Arya is seen surviving Derrick's spear attack, she is seen already on the left side of the arena far from her initial position and there is a black-gray cat with an aura of darkness before her.

"Adududu, it hurts, haha." Arya chuckled while holding her butt as if she was really sick.

"Thank you Siren, you saved me back" he told the cat with a smile.

"Meaw." The cat meowed and turned into black smoke and entered Arya's magic book.

"You are still alive" said Derrick coldly turning to look at Arya, then headed towards Arya with slow steps and killing intent.

Suddenly a sword was in front of Derrick, it stopped Derrick's steps.

"He's lost, get back in line" said Xiao, who confronted Derrick with his sword.

"And you can also leave the arena and wait" Xiao told Arya after Derrick left.

After that incident the selection of the Magic Knights continued even though half the arena looked completely destroyed and was covered only by the earth wall alone, the magic Knight's selection test ended after the sun sank and hid.

"Participant number 1 was rejected, then participant number 2 advanced to the front." shouted the spokesman for the selection exam The magic knight announced and called the participants.

"Next participants number 8 forward." shouted the spokesman calling the number 8 participants to come forward.

Fan advanced arrogantly, he looked confident that he would be chosen by the Pitak Demon commander, because after all he was the personal disciple of the Pitak family head who was none other than the father of the Pitak Sect.

Surely Fan was in demand by two commanders, namely Semat Pitak commander of the Ghost Ground troops and also Yaga Light commander of the light eagle army.

"Before his opponent selected all the captains and went into the dark army which was a new army, did he do the same" whispered the others.

Previously Derrick also made all the captains raise their hands to recruit him, Derrick of course chose the dark forces commanded by the teacher (Xiao).

"Sorry second prince, we are also interested in recruiting him." Yaga Light said with a smile to Xiao who only replied with a mediocre face.

"No matter, everyone has the right to compete regardless of the status he has." Xiao replied indifferently as if unconcerned.

"Let me join forces of darkness, commander Xiao." said Aryaduta chose the dark army, the same one that Derrick chose.

The selection ended with a record of 79 people escaping, while the rest were declared unsuccessful for not being chosen by one of the commanders, even so they had a great chance to become soldiers in the royal military.

Derrick and Arya followed commander Xiao towards the dark forces headquarters with an aura full of competition, the two of them even threw their faces away.

"Why did you join the dark forces?" derrick asked finally after holding back his curiosity long enough.

"Haha, you mustn't underestimate your teacher's judgment, I accepted him joining the squad because he is also as talented as the two of you." commander Xiao replied with a laugh and entered the building and was followed by Derrick and Arya who were surprised to hear the fact that Commander Xiao did not deny that Derrick was his student.

"Are you really teachers and students?" ask Arya to make sure.

"Why? scared?" commander Xiao asked with a sharp glare, Arya replied to that glare with the same glare, seeing that Xiao smiled happily.

When they entered the headquarters, Arya was surprised because in the headquarters are so inversely proportional from outside the headquarters, even in the headquarters like a palace is not a semi-finished building.

"Stop! I told you not to fight inside the base!" xiao said coldly while showing off an intimidating aura, everyone except Derrick and Raki fell down and bent their knees in being unable to withstand the pressure of Xiao's intimidating aura being so strong.

"Basic weak!" grunt Derrick while walking leisurely towards Raki who was still busy meditating.

"What's? he's not affected?" asked Arya, Varg, and Resi who were surprised by Derrick who was so relaxed as if he was not affected by the intimidating aura that Xiao let out, as well as Raki who was meditating.

After a long time of intimidating Xiao finally retracted his aura of intimidation and ordered that all the members of the dark magic knight army to introduce themselves, it was done so that they would get to know each other.

"Include my name Raki, hm. I forgot how old I am, but I seem to be 21 years old" Raki said introducing herself, in fact Raki did forget how old I was.

"My name is Varg Vattingan, I was previously a member of the royal army for 5 years and was only promoted to a magic knight after commander Xiao recruited me, I am currently 27 years old." Varg introduced himself honestly as he was to everyone.

"Varg..," Resi called out to Varg in a small voice, not even audible at all.

"Who told you to go?" ask Raki who was in front of Varg in an instant.

"You want to be respected, but you don't want to respect others? don't joke, you fool!" said Raki while launching a fist on Varg's right cheek, until Varg hit the wall to crack.

"Never expect people to acknowledge and respect you, if you can't face and accept reality" Raki said as he sat back down, Varg simply wiped the blood on his face with a sharp look at Raki.

"Include my name is Resi Karlina from the academy of red clouds, I am currently 17 years old, I am a doctor or in the world of magic knights I am a healer-type magician" said Resi introduced herself.

"Red cloud academy? what kind of academy is that?" asked Derrick who was very happy to find information on various things, especially information on a large organization, sect, or kingdom.

Resi introduced himself by taking quite a lot of time, because Derrick was curious so many questions, besides that Resi himself was very excited to answer every question that Derrick made.

The introductory event was closed with the giving of the dark magic knight troop cloak to Derrick and Arya, the robe was directly given by Xiao and made Varg and Resi envious, as well, since they obtained the robe through the intermediary Raki was not directly given to Xiao.
