The Caliph laid his body on Nina's lap. That night the Caliph fell asleep in Nina's lap.

The next day, Khalif felt guilty towards Nina because she had made the woman sleep while sitting on her lap.

He then carried Nina and moved her onto his bed.

"I'm sorry, baby" he said, then pecked at Nina's head.

Khalif decided to leave Nina at the villa after getting a call from someone.

He catches his car with Broto, who is waiting for him at the Hawi Corporation building.

Upon arrival, Khalif headed straight to Broto's office.

Broto immediately handed him a stack of documents, "From now on you will run this company as you wish, I hope you can make this company continue to grow as your grandmother wishes. Your wife has been relieved to give everything to you so don't waste her trust" Broto said

The Caliph was stunned to hear Broto's remark, he then opened a document containing a statement of transfer of inheritance.

There mentioned if Nina gave all the inheritance she received to her husband including the position of CEO of the company.

The Caliph could not believe that the woman had truly given him all her property. She also read Nina's message asking her to change.

What made the Khalif even more surprised was the request of Nina who wanted to live happily and chose to part with him.

"So he gave it his all so that he could leave me," he said, then put the document to the table.

"Then I can't accept all this, it's better that I have nothing than to lose him" Khalif said, leaving Broto.

He stepped out of the room. Dama who knew it immediately followed the Caliph.

I don't know why the Khalif really felt so bad. He sat in the building lobby crying. Now his memories of Nina began to adorn his mind.

He kept beating her head which hurt.

"Aarrgghhh, why don't I just die. Are you deliberately punishing me!" khalif

Not only the head he now hit his chest which began to feel tight until he fainted.

"Chalif!" Dama screamed hysterically when she saw her son was lying in the lobby of the building.

His body was so cold with a paled face. He immediately contacted the Ambulance.

An ambulance stopped in front of the Hawi Corporation. Several medical teams rushed to evacuate Khalif's body into the car.

That morning almost all online and television media reported about the dying condition of the Caliph.

"How are things doc," asked Dama with a huffed face

"The condition is increasingly critical, you should pray a lot for his recovery" replied Adi

"Where is Nina, why isn't she visible?" ask the man

"I don't know where he is either" Dama replied

"Alright doc," Dama immediately picked up her phone and contacted Nina.

He called Nina many times, but the woman did not pick up her phone.

He then contacted his men to find Nina and took her to the hospital.

Nina began to open her eyes as sunlight began to barge into the glass window of her room.

He immediately uncovers the blanket covering his body and steps down from his bed.

He saw the whole room filled with photographs of the Caliph.

"Where is Al, why isn't he here," Nina then exited her room and headed to the living room

A waitress approached him and told him to have breakfast.

"Where's Al, why isn't he visible?" ask Nia

Nina opened the envelope and took out the contents.

Not just a letter, he even found a diamond ring inside.

In the letter, Khalif expressed his apology to Nina for treating him badly all along. He also thanked Nina for always being loyal to him even though he had hurt her a lot.

"If there's one word I want to hear before my death is an apology from you. I don't know why I feel like I won't see you again until I have to say this through this letter.

May you live as happily as you wish. One more thing I want to tell you, Nina, I just realized that if I started to love you, maybe I didn't deserve to say those words, especially considering how I treated you all along. But there's nothing wrong with this feeling, I wouldn't blame you if you couldn't accept my feelings. Maybe this will be my karma that has made you suffer all this time. Nina looked at the diamond ring in her hand.

Nina immediately got up and stepped into the living room to see who was looking for her.

Nina was so shocked when she saw the figure of the man in front of her.

"What do you need to do here?" said Nina with a trembling face

"Mrs asked me to pick you up,"

"What's wrong!" ask Nina curiously

"You should not have to ask a lot of questions and immediately pack your things if you do not want to regret for life," replied the man

"Repent for a lifetime, what's wrong!" nina exclaimed this time she ventured to shake the burly world in front of her

"Your husband is dying right now,"

"Al, what happened to her?" Instantly Nina felt her body go limp, her head dizzy and the scene started to blur.

The man immediately catches Nina's fallen body and takes her to the car.

He drove his car to the hospital where Khalif was being treated.

Dama contacted the man to inquire about Nina.

"He's with me, now we're on our way to the hospital, maybe an hour later we just arrived" the man told Dama
