Mr. Secretary: Destiny Bound
CHAPTER 1 – PAPA?

Indra stared at the basement from inside her car. He felt like he had been to this place before. But when, where and with whom, he forgets. He glanced at his corner, in 20 minutes he had an appointment to meet someone on the second floor of this building.

Indra got out of her car. As his foot stepped on the basement floor, he felt his calmness and comfort in his car simply disappear. Replacing with excessive anxiety and worry. A paranoid? I don't know.

He started walking towards the elevator. Surprised by the very quiet and dim atmosphere in the basement lobby. Some lights seem to be flashing.

“Papa..” there is the voice of a small child as calling him enthusiastically.

“Papa..” the voice of the other little ones sounded as enthusiastic as the voice of the first.

Indra stopped his steps. Searching for direction of sound. He did not find any children, not even anyone in the room.

[Father?] Indra laughed in his heart.

He's getting closer to the elevator. There was an elevator door that opened but it was empty no one came out of the elevator. He heard the sound of a ball bouncing on the floor heading towards him. He's stopped.

Look back. Sure enough, a colorful basketball headed towards him. Like someone purposely directed the ball. He's looking for the guy who threw the ball but nil. The room is empty.

“Don't meet that person, Papa,” that voice is heard again.

Ceiling lights flashing. His view became blurry.

“Who is it?” ask Indra in a loud voice.

“Halo, is anyone there?” Indra retreated to look around the room.

Slender.

Ceiling lights stop flashing.

Indra again stepped forward to approach the open elevator door.

“Do not enter, Papa!”

A red fire extinguisher dropped startling Indra. It rolled quickly towards his feet. Indra managed to jump him.

“Who is it?”

“Come on, this ain’t funny at all_Oh, this is not at all funny!_”

The senses sound like monologues.

“I'm not your papa. I've never had a child!”

“Papa.?” the boy's voice sounded sad to make Indra's heart break.

Indra continued her steps towards the open elevator door. The lights inside the elevator were flashing rapidly. The retreating senses do not climb it. Look at the lights on the ceiling of the elevator.

“Jangn asyuk Papa,” the voice of a boy who sounded younger his age is heard.

“Jangn. Pegi Papa's. Aaya's. Owang jat_Don't. Go Papa. Danger. Bad man_” the voice of the boy is heard again. Lisp but somehow Indra understood the boy's words.

Indra ignored the child's warning, [The boy's talk. I'm not his dad anyway].

He walked up to the open elevator door. The lights in the elevator did not blink anymore. He was holding a wall of elevators patterned in brown granite. Surprised because the walls felt greasy. Disgusted, Indra took a handkerchief and wiped her hands. The smell of oil is out.

“Pegi Papa's. Jangn. There owang fray. Papa.pegi!_Go Papa. Not in here. There are bad guys. Papa..go!_” the little boy sounded sobbing in panic.

The elevator door next to it opened. Two elevator doors are open. Indra hesitates to choose. Which elevator to enter. Suddenly both elevator doors opened and closed quickly. The lights inside were flashing rapidly.

“Papa, syepa pegi. Nay!!_Papa, hurry up. Run!!_”

The floor started to shake.

“Run, Papa!” the voice of the bigger child.

I took a few steps back from the elevator.

The two elevators slid down quickly with the doors half open. The sound of loud thumping then the sound of metal clashing with concrete.

Dust and smoke billowed from the direction of the elevator shaft. The heat spreads from the elevator shaft. His eyes were blurry with dust and smoke. The ceiling began to fall over his head.

Indra continued to retreat while covering her nose and mouth with an oil-scented handkerchief. His feet tripped over the fire extinguisher. He grabbed the device to carry it. Too heavy to carry. He dragged it making the sound of heavy metal being dragged in competition with the sound of fire alarms constantly ringing.

The sprinkle broke due to the heat. The water radiates from the sprinkle, like heavy rain. Panting to get out of the basement lobby. Her clothes are soaked. He was trying to remember which way he had come. When he saw the basement lobby door, the ceiling above him collapsed on his head, “Yes Allah!”

Then dark and quiet.
