I don't believe it anymore
With what you give
I'm stranded here
Angled waiting to die
One verse of the song's lyrics titled 'stop hoping' by the band Sheila on 7 began to flow melodiously in Raline's ears through the earphone connection. Her favorite song is about someone who stops hoping for the Love that always hurts her, for some reason this song feels so representative of her current feelings. his feelings that might have to be annihilated because they are not worth having.
It was hard to forget an Abhimanyu in his life while Raline was convinced that Abi himself never remembered him again.
No one ever said break up between the two but why did they have to separate just because there was no agreement from the family for them to be together?.
Yes, Raline realized that Abi's family did not like her, or rather what Raline believed and stuck in the form of a belief.
The song continued to run through Raline's ears
I don't believe it anymore
Will use the sun
Which was once capable of being illuminated
This dark corner of the heart
Her memories brought her back the first time Raline met her heart.
*Late September 2011 - Jln.Malioboro - Jogja.
Raline walks leisurely around malioboro looking at every interaction that takes place there.
First, there is a young couple who look so happy teaching their child to walk for the first time. Then a husband whose head has been filled with gray middle pushed his wife's wheelchair paralyzed, both chattering happily. tells the journey of their love until they grow old together like that. and there are many more warm interactions that Raline feels are there.
A little boy walked over to Raline with a tray containing dozens of packs of dry and wet tissue.
"Tissue's a pretty sister!" Said the boy who was estimated Raline may be around 7-8 years old.
Raline smiled continuously. He did not need a tissue at this time. "Thank you deck." Raline smiled and continued her path that had stopped.
But the boy continued to follow Raline by continuing to seduce her to buy, "Buy dong kak from earlier no one has bought my merchandise." Wiry of the boy.
Raline's defense collapsed, feeling sorry for the boy, and she smiled and said to the boy, "Judah, how much is a deck?"
Automatic the boy immediately heard the word Raline.he immediately pulled Raline's hand to sit on one of the benches in malioboro, "Yang tissue ordinary 1000 wet 3000 feet, which one do you want?."
"What a normal 5 packs." the boy immediately took 5 packs of tissue and put them in a plastic bag and gave it to Raline.
Raline then gave the boy money with a nominal 100 thousand. The boy scratched his head, "There's no change in the legs because from then on no one has bought it yet,"
"How come it was deliberately brother love for adek."
"Seriously sis?!"
"Yes dong, have gone home there already want maghrib nih,"
The boy stood up and hugged Raline tightly. "Thank you, brother, I just happen to need money to buy medicine for a sick mother."
"Your mother is sick?"
The boy nodded
"What pain?"
"Just a fever he said but you can not wake up, I'm sad so today I sell until this afternoon to find extra money to be able to buy medicine for mother,"
"That's so hard, where's your dad?"
"Dad, there's no brother." Raline's heart seemed to be pinched instantly when she heard the boy's statement that sounded very sad. Unfortunately, his fate when out there many children of his age are playing with peers but this boy actually had to slam bones to get money so that his family's needs are met.
"Judah you go home now you want to be lazy. Here's brother add in the money so you can buy your mother's medicine..."
"Yes." Yeah." Raline answered and rubbed the boy's hair, dear.
"You have so much, brother."
The boy turned around and ran as fast as he could to go home where his mother might have been waiting.
"Don't forget to learn!" Shouted Raline.
Raline was happy when she could help others even though she did not know the person she helped though.
Shouldn't fellow humans be like that Raline thought.
"Are you sure that the child you're helping is really worth helping?" A male voice interrupting Raline made her turn her head and found that a man was now sitting next to her.
'Since when has this guy been here?'
"Know, my name is Abi." The man stuck out his hand trying to get acquainted with Raline, but Raline flinched she had never seen this man before. Who knows if he wants to be mean to Raline!.
Raline then stood up and left the man who was about to invite her to meet.
Next day.
"Not to get acquainted?" The man's words again made Raline roll her eyes lazily.
"Sorry who are you?! don't let me scream let everyone thump you!" Threatening Raline but instead made Abi start chuckling because of Raline's innocence.
"Eat first acquaintance let you know who I am."
Raline gave up and told the man in front of her to sit next to her.
"So?!" Raline said lazily rambling
"I'm your faculty friend. You haven't seen me before?" Abi hopes that Raline can remember him but Raline replies to Abi's question with a headband.
"I never saw." Raline said lightly to make Abi look disappointed.
Weeks follow Raline to be able to just get acquainted with him but which can be even a bitter reality that Raline had never seen Abi before. Though Abi often tried to attract Raline's attention either by just walking in front of Raline in the campus corridor or by pretending to read books in the library where Raline usually spent lunch time with friendshis friend.
"Okay, maybe it's time to get officially acquainted." Said Abi trying to stretch out his hand again just like he did yesterday. "My name is Abhimanyu Respati, commonly called Abi, a lecture majoring in economics and a faculty with you." Obviously long Abi with one breath.
Raline chuckled at Abi's cute facial expression when she met him. But he came back seriously to return Abi's hand in front of him, "Raline. Raline Andini, the son of the major is accountable...."
"...ansi." Abi continued quickly when Raline had not had time to complete her words.
"do you know?!"
Abi smiled rancidly but proudly, "Know dong!"
"You've been trying to drug me a lot, haven't you?! Ngaku hayo!" Urged Raline.
"Well, I know it's because we're a faculty and I often see you getting into lazy accounting."
"Big?!"
"Suerrrrr bye." Abi formed his index and middle fingers to form the letter V of the swear sign.
"Yuuda deh."
"If why does it mean you can be a friend dong?" Ask Abi teasingly.
"Not necessarily." Raline then left Abi.
"Hey wait a minute, I'm not done talking!"
"Thank you!!!" Raline said from a distance.
But what Raline does not know is that now Abi is smiling is not clear because finally he can get officially acquainted with his heart, he said,
raline Andini.
