While in the Kingdom of Wei

The news of the Wind Sword Sect opening the disciple registration had been widely spread throughout the Cloud City.

Even some of the Kingdoms in the Qin Empire had also received the news. One was the Kingdom of Wei, but King Wei was unmoved.

King Wei Cuan did not consider the news important because all this time King Wei considered the Zu Kingdom was still under him in terms of the strength of his cultivators.

In the secret meeting King Wei Cuan asked the Ice Crystal Sect Chief to create a shadow army in preparing an offering to the demon emperor.
