At 11:20 p.m.
The Muslim fell asleep on the couch. Strikingly deep, he was not even aware of the presence of Rere and Madam Osi.
"What are you doing, Rere?" Ask Osi's madam when she sees Rere trying to remove the veil.
"I want to see if he really is Muslimah my best friend, madam." Rere said.
Madam Osi approached Rere who had managed to open the veil of Ima. Osi's madam eyes were astonished to see the face hidden behind the veil.
"She's a true Muslim my best friend, madam." muttered Rere happily. Then he put the veil back on Ima's face.
While madam Osi still silent sculpt fascinated with the beauty hidden behind the veil of Muslim face coverings.
"Madam!" Call Rere trying to resuscitate Osi's madam.
"Have you seen his face before?"
Rere nodded with a smile. "The Muslim face can be seen by other women. Who can't see his face is just a stranger who's not his family." Continue to explain Rere.
"Is that so?"
"Yes madam."
Madam Osi nodded in understanding. He does not understand the rules that most Indonesians believe. Not that he didn't want to find out, but he didn't have time to find out. Since he was seventeen, he had been working for the mafia as a maid in the mansion. All he knows is that he has a God. Just that extent.
"Madam, where do we put these clothes on?" Rere asked confused because he did not find an empty wardrobe to put the Muslim clothes they just bought earlier.
Madam Osi stepped towards the painting beside the door to the locker room and the gold-plated glass-walled wardrobe of the mafia lord. The push of the large framed painting the size of the door and the wall opened forming a door leading to another secret room. There is a dressing room that never seems to be used by Barnard, as evidenced by the wardrobe that is left empty.
"Wuahhh, madam knows where that painting is, the door?"
Rere's approaching madam Osi.
"Of course I know. Because the Godfather told me a few minutes ago." said Osi's madam who responded with a nod to Rere's head.
When the madam Osi and Rere were about to bring Muslim clothes into the room, the Muslimah's eyes opened. Yes, he woke up and found that there were two foreign backs standing not far from him.
"Who are you!" Shouted Ima who immediately rose from her lying position.
Hearing that shout, just suddenly made Rere and Madam Osi turn to Muslimah.
Rere smiled with relief, because it turned out that Ima still remembered him even though he had not seen each other for seven years.
"The Muslim woman is awake." Sapa Rere and Madam Osi together, they also bowed their heads to Ima just like the two chefs this morning.
"Is he not Rere? It might just be similar, but, she looks like Rere.." chirped Ima confused because Rere looked as if he didn't know her.
"Miss Muslimah needs something?" Ask madam Osi.
"Nope-no. Please don't call me Miss. Just call me Ima."
Ima bowed her head to Osi's madam who looked to be the same age as her mother.
"Mr Barnard ordered us to serve and help Miss Ima, as long as she stays here" said Osi, who was followed by Rere.
Ima could only quietly hear Madam Osi calling her still with the frills of miss.
"Do you need anything, Ima?" Rere repeated with a friendly smile to the Muslimah.
"You're Rere.."
"Yes, Ima. I'm the Rere you know." Rere replied quickly and passionately.
"Rere." Ima ran over to Rere, then hugged her best friend tightly. "Rere, is this really you?"
"Yes. It's me Rere, Ima." Rere's eyes are glassy. It felt like he returned Ima's embrace, but he was afraid that he would be scolded by Mr. Barnard. Because the mafia ordered Rere to treat Muslim women like an employer.
"Re, why are you here? Did that scary guy buy you too?" That question was first raised by Ima who still continues to hug his friend.
"No Ima. Mr. Barnard saved me from the women's trade syndicate seven years ago." Answer Rere.
"What's? Female trafficking.." Ima took off her embrace, she stared fixedly at Rere's face.
"Miss knows, seven years ago I became TKW. But, I was tricked and almost sold to a mafia group in Thailand." Rere explained.
Ima stared more and more fixed on Rere's face as she told him about her story seven years ago, once they graduated High School.
Madam Osi let Rere chat with Muslim women, while she brought Muslim women's clothing into the room to be arranged in a closet. Not to forget the Osi madam left a set of veiled gamis to wear Ima after he took a bath later. Also, do not forget Rere bought a little mucena and qur'an for his best friend. And that thing is now on the bed together with the robe.
Although Rere was not a Muslim, he knew Ima very well. Wherever Ima went always carried her face and her little Qur'an. So, Rere bought that for Ima.
