Clara who felt cramps in her stomach chose to change her position. Several times Clara changed her position but, the cramps in her stomach were getting stronger. Because she was tired of sitting, Clara chose to stand up. But, how surprised he saw his wet clothes and also water coming out of his crotch.

"Darling! I peed." said Clara Lirih because she thought the water is the water of urination.

"What!" rafi said in shock and then ran towards Clara.

"That's not a pee. Tapiz amniotic fluid." said Kinan pointed to Clara's water that had broken and soaked the floor.

"What! The water has broken. Ready for the car." said Ardiyan panicked and ran out to prepare the car for Clara.

"Darling! hows it? I'm afraid." said Naura, holding her stomach, which was contracting more and more strongly.

"A. I don't know." said Rafi instead confused.

"Let's take your wife to the hospital. Do you want your child to be born in a meeting room?" wildan said annoyed while helping Clara.

"Yes!" said Rafi immediately took Clara's body into her trunk and ran small out of her office.

"Well, sir embracing me? Who wants to give birth has been taken out." said Bisma upset while brushing Rayyan's hand.

"Oh! turns out I was wrong. I thought you were Clara. You end up like a woman." said Rayyan chuckled little and then stepped foot after Rafi and her friends.

"Just tell me I'm like a woman. My guy is handsome and cool like this. The CEO's basis is there to whine of ya." said Bisma looked at herself in the reflection of the mirror beside her.

Because Rafi had to take Clara to the hospital, Bisma swiftly ended the meeting and will arrange her schedule again. Rafi's business associates also understood and chose to disband from the meeting. Ardiyan drove his car at high speed. He glanced at Clara who was screaming in pain from the front rearview mirror. "Emergency! Quickly move around" said Rayyan slightly shouting as he moved both hands.

Hearing Rayyan's words the drivers immediately pulled over their car and gave way to them. Rafi's friends did their job very well. They eventually arrived at the hospital, although a little while later. But, at least Clara can still wait until the hospital.

"Doctor! My wife is about to give birth." shouted Rayyan as Kinan's motorbike stopped in front of the hospital.

"Since when was it fair for me to get pregnant?" uca Kinan looked at Rayyan bangtung.

"Oh he! Wrong, Doc. Rafi's wife wants to give birth." said Rayyan fix his words then ran small towards Ardiyan's car and opened the door for Rafi.

Rafi quickly snatched Clara's body and placed it in the push ward that the sisters were carrying.

"It hurts, baby." said Clara shedding her tears as she looked at Rafi's hand.

Arriving at the delivery room, Rafi's friends waited outside the room. While Rafi always faithfully accompanied his beloved wife. The sisters immediately checked the condition of the content of Clara.

"Young madam's condition is very fit, Doc. So she can perform the surgery normally." explained the nurse who checked on Clara.

"All right! Install the infusion hose so that he does not run out of calm. Remember she's going to give birth to two babies" Randy said firmly.

"Well, Doc." said the nurse obediently.

"Sorry, Sir. To help deliver the young mistress, I'm going to hand her over to the best female doctor here" said Dr. Randy, who feels bad if she helped deliver Clara.

Arriving outside, the Randy Doctet saw Tika and the wives of Rafi's friends waiting in front. Of course Ronal and Ria are also ready to standby there.

"How's my son-in-law doing, Doc?" ria and Ronal approach Dr. Randy.

"Young lady is fine. The baby's path has opened until opening seven. Soon the baby will be born." explained Randy smiling.

"If you'll excuse me first. I will call on the female doctor to help the young mistress." said Doctor Randy smiled and then stepped out of the crowd waiting for the presence of Rafi and junior Clara.

While stepping her legs she glanced at Tika who looked anxious about Clara's state. Because her schedule is still crowded she chooses to stretch her work and calm Tika through private chat.

"You just calm down. Your best friend must be fine. She's a strong mother. Surely he will fight for both of his children." Tika's smile immediately grew when he saw a message from Doctor Randy.

Tika berlahan walk Dr. Randy who berlahan away from him. As Tika looked at Doctor Randy, Doctor Randy suddenly turned to look at Tika so that the gazes of the two met each other.

"The baby's sister will be born soon. You're patient." said Tika smiling gently.

Not long after Dr. Randy came out, a female doctor went straight into Clara's room. He swiftly checked Clara's condition and treated Clara patiently.

"Would you like a drink, honey?" said Rafi looking at Clara's dry lips.

"Yes!" clara said while enduring her pain.

Rafi helps Clara to sit down. He gives Clara a bottle of minerat water and helps Clara to hold it. Rafi also stomped slowly on Clara's waist in the hope that Clara's pain could be reduced.

"The lady can walk while squatting so that the opening is faster" the doctor advised.

"Well, Doc" said Clara getting out of bed and then walking crouching while holding Rafi's hand.

"We'll just run it. You've been in a lot of pain." said Rafi tears her eyes at the pain Clara was experiencing.

"No! I'm strong, honey." said Clara trying to stand up.

"This is your last pregnancy. I don't want you to be in pain like this anymore." said Rafi firmly while wiping away her tears that kept dripping.
