Bian walked out of the prison into the besuk room, where his mother had been waiting for him since. Just like ordinary prisoners without the slightest privilege, he lived there with a makeshift room, although not crowded like ordinary prisoners.
"Ma," said Bian softly while hugging his mother.
Madam Mira returned Bian's embrace with teary eyes, almost two months Bian had been in prison.
No more happiness in his home, no more quiet people who like to choose food, no more quarrels between brothers and sisters. His house was deserted from the male figure, only he and Renata remained.
"Bian apologize, Ma." Connect Bian while sitting on a bench that has been provided.
Madam Mira nodded.
"Take you some food, Mama'll take care of you." Mrs Mira said, showing tapperware that contains full of Bian's favorite food, sweet sour shrimp.
"Good thanks, Ma." Bian is troubled****smile.
During his imprisonment, his mother always visited him. Nothing else, not even his office friends. He also hoped Kesya would come, but to this day Kesya was not seen.
"Ma, where's Kesya? Why don't you ever look at Bian?" Bian continued while asking, his curiosity about Kesya's state peaked.
"I'm busy at work, don't think of him."
"Bian wants to apologize, because the wedding plan failed because of Bian."
"It's happened, and there's a good man replacing you."
Bian was silent to hear his mother's words while making sure what he heard was not wrong.
"What, Ma?" Ask Bian to make sure.
"She is married to the son of the company owner Putra Group."
"Mama, Kevano?"
"Yes, he's either good or stupid."
"Why didn't Mama prevent it?" Bian said he still couldn't accept the marriage.
Bian thought that after he entered the prison, Kesya would patiently wait for him, he thought Kesya was the type of loyal woman but in fact not.
"For what Mama prevented, you entered the prison that was embarrassing, even more shameful if Kesya failed to marry. Susanto's family will bear it." Madam Mira said restraining herself. He understood that Bian did not accept it, but everything could not be prevented. "Mommy said it over and over again, so lawyers are a lot of risk. The ends get in trouble and run away like your Papa."
Bian fell silent, his mother began to associate all the problems with his father who had been gone for several years, according to the news that he got his father was married again.
Back when he majored in law he wanted to become a lawyer like his Papa, even until the Papa left, he still insisted on being a lawyer. His mother never liked his work, the mother preferred if he took care of his grandfather's heritage office.
Bian can not continue in the office doing something that he does not understand, manage employees and company finances, he prefers to work with new people.
"Mama wants to go back to the office, the director said there's a problem." Please, Mrs Mira.
Bian nodded. Shortly after, the mother left with food for her.
Just as Bian was about to walk towards his cell, a hand pulled him trying to prevent him from leaving.
"Reno," Bian said in shock. "Gapain you're here."
"just anyone? Two months since I was in prison and only now you're looking. What kind of friend are you."
"I'm busy, I've got a lot of cases to solve as long as you're not around." Reno gave a thin review full of ridicule.
"Oh busy. You're busy, but why exactly do I need help, you're not even there." Bian tried to hold back his emotions. He could not understand how someone who claimed to be his best friend could be so happy with him.
"Santuy. Not that I don't want to help, but my prestige could plummet if helping a bribe that's clearly wrong." So lightly Reno said that in front of Bian, no doubt it ignited Bian's emotions.
"Suck!" Bian exclaimed, his knees hitting the bottom of the table, making a noise so boisterous. "Gue took this job because of your advice, because you too I almost died because of Lesmana's men. Or maybe..."
Reno intersects, "I don't-don't-I deliberately tell you to take your job, if you go to jail I can replace your position. Really good."
"Damn." As Bian's emotions grew unstoppable, he stood up and grabbed Reno's shirt neck collar. While Reno was casually just smiling.
Bian almost blew his punch, if the police didn't stop him. Tomorrow Bian's hour is over, with anger still stirring, Bian leaves Reno.
Reno walks out of the Police Station by grabbing her cell phone in her pocket, pressing the number and calling someone.
"How's the guy doing?" Ask someone from the end of the phone.
"It's not okay, luckily he's still alive." Reno.
"*If he dies in prison it won't be exciting."
*"Crazy fundamentals. I'm going back to the office." Reno turned off her phone when she got in the car.
Being the best it feels so good, because all this time he was always under Bian. Bian who always gets praise, Bian who has a high prestige, while he is just a substitute role. But, now he can get the position despite having to cheat, coupled with someone who helps him feel winning and above the clouds.
While Bian was already in his cell, he sat there with his mind still in disarray. Why did all this happen to him.
First he must accept the fact that Kesya has been married to the boy he has hated so far, then the person he has considered a friend turned out to be his own enemy.
He could hardly believe, let alone the words of Reno earlier seemed to imply there was a deep grudge that had been led too late. He never thought about Reno, because Reno was famous for being kind and friendly to him. Reno often asked him for advice.
At such a time a man came to meet him from behind bars.
"Sore, Sir." Said the man in neat clothes complete with the suit.
Bian realized and started to get up from his seat. "Sore, you came here."
"I'm just reminding you that tomorrow's the father of the inaugural hearing."
"Yes I know. I've been waiting for this trial. You're quite a collection of data." Said Bian, the man in the suit nodded. "I wish I could get some relief."
"I will do my best for you."
"I can ask one thing for you" said Bian, the man listening. "I want you to find out about Reno, my fellow lawyer, just consider this an extra assignment."
"Why Reno, sir?"
"You find out what he's doing, give him your wealth."
The man in the suit nodded in understanding, after which he said goodbye to Bian and left.
