Areliano left Keisha asleep in her sleep. He came out of the room and approached Bert who was sitting in the waiting room not far from Keisha's room in the care. “Bert keep Keisha for a while.”
Areliano searched the obstetrician's room which he knew quite familiar. “How are you Nathan?” Areliano said.
“Okay, what's the big tumben here?” ask Nathan. Nathan embraces Areliano's shoulder and takes his friend to sit on the sofa in his private room.
“Explain to me in detail for the process of pregnancy and how to calculate the age of the womb.”
Nathan who is an obstetrician goes straight to explain in detail. “Breeding can happen within a few hours or a few days after you have finished having sex. A woman can be said to be pregnant when fertilization successfully occurs.”
Areliano listened well to Nathan's explanation.
“After relating int’im, about three hundred million cells***** will enter vag’ina. However, only hundreds of spe’rma cells will reach the fallopian tube, the location where the egg is located. Of the hundreds of such*****, there is only one****** that successfully met the egg. After the egg and ****** meet, the fertilization process will occur.” Nathan took a breath before continuing his explanation.
“Within twenty-four hours after fertilization occurs, the egg will turn into a zygote. This zygote will then develop into an embryo or fetus and stick to the uterine wall within 5–10 days after fertilization.”
“Five to ten days?” ask Areliano.
Nathan nodded with certainty.
“Then can pregnancy be detected?” Areliano was intrigued by Nathan's answer.
“If use the test pack tool three to four weeks after the last menstrual period, or two to three weeks after having intercourse int im.”
Areliano digested the sentence that just came out of Nathan's mouth. He had only been in contact with Keisha for no more than two weeks, but the doctor stated that Keisha's pregnancy had entered ten weeks. That means Keisha had sex with a man two months ago to produce a child in his wife's birth now. Areliano tried to express his curiosity. “If connecting for only two weeks why the doctor stated her gestational age entered the age of ten weeks.”
Nathan's forehead shriveled, he was a little surprised by the question that came out from his friend. “That's impossible, Areliano. The obstetrician will check the age of the fetus through ultrasound and the results must be accurate. Having sex is only two weeks but the age of the womb is ten weeks it does not make sense. Chances are the woman was already pregnant before the intercourse.”
There was pain clearly reflected in Areliano's chest. She did not expect Keisha to be pregnant with another boy. “Thank you Nathan the explanation was very helpful,” said Areliano.
“Just relax,” replied Nathan.
Areliano said goodbye and walked out of Nathan's room. He walked to Keisha's nursery. In front of the door of the room Keisha Bert stood guard. He bowed respectfully as Areliano came. “Bert have you ever seen Keisha meet a man without my knowledge?”
Bert shook his head. “Do you need that information asap?”
Areliano nodded. Bert immediately contacts Atik's cell phone to ask his men to find Keisha's information.
Areliano went inside, he saw Keisha who was still asleep with his calm face. Areliano sat on the sofa, his gaze staring straight. He thought of a step forward.
Hearing Reagan's name, Areliano rose from his seat. “Car key,” ink Areliano.
Bert gave me the car keys. “Gentleman where to go?”
“Meeting Reagan, you keep Keisha here,” Areliano said. He came out of Keisha's room.
Areliano drove his car so fast that he got to the Havelaar building.
Areliano's quick steps came to Reagan's room. Coinciding with Reagan who just came out of his room.
“Can talk for a minute,” says Areliano.
Reagan nodded, he opened the door of his room and allowed Areliano to enter.
They sat on the couch in Reagan's room. “What's up?”
“I want you to process Keisha's leave for the next week. My wife needs time to rest.”
“Only one week, no more.”
Areliano nodded. “Have you ever seen Keisha meet a man?”
Reagan looked at Areliano in wonder. “Why ask me?”
“Because you're the only one who's always with Keisha. I thought you'd seen Keisha meet men.”
Reagan remembered well. “No. What's wrong?”
“It looks like Keisha has a relationship behind me with another man,” Areliano said. “If later you see Keisha meeting a man, please report to me.”
Reagan nodded. “I will definitely report it to you,” he replied.
After he finished conveying his intentions and goals, Areliano finally said goodbye, he could not leave Keisha for too long.
Areliano came out of the group's Havelaar building, he immediately called his parents to give the good news that Keisha was pregnant. He was hospitalized for minor bleeding.
