After being awakened by his wife, Bryan immediately prepared to head to the hotel construction project.

"You're careful on the road, yeah," Shea told Bryan.

"I should have said that, because you're pregnant." Bryan smiled at his wife's message.

"You're going on a trip so it's natural that I order."

"Yes, I'll be fine." Bryan pecked at Shea's lips. He immediately turned to Shea's stomach and landed a kiss as well. "Daddy go first, baby."

Shea gently stroked Bryan's head which was on his stomach.

"I'll go first." Bryan bounced back and headed to his car shortly after.

He drove himself to the hotel building project.

The construction of Helena's hotel is located in a mountainous area. The distance from Bryan's house to the construction site is about three hours.

Bryan, who left the house at six in the morning, made it to the project at around nine in the morning. The morning streets are still so quiet make the journey feel faster.

Arriving at the hotel project, he was immediately greeted by the managing manager in charge of overseeing the project. They went together towards a development project.

Wearing protective gear, Bryan reviewed the development project. It seems that development is still in the early stages, seen from the workers who are making the initial foundation.

"We've had enough workers, sir," the manager told Bryan.

"Yes, I want this development to be completed as soon as possible. So it could be on target we promised Davis Company." Bryan really hoped that his cooperation could go well, and did not miss the initial planning.

"Good, sir."

Bryan continued to see the development process that was going on. But his eyes are looking for something. "Is Davis' party not here yet?" bryan asked his manager.

"Not yet, sir."

"We wait for them." Bryan didn't want to work twice, reviewing the project. If he's with Davis' side, it's obvious he'll only go around once to check out the project.

Waiting for Bryan to pick up his phone. She wanted to contact Shea to let her know if she had arrived. However, when looking at the screen of his phone, Bryan was surprised because there was no signal on his phone. "Is there no signal here?" ask the manager.

"No, sir, it's a hard signal here."

Hearing the manager's explanation, Bryan could only snort in annoyance. He was thinking how to contact his wife if there was no signal.

I'd better get my business done here.

Bryan could only try to finish his business quickly in the hotel construction project. He did not want to make his wife at home anxious, for there was no news of him.

Bryan was busy with his phone. Helena's voice was heard calling. "Bryan's."

Hearing his name on the call, Bryan turned his head. He found Helena who was walking towards him. However, Bryan only saw Helena who came, while Alex did not seem to be with him.

"Have you come?" ask Helena.

"Where's alex?" Bryan did not answer Helena's question. He asked Helena something else.

Helena was a little annoyed when Bryan instead of answering her question, but instead asked her assistant. "Alex is on his way here." Helena explains to Bryan Alex's whereabouts.

Bryan was just wondering why Helena wasn't waiting for Alex to leave together. However, Bryan hurriedly dispelled his thoughts. For him it was Helena's business, and he didn't want to interfere.

"Why did your car leave you?" Bryan was surprised to see Helena's car leave the project site, but the owner was still here.

"I'll be home with Alex later, so I ask my driver to come back."

"Oh .... " Bryan understood Helena's explanation.

"If we wait for Alex to be long, what if we just look at the project and you can explain to me everything." Helena gives Bryan the idea to start reviewing the project.

Bryan seemed to think what Helena said was right. He who wants to go home soon, is unlikely to have to wait for Alex to review the project. "Alright, come!" Bryan finally accepted Helena's idea.

The manager gives Helena protective gear, and goes on to review the project together. Bryan also explained to Helena to what stage the construction of his hotel was.

For a long time they went around while Bryan explained the details of the construction of the project. However, until Bryan finished reviewing the project and explained to Helena, Alex never arrived.

"I've explained everything, hopefully you can understand." Actually Bryan wasn't sure to explain to Helena, but he couldn't wait for Alex that long.

"I understand, relax!"

"Why didn't Alex come?" Bryan, who felt that Alex had not come, asked.

"Yes, where is he?" Helena grabbed her phone in her bag. Trying to get in touch with Alex. However, when he saw his phone he saw no signal. "There's no signal?" he muttered, but still heard by Bryan.

"Then how can I contact him."

"We'll wait then." Bryan had no choice. She doesn't want to have to go home with Helena, and will make herself and Shea misunderstand.

"If you want to wait, you can wait at a small restaurant near here, sir." The managing manager who had heard Bryan and Helena's conversation gave the idea of waiting in a more comfortable place.

"Well, we'll just wait there." Bryan walked towards his car, followed by Helena, who was behind him.

Just wait until Alex comes along.

Helena laughed in her heart imagining she would wait for Alex who would never come. He remembers what happened yesterday in the office.

While crossing Alex's room, Helena hears a phone call on Alex's desk ringing. Because it did not want to turn out to be an important client, finally Helena herself who picked up her phone.

"Hello good afternoon, with Davis Company," Helena said on the phone.

"Sorry, ma'am, I'm Felix of the Adion Company, would like to inform you that tomorrow there is a scheduled visit to the hotel construction project with Mr. Bryan."

A smile immediately attracted on Helena's lips, when she heard a voice from a phone call telling her that tomorrow she and Alex would meet Bryan. "Well, I'll tell Mr. Alex and Ms. Helena."

"All right, thank you."

Helena hung up. He was so happy to imagine that he would meet Bryan tomorrow. However, her smile instantly receded as she recalled if she was going to leave with Alex.

"What are you doing here?" ask Alex to Helena.

Helena who was busy with her thoughts heard the voice of her assistant who was so very irritating. "I was passing by and heard the phone ringing, so I came to pick it up." Helena explained with Alex.

"Who called?" ask Alex.

"Adion's side, they say that the project visit is delayed next week." Helena explained to Alex.

"Well, I'll take notes, and prepare your schedule next week."

Helena passes and leaves Alex. He lazily answered Alex, who kept setting it up. Ever since her dad told her to be CEO, she had to deal with Alex who was so annoying.

"Are you going to stay there and not come in!"

Bryan's voice immediately resuscitated Helena who was thinking about what made Alex would not come to the hotel construction project. "Yes." Yeah." Helena gets into Bryan's car, and Bryan drives to a restaurant near the hotel's construction project.

In the car Bryan kept silent. He was too lazy to open his mouth. After all, the project matter had already been explained to Helena, so there was nothing important to make her mouth open.

"Bry, I know you don't want to talk about it anymore, but please don't hate me because I rejected you." Helena's voice finally broke the silence in the car.

Bryan remained focused on the streets, and ignored Helena speaking.

"I used to prefer mature men like-"

"Like Farhan," Bryan cut. At first he did not want to answer Helena's words but apparently he was provoked as well. "Stop judging someone from the outside, because sometimes the cover does not match the contents. You think Farhan's better in bed, but you're ready to know if he'll only last a few minutes."

Helena was so embarrassed, when Bryan found out if he liked Farhan and thought Farhan would be better in bed. However, unfortunately after he heard the gossip that Farhan had double sex, Helena retreated and undoed her intention of approaching Farhan.

"I'm married, so stop trying to get close to me." Bryan's voice sounded resolute as he told Helena.

Helena remained silent, and did not answer.

"Even if you try, I won't turn my back on my wife, because I love her so much."

It felt like Helena's chest was tight. If I hadn't rejected you, maybe now that great love is mine. There's no harm, no, if I try to get it first. Helena was still with her stance if she was going to try to get Bryan.

They didn't feel like they were at the restaurant. Bryan and Helena get out of the car and head to the restaurant to wait for Alex, who actually will never come.
