Alby is confused to see Haikal laughing is there anything strange? "Aren't you laughing?"
"I'm the same my two friends are not like you."
Haikal's words made Alby aware that he should not ask that, and if Alesa knew that he was being treated in the VVIP room, Alesa would not want to. Alby finally had the idea he was willing to go to Haikal and Airin to return to Alesa's ward.
