The flashback 2

Two days passed, the woman whom Vin helped finally came to a realization.

He looked confusedly and looked fear in his eyes when he saw Vin.

"Hey, are you awake? don't be afraid, I'm Vin, I'm helping you." Vin smiled as gently as possible so that the woman in front of him would no longer be afraid of him.

It was perfectly normal for the human woman to be afraid because it was only then that she saw the appearance of another race - the Elf race.

"Thank you." The woman retorted briefly while bowing her head.

Vin could still feel a sense of fear from the movements of the woman in front of him.

He understood fear and was wary of strangers let alone different races was not easy to get rid of with just a few good words.

"Drink this first, there's still poison in your body." Vin held out a wooden glass containing a green potion antidote to the poison of a ferocious beast that attacked the woman.

With a doubtful look, the woman still received the medicine glass and swallowed it quickly.

"Ugh." She was so bitter that she wanted to vomit because she could not stand it.

Vin gives small red berries like berries to neutralize the bitter taste.

The woman replied, "Julia."

"Julia yeah, nice name." Vin smiled in praise.

Vin's handsome face and figure coupled with his smile make the appearance of Vin look dazzling in Julia's eyes.

The activity was interrupted by other visiting elves.

That elf is Valir.

"I heard from Vedis that you saved women from the human race, it seems to be true." Valir had peeked there was indeed a human woman in his friend's house.

"Yes, that's true. What's up?" Vin didn't hide that.

"Not-not just don't do anything weird with that woman, it's better that once she's cured soon maybe you should drive her back." Valir gives

"Yes I understand." After a brief conversation Valir left.

Vin was not angry that two of his best friends had told him to immediately take the woman he helped away.

The reason was of course, avoiding being exposed to the Elf curse.

Vin laughed silently, he did not believe too much in the existence of an elf curse from an ancient story that is not necessarily true.

According to him it was only the subterfuge of the elf elders to restrict the younger generation.

After Valir's departure, Vin took good care of Julia.

She always smiled kindly making Julia even more unafraid of him.

Several days passed Vin gave a variety of fruits to be consumed by Julia.

"It's so delicious this time I ate this fruit, what was the name?" Julia asked while chewing the flat fruit meat that Jean had once recognized had a taste similar to mangoes.

"Fruit of Mares, eat a lot, if you like I can get more of this fruit later." Vin bit the fruit of Mares.

The fruit has a lot of water content so it will be drops of fruit water when bitten.

"Fresh, there's something sweeter and fresher you actually like, but that fruit.x" Vin blabbed into explaining things.

Mostly about food and medicinal ingredients, and some topics about Elves.

Julia was full of questions regarding the Elf race and Vin answered her enthusiastically.

They become familiar and Julia also talks a lot to Vin.

That's a good upgrade.

The sensation of adrenaline rush due to gliding in the air is fun and makes Julia forget the bad things she had experienced before.

The longer the time passes Vin and Julia become closer and closer.

Vedis has been to Vin twice, and,

"He's healed, isn't he? Quickly take him away, the Elf forest is no place for humans." Vedis face pouted reminiscent of her best friend.

"Yes, I'll take her back to the human city, but not now." Vin refused.

"Why are you still delaying?" Vedis looked into Vin's eyes with a probing look.

"Don't you know, this is mating season. The wild beasts were very aggressive, times like these were not good to escort Julia back. "

She feels unwilling if Julia leaves quickly.

Julia cried and could not answer the question. He just shook his head.

"I-I don't know, Vin fainted and his hair changed color."

Valir checked Vin's condition, Vin's breathing was very weak, in stark contrast to the time usually filled with vitality and vigor.

"Seeing these traits, it looks like he's been hit by an Elf curse." Valir.

Vedis remove Julia collar makes Julia fall sitting still crying.

"What did you say? Curse Elf! Don't talk Valir nonsense, Vin can't possibly do that with that stupid human. " Vedis shook his head in disbelief.

"You see for yourself, there are no magic energy fluctuations in Vin's body. He was not aware for sure because his body was in shock because it could no longer absorb earth energy." Valir explained more clearly.

I don't want to believe it, but that's it.

Vedis rubbed her head rough, her face looked frustrated, she turned to Julia with a murderous look.

"You fucking man, I should've killed you in the first place!" Vedis' index finger pointed at Julia blaming the whole blame on Julia.

Vedis quickly tries to attack Julia, but is stopped by Valir.

"Calm down, relax, Vedis don't act like this, I know you're angry, but don't do it. " Valir calms and persuades Vedis.
