, I know that".

Hearing Hans's voice, Tessa's grip on Hans's hand grew tighter. It was as if the girl heard every word Hans said to her.

Slowly Hans tries to release Tessa's grip on her hand. Being around the girl for too long is not good for her heart health. Yes, actually Hans has long harbored his feelings for Tessa. All Hans could do was love the girl in silence. Hans realizes his position, as Tessa is the younger sister of his boss. He doesn't deserve to be with Tessa because their lives are so different.

Right now being able to see the girl every day was more than enough for Hans. It's okay if Tessa never knows about her feelings, as long as the girl is okay then Hans will still be able to harbor her feelings.
