Chapter 40. Marriage Without Love

In one of the five-star hotels in the Aussie city, Australia, a wedding was held between Fergi and Lucia.

Not many colleagues who came to attend the wedding of the two considering the wedding was sudden and held in the country of people.

However, Aditya did not run out of sense to make the wedding party crowded.

They spread free food leaflets at the hotel so that the wedding of the two can be crowded like the others. Aditya also contacts some of his friends who live in the country, as well as Loli and Lucia's parents.

Lucia shook Fergi's hand and kissed her after the contract was over.

There was no reception for the second wedding as there were not many relatives from Fergi's parents or Lucia who were there. The parents postponed their reception and planned to hold a reception in the homeland only.

You guys just rest in your room. Come daddy deliver," Aditya said to his son and daughter-in-law.

Fergi and Lucia nodded and followed Aditya's steps into the room already rented as the bridal room by the parents.

"You rest, we all still want to chat" said Aditya and again the two simply replied with a nod.

"We can finally get married too" said Lucia with a bright facial expression.

"Are you happy with this wedding?" asked Fergi by looking into Lucia's eyes.

Of course the girl nodded. Married to Fergi was Lucia's wish since childhood. Lucia did admire the man since he was a Kindergarten because at that time Fergi looked so fond of him. Like a brother who loves his sister.

It is not unexpected that the love for Fergi continues to develop into an excessive love with age. However, in contrast to Lucia, Fergi even hates and is uncomfortable because Lucia seems to want to stick to him continuously.

Plus both of their parents seemed to support the girl's desire to unite with her.

"Unfortunately I don't" whispered Fergi in Lucia's ear.

The girl leaned her body against the back of the hotel bed.

"Maybe not now but someday. If you don't try how it's possible to get a sweet result." The girl then smiled confidently.

Lucia imagined someday Fergi turned into a man who loved her very much. Even Fergi was furious when there was a foreign man looking at her face.

Moments later Fergi came out of the bathroom while drying her wet hair with a towel. The man frowned at Lucia smiling to himself like a madman.

"Don't imagine anything weird!" exclaim Fergi while walking closer and sit on the edge of the bed.

"There is no first night even though we are married because this marriage is without love. I married you because I was tired of the persuasion from mommy. What happened yesterday between the two of us was beyond my awareness. So don't expect me to do it again even though you're already my wife. Until I can't love you."

Lucia did not reply, but got up and grabbed a towel towards the bathroom.

"Who also imagined the first night" murmured Lucia after closing the bathroom door.

In the bathroom, Lucia took a bath while singing to dispel her chaotic thoughts due to the last sentence said by Fergi earlier.

"God may not last a lifetime, give love Bang Fergi before I blow the last breath," said Lucia. The girl involuntarily shed her tears.

Elsewhere, within the country.

"Mommy! Mommy!" cantika shouted as she ran towards Mikhayla who was serving the buyers.

"What's the Cantika? Mommy's been this busy," Mikhayla said, turning her attention back to the buyer.

"You want to add a mba snack?" ask Mikhayla.

"By Ma'am, my son would have liked it if there were snacks. Ma'am Mika provides or do I have to buy it in another store?"

"There's no way Mbak fits in anyway. Nes, please get us our snack stock!"

"Okay, Mika, ready," replied Agnes and ran towards the pile of various snacks.

Seeing her busy mama Cantika he and standing sculpted.

"It's a pity that once we're done we'll have a chat" Mikhayla told Cantika.

Cantika could only nod his head and focus on seeing his mother whose hands moved so nimblely arranging the flowers into a bouquet of buyer orders.

"Here!" mikhayla exclaimed as the buyer was gone.

"What's wrong? Why does Cantika look so moody?"

Cantika immediately hugged the mother and cried.

"Hey why are you crying? Did someone hurt you? Or was Cantika disappointed that she would rather serve the buyer than chat with Cantika?" mikhayla.

"Keep because of what?"

"Om Fergi mami, um Fergi." Cantika.

"Om Fergi? What's wrong with her?" Mikhayla looks shocked, she thinks something happened with Fergi's flight. The man said he would make a flight tonight earlier on Mikhayla.

"He broke his promise to Cantika" the little girl whined.

"What promise?" Mikhayla really did not understand what Cantika meant.

"Nih mami look at yourself! Om Fergi is married to another woman even though he has promised to be papi cantika," said Cantika while thrusting her phone towards the mother.
