The night changed in the morning, bright sunlight entered the room inhabited by a couple of husband and wife.
Abi who pulled the curtains of his room so that the bright morning sunlight penetrated the glass walls of their room. Ananda's deep sleep was disturbed by it.
Ananda's eyelids blinked for a while, adjusting the light directly into his cornea. And finally Ananda's eyes caught the silhouette of Abi's sturdy body in front of him who was trying to turn his back on the sunlight.
"Mas is up?"
Abi smiled, "Here it is,"
"I'm sorry I overslept. You're the one who finally woke me up,"
Abi chuckled, "Without papa, how's he doing?"
Ananda shook his head, "Lemes." His speech.
Abi grabbed the bowl that was already available on the nightstand beside the bed, carrying the thing over his lap.
"So, Mas buyin chicken kang asep porridge in front. You eat yes,"
Not yet got an answer to his question, Abi even responded with Ananda's ringing, "Ehmmm, Mas bauk!" Shouted Ananda.
Abi inhaled his scent quickly, he felt that his usual scent was nothing strange, "Dek, Mas has taken a bath!" Abi said, "You want hindarin to eat right? so say the mas bauk?"
Ananda shook his head tightly while covering his nose, "No, the prey is indeed baukk!" Said Ananda with a nasal voice created by him talking with a closed life.
"Hoeks!"
Ananda lightning-quickly went straight into the bathroom leaving Abi still holding her bowl. Abi did not stay silent immediately followed his wife into the bathroom.
"Don't deket!" Ananda's hand automatically held Abi close even though his face did not look towards the person he was aiming for.
Abi took a step back and Ananda lowered her hand and started rubbing her own nape.
After a few minutes in the bathroom to get her vomit out, Ananda now walked limply towards the bed where Abi was waiting for her by sitting on the bed.
Ananda looked at her husband who was looking at her worriedly, Ananda felt bad because she had rejected her husband's help. Blame it for his sense of smell that had earlier rejected Abi's presence nearby, "M-mas!" Call Ananda scared.
Abi was silent, making Ananda even more shrieked not daring to look into her husband's eyes, really.
"I'm sorry, but don't know why my nose is so sensitive from last night. Especially if the deck is the same mas," Lirih Ananda.
Abi flinched, "So from last night you didn't tell me that?"
Ananda nodded timidly again.
"Why? How come you're not saying it frankly?"
"I don't feel good, I'm afraid I'm angry." Ananda looked down in fear waiting for Abi's next reaction. Will the man be angry with her?.
But a second later a different reaction was received Ananda, instead,
"Hahaha," Abi's laughter broke from seeing his wife's innocence, for what it was like to be married to a boy Abi thought. How could Ananda now act like an adorable boy in front of her.
"You are there, where you may be angry. You are pregnant naturally if your mood changes easily let alone your sense of smell which is now very sensitive,"
Abi's words made Ananda smile
****
The stars tonight are so glittering in the sky that Abi sits on the balcony of his house with a wooden chair as a support for his body.
The night wind starts to blow slowly but can make the body feel shivering tonight. The weather was clear but the wind felt so cold.
Several times Abi rubbed his palms together to find the source of his body heat to drive away the whack of cold.
He got up and started to stand with his hands holding the balcony divider.
'Star sirius!' Screaming a voice, Abi looked to the right and to the left there was no one.
He looked into space. And sure enough there's a Sirius star there. The brightest star of the night is now trying to spoil Abi's eyes.
A shadow flashed on Abi's head made him dizzy for a moment, his lips shrieked so hard that he was thrown onto the wooden chair he was sitting on.
"You know that Sirius is the brightest star at night than any other star." Say a male voice in Abi's mind.
"Haha, you know!" Now came the voice of the woman who replied.
"Will you come with me to see the stars tonight?"
....
"Ha! That's it!" Shouted The man's voice pointed towards the sky right where there was a celestial object shining with its light.
"Star sirius!" The voice of the woman made the man close his ears.
"Oh, I'm sorry I'm so pissed?" The woman's regret made the man just smile, "What a papa, Ra-"
Abi was still holding his head that was throbbing uncontrollably, the sound of his screeches getting louder.
Ananda was in a hurry to find the origin of the voice that shouted earlier disturbing him who was resting while watching television in the middle room. She knew it was her husband's voice.
The sound of Abi's increasingly powerful screams of pain made it easier for Ananda to find the man who was already lying on the second floor of their house.
"Mas Abi!" Ananda's cry is strong.
Abi fainted!.
****
Ananda grasped tightly Abi's fingers that were still drowning on the bed.
After learning Abi had fainted, Ananda immediately called for reinforcements, which fortunately there were two security guards at their housing complex who were passing in front of their house, until Abi was brought to bed was assisted by 2 guards.
Ananda called a confidant doctor immediately to check on her husband.
"Sir Abi just had a shock to the nerves of his brain that made it difficult for him to control himself just now, lucky that you immediately called me," Obviously the doctor was on Ananda who was still holding Abi's fingers that felt colder.
Ananda looked increasingly worried, "What is the cause of the nerve shock?"
"It is usually caused by the reception of information in the brain that is irregular so that the brain experiences severe shock,"
Ananda was silent still trying to digest well what the doctor had just said.
"I'm sorry, did Mr. Abi ever experience memory forgetfulness.. hmmmm, I mean Amnesia?" Ask the doctor with his hand who tried to tidy up all his luggage to go home.
"Am-amnesia?" Ananda asked back in a pretty surprised tone.
"Yes, I think the patient has amnesia. But I cannot confirm in detail because if we want to make sure we have to take patients to the hospital."
Ananda.
"Sorry mom, I have to go back home." The doctor said goodbye.
"Oh yes, doctor, thank you for helping,"
"Together."
After delivering the doctor to the front porch of the house, Ananda is now enveloped in questions about her husband.
'Did her husband have amnesia?'
But why didn't anyone tell him?.
Is indeed Abi's family deliberately kept this a secret, but for what everything is kept a secret.
Ananda was confused, until Faiz was revealed as a person who could give him information about what his husband was experiencing.
Ananda grabbed the phone from the pocket of the trousers he was wearing. He also typed in a short message with a trembling hand.
From Ananda:
See me tomorrow at the downtown cafeteria, Iz. I beg!.
From Faiz:
Okay, lunch hour. Ten minutes late.I left.
****
The next day according to their agreement. Ananda met Faiz in the city's central cafeteria.
Faiz, who at that time wore a long-sleeved black shirt that contrasted with his pure white skin, was quite striking for anyone who saw him at that time. It was not difficult for Ananda to recognize Faiz among the crowd of cafe visitors.
"Sorry I'm late, Iz." Ananda apologized when he just arrived at their table.
Faiz cleared his throat lightly, "Live to the point only I'm lazy to linger," he said staring intently at Ananda.
"good. Is it true that Abi never-" Ananda was unable to express it. But Ananda's heart insisted on immediately wanting to know about this.
"Am-amnesia?" The word stammering finally came out from ananda's lips.
Faiz smiled curiously in response to the question, "You finally know it now Nand!"
Ananda shock isn't playing, "So right?"
"Like that." Said Faiz lightly.
"Listen Nand, you never realize that you have been lying to my family and your father all this time?. They're setting you up just for business and friendship, too,"
Ananda widened his eyes in shock.
"Not to be surprised Nanda, parents do like that. Forcing the will, you just don't know Nand's other secrets yet."
Faiz laughed coldly again as if judging Ananda's stupidity that could be fooled by this nonsense matchmaking.
Faiz stood up, "I'm leaving! I still have a lot of work."
Ananda shone his gaze at Faiz who had drifted away.
It feels like this time Ananda shouted to remove all these problems in his brain.
Ananda now knows why his father was so adamant to set him up with Abi, who apparently aimed for nothing but business problems between the two sides.
And because of this matchmaking, Ananda also had to let her beloved lover go.
Sinful or not she is now, Ananda misses her ex-lover......
