CHAPTERS. 15 Persuading the Ficri

"Mas Farhan there's something important I want to talk about?" mamah Novi said after the call was answered.

"Hallo Novi is mamah" said someone across the phone.

"Why did Mom pick up her phone. Where's Farhan?" ask mama Novi.

"Farhan has just had an accident, son, and is still being treated by a doctor, you immediately come to the hospital" said Oma Laras.

"What is Farhan mas in Jaya Medika hospital?" ask mama Novi.

"Iya Novi Mamah also just arrived here and Farhan is still in the ICU room his condition is keritis" said Oma Laras.

"Okay, we will now go there" said Mamah Novi.

"Let's love you be careful" said Oma Laras.

"Yes mah" said Mamah Novi then turned off his phone.

"What's the mah?" ask Papah Ridwan to mamah Novi who looks worried.

"Father, Arrash we must go to the hospital immediately" said Mamah Novi.

"What's the mah?" now who asked Arrash.

"Later mamah explain in the street, let's go" said Mamah Novi.

They finally left together to go to Jaya Medika hospital.

Arrash chose to go with his parents using the Arrash car.

"What the hell is mah?" papah Ridwan asked to break the silence.

"Mas Farhan was in an accident and is now in critical condition" said mamah Novi sadly.

After knowing the cause of mamah Novi who looks worried now papah Ridwan and Arrash no one opens the voice.

Arrash focused on driving until they finally arrived at the hospital.

They were greeted with sad and worried looks from the parents of Mamah Novi.

There was an oma Laras, and an opa Ferdi standing guard in front of the ICU room where Farhanzah was critical.

"How is Farhan mah's mas" asked Mamah Novi.

"His condition is critical and requires a lot of blood. But_" said oma Laras cut off, he could not say.

"Why mah?" ask mama Novi again.

"But the blood stock in this hospital is empty, papahmu who has the same blood type also can not give blood because the age of your papah is not allowed to be drawn blood" oma Laras said to mamah Novi.

"Then Arrash who will take you, here let papah and opa guard om Farhan" said Arrash.

"Yes" agreed papah Ridwan and opa Ferdi.

Arrash, mamah Novi and oma Laras go to persuade Fatimah and Fikri to be willing to meet Farhan who is critical.

"Where are we going, Mah?" ask Arrash who has filed his car.

"We went to Syaqilla's house first, Fatimah stayed there to take care of Syaqilla" replied Mamah Novi.

They arrived at Syaqilla's house at 3 p.m.

Mamah Novi knocked on the door of Syaqilla's house.

The one who opened the door was Syaqilla.

"Syaqilla does Fatimah exist?" ask mama Novi.

"There's aunty come in, Fatimah's mom is in the back yard taking care of the plants" Syaqilla said.

"Thank you" said mamah Novi and oma Laras together then they entered.

But not with Arrash still stuck in the door.

Syaqilla becomes awkward with Arrash, especially when she finds out that Arrash loves her.

Syaqilla was confused as to what to act like, indifferent and pretended not to know but Syaqilla could not.

"Mas Arrash come in too" said Syaqilla.

Arrash nodded then went inside the house and sat down on the sofa.

"What syaqilla can aunty approach Fatimah?" ask mama Novi.

"May aunty please, if you want to go behind the door through here" said Syaqilla while pointing at the door on the left side of the house.

Mamah Novi and Oma Laras immediately in the back of Syaqilla's house. Now only Syaqilla and Arrash are in the guest room.

"Have your legs improved?" arrash asked Syaqilla to start the conversation.

"My feet are fine" replied Syaqilla.

"Did my mommy meet you?" ask Arrash.

"Yes" jabaw Syaqilla.

"What's he talking about?" ask Arrash again.

"Sorry, Arrash, you better ask Aunt Novi" replied Arrash.

"I've asked my mom, but I want to hear from you" Arrash said.

"Your mother told me that you love me and asked me to give you a chance" Syaqilla said.

"What's your response then?" ask Arrash.

"Of course I refuse, that feeling cannot be forced" Syaqilla replied.

"Do you love Fikri so much?" ask Arrash again.

"Of course I love her we will get married after my legs heal" Syaqilla replied.

After the conversation, Arrash and Syaqilla were silent, they did not speak anymore.

On the other hand Mamah Novi and oma Laras approached Fatimah's mother.

"Fatimah!" exclaimed oma Laras after approaching Fatimah's mother who was pruning flowers.

"Ma-mamah Laras" said Fatimah's mother turned her head and stuttered because she was surprised by the presence of her mother-in-law.

"Fatimah wherever you want we all look for you for 28 years, especially Farhan" said oma Laras then hugged Fatimah ma'am.

"I'm sorry mah, I've brought Fikri with me" said Fatimah.

"Then where did you guys live after you left the house?" ask oma Laras.

"We live in Jogja Mah, but after Fikri entered college we moved to Jakarta. Fikri had also been married but his marriage did not get the blessing of his wife's parents and they eventually separated. From the wedding, Fikri had one child" said Fatimah.

"Fikri already has children and I don't know" said Orma Laras sadly.

"Sorry mah" said Fatimah.
