Rafi just sat down next to Clara. He took Clara's hand like he didn't want to be away from Clara even if only for a moment. The fear of losing Clara will forever continue to rule her heart and mind.

"Darling! Are you not tired of sleeping? Let's get up, honey. I miss your babbling" said Rafi stroking Clara's long hair as she shed her tears.

"Sorry, Sir. Can we check things out, ma'am?" said a nurse who came with the doctor to check on Clara.

Hearing the sister's words Rafi immediately stood up and moved away from Clara. Rafi kept staring at Clara who was being examined by the doctor. There was something stuck in Rafi's heart because the doctor began to remove the tool in Clara's body.

"Why did you let go of that device?" rafi approached the doctor.

"Sorry! My wife you can survive until now just because of the help of this tool. I think it would be a waste of time, if we kept sticking this device on his body. Your wife..."

Not done yet The doctor said his words Rafi first raised his fist. Unsatisfied, Rafi pulled the Physician's suit and looked at him with anger.

"Who do you think you are, ha! I could even buy this hospital. But, you even thought I didn't have the money to support my wife" Rafi cried staring intently at the Doctor.

"Sorry, Sir. I mean it's not like that" said the doctor was frightened to see Rafi's anger culminating.

"What do you mean, Ha!" rafi's yelling continued to raise his fists.

Seeing Rafi beating the doctor with her brutal, the nurse who helped the doctor immediately sought help. He called out to Ronal and Ria who were waiting in front of Clara's room. Hearing his son who made a troublemaker Ronal immediately ran to calm Rafi.

"Rafi! Stop, Son. What are you doing" said Ronal immediately arrested Rafi.

"He took off all my wife's tools without my permission. Who is he who dares to do that" Rafi shouted in anger.

"What's? Are you really doing that?" ronal looked at the doctor.

"Ma.sorry, Sir. I want to explain but.." said the doctor while holding a battered face because of Rafi's actions.

"Explain what? You son of a bitch doctor" Rafi snapped.

"What's this?" said the director of the hospital.

"Aren't you able to properly educate all the doctors in this hospital?" rafi looked hard at the director.

"Sorry, Sir. He's the new doctor here. Maybe he doesn't know who the real master is" said the director looked down in fear because he saw the face of Rafi is very creepy.

"Quickly, fix my son-in-law's tools" said Ronal firmly because he saw some of Clara's tools that were still missing.

"Quick! Install Young Madam's tools. Give not the slightest mistake" the director ordered to his best doctor.

The doctor who used to check on Clara's condition quickly reassembled Clara's tools. He also regained control of Clara's development. Although it had dropped but, eventually Clara's condition can be stabilized again.

"Do your best for my wife. I don't care how much money I have to spend" said Rafi, staring intently at the director and the doctor who handles Clara.

"One more! I don't want to see this bastard doctor again as long as I'm still in this hospital" Rafi said, staring at the doctor who removed Clara's assistive device.

"Doc! the young mistress' hand began to move" said the nurse who saw Clara's hand begin to move.

"Alhamdulillah! The mistress's condition is getting better. It seems like two or three more days he can be moved to the ward. But, we see again how it developed after this" explained the doctor smiling with relief.

Hearing the doctor's words, Rafi shed tears of her happiness. He walked up to Clara and kissed Clara on the forehead lovingly.

"Darling! You wake up quickly. I promise that if you wake up I will no longer refute your words. I will obey all your wishes. I promise I will mend our relationship and make you the queen of my life" Rafi said, again shedding tears so that Rafi's tears hit Clara's face.

"Tu..tuan" said Clara Lirih while trying to open her eyes.

"Darling! You're up. It's me dear" said Rafi smiling happily while stroking Clara's face.

"Let's check, sir" said the doctor, starting to check Clara's heartbeat.

"Hi, Mistress. Do you recognize this master" the doctor pointed to Rafi.

Layahan Clara stared fixedly at Rafi. He looked at Rafi then nodded his head slowly.

"If they are" said the doctor pointed towards Ria and Ronal and the children, wives of Rafi's friends.

Layar Clara turned her eyes and saw one by one the people who were there. He looked at everyone who was staring at him with great worry as he shed his tears. He did not expect that now so many people were worried about his condition.

"Clarah! Am I okay? Why didn't you tell me about Clara's situation?" said Tika suddenly came and looked at Clara with worry.

"I'm sorry, Tik. We were so worried about Clara that we forgot to kill you" Ria said.

"Do you know him?" the doctor said it back because Clara had not answered her question.

Layan Clara nodded her head and then raised her hand slowly. Seeing Clara who raised her hand Tika immediately welcomed Clara's hand. Tika looked at Clara's hand while stroking her hair slowly.

"You're okay, aren't you? I know you're my strongest friend. You can definitely get through this very easily" Tika smiled.

Hearing Tika's words, Clara lingered on developing her smile. Suddenly the doctor's words before he was unconscious were re-energized in his head. He released his grip on Tika and then looked back at Rafi.

"Have our babies survived?" said Clara slowly while looking at Rafi fixedly.

Degh's...

Hearing Clara's question, Rafi instantly fell silent. He didn't know what to say to Clara. Rafi looked at everyone who was there with a look full of sadness.

"Ante antiques ndak ucah edih ya. Lya akin ante antique an aman Afi or ica unya dedek ayi agi" said Aulya snarled Clara's hand while stroking her face.

Hearing Aulya's words, Clara immediately shed her tears then looked at Rafi. He looked at Rafi with a gaze asking for an explanation from Rafi.

"You're strong, honey. Maybe God loves him more" said Rafi stroking the top of Clara's head gently.

Clara's tears rolled back down her face. She did not expect that she would lose her baby so soon. Even she had not realized that Rafi's seed had grown in her womb.

"What! Mean what? So all this time Clara was pregnant" Inner Tika looked at Clara full of questions.
