20. The Plan To End The Zombie Apocalypse
After landing, the four of them got off the plane, then walked down the area after seeing an arrow and they followed it
"Hey look! there's an arrow! should we follow the sign?" Gaeul who saw the sign then asked the others
"OK!" The other answer agrees
"It looks like it's leading somewhere?" Said Sulyoon while looking at the trees around him
"It is possible that this road leads to the secret headquarters" Sahut Haruto, who suddenly heard a voice from the bushes in front of them
"Stop!" Haruto said when he saw the bushes in front of him twitching
"What's wrong??" Ask Fumiya who walked over to him
"You see that?" Ask back Haruto
"Maybe it's just a little animal hiding" Fumiya answered casually and walked up to the bush, while Haruto was getting ready with his rifle if something coming out of the bushes was something bad
"Be careful!" Gaeul warns Fumiya
As the bushes approached, a girl appeared from behind the bushes, to their surprise, and Gaeul was even more surprised, as she knew who the girl was
"Who are you?!!" The girl asked, pointing a knife at Fumiya
"Zoa?" Gaeul said as he walked over to her
"Sister? Gaeul??" Reply Zoa, the girl
Apparently the girl is Zoa, who used to be the son of the owner of the cafe where Gaeul worked first
"Geez! you still alive?!" Gaeul hugged Zoa and then cried
Both embrace and cry because they feel the same, suffering, sacrifice, to the loss of loved ones
"So how did you get here?" Ask Zoa
"I came here with my friends to find a secret place around here" Gaeul replied
"What do you mean by the secret headquarters of the Phoenix Laboratory?" Ask back Zoa who made everyone surprised to hear this
"Do you know that place?" Ask Haruto
"Not really, actually...." Zoa replied, starting to shrink his voice
"Zoa? you why?" Gaeul asks who saw something was wrong with Zoa
"Did something happen to you? waita minute! how did you get here? where's your mother?" Haruto asked who was starting to feel that there was something strange about Zoa
"Actually,,.. I was able to get here because I was on a small plane" replied Zoa and then he started telling stories
They all sat in a hut near the edge of the lake and began to listen to the Zoa story
The story begins
One week after the outbreak spread, the, Zoa and his mother who had taken refuge in one of the districts in South Korea were suddenly invited by some people to go to Japan on the grounds there is a safe place, there is a safe place, but on condition not to tell other refugees, because only certain people can join
"Wait, they forbid you to tell anyone? how weird!" Sulyoon frowned
"Then what happens next?" Gaeul tells Zoa to continue the story

Zoa and his mother agreed and immediately left the next morning, they were both picked up by two people in a Jeep car and escorted to the airport, once there they are immediately delivered to a runway that has a small plane that they will use to go to Japan. Zoa felt something strange about the people who took him to the plane, they used a black white uniform with a logo and emblem that read Japan Phoenix Of Laboratory
"What??! the logo on their uniform reads Japan Phoenix Of Laboratory? that means this incident was already planned by them!" Fumiya said grimly
"Hmm, I still can't conclude that the Phoenix Of Laboratory did this cruel thing, though, as we know that the Phoenix Of Laboratory was one of the laboratories that contributed many useful findings in the world of health science and technology, from the beginning, how could they do such a cruel thing as make a virus?" Reply Haruto who slightly disagrees with Fumiya's opinion especially because his mother is the Director of Japan Phoenix Of Laboratory
"I know that your mother is one of the important people there, but that doesn't mean you can deny it if it's all the work of the Japan Phoenix Of Laboratory!" Firmly Fumiya while staring sharply
"Of course, don't fight! we are still not finished hearing the whole story from Zoa" Gaeul said
"Can you continue your story, Zoa?" Pinta Sulyoon
"Good brother!" Reply Zoa nodded
Back to the Zoa story
Zoa and his mother arrived in Japan precisely on an island around which there are known lakes named Shikotsu and Toya. He and his mother along with several people who participated with the Japan Phoenix Of Laboratory group, he said, they were all directed to go to a place and they were all put into a room in which there were some South Koreans and Japanese who looked desperate one of them told that everyone in this room will be subjected to a trial of the antiviral serum Z.
Once injected, they will be directly put into a room containing several zombies, then if the person who has injected the Z antiviral serum is bitten by the zombie and they do not turn into a zombie then the research is declared successful and they will all be given the Z antiviral serum, but on the contrary, if the experiment fails, they will continue to test the people until it produces results
"What?!! how outrageous! basic inhumanity!" Fumiya said furiously as she clenched her hand
"Then how did you get out of there?" Ask Gaeul
When more and more people have become zombies, due to experiments that continue to produce no results, suddenly the room containing zombies is open and immediately messes with the place, Zoa's mother and several others sacrificed by holding the main door closed and telling Zoa to run, saying that Zoa must survive because it still has a long future
Soon the big door held by Zoa's mother and several other people was closed and of course his mother and the people who held the main door had become a zombie meal and most likely it will also be a part of them
"So you all ran away, but since the main door was about to close automatically, your mother and some survivors held the door open to let you through and get out?" Gaeul asked in an pity tone
"Yes, my brother, they were willing to sacrifice for me, and now they are no longer safe! hiks-hiks-hiks..." Zoa replied then crying which was immediately embraced by Gaeul and Sulyoon who also felt pity
Fumiya grew furious and vowed to make all the officers of the Japan Phoenix Of Laboratory responsible for everyone's suffering
"Look at it later! I will make everyone who works under the Phoenix Laboratory responsible for all of this!" Fumiya said softly with a heavy voice and full of stifled emotions
"Mummy..." Sulyoon who was hugging Zoa spoke softly while looking at Fumiya's face filled with emotion
"Fumiya, come with me for a moment" Pinta Haruto
Then the two of them walked to the edge of the lake some distance away from the cottage to talk about something using Japanese, so that if the conversation of the two of them was heard by the others, they would not understand
"I know you're angry with everyone who's under the Phoenix Laboratory, both the ones here want in South Korea, and also you must hate me so much right now" Haruto said, fumiya remained silent
"So instead of the two of us continuing to contradict each other, I better just go" Haruto said again, this time Fumiya responded to his words
"What's? do you think that going by you will make things better?!" Fumiya asked slightly raising her voice
"I want you to go on my private plane with Gaeul, Sulyoon and Zoa, I want them to be safe and someone to look after them, so I entrust their safety to you" Answer Haruto
"Then what about you?" Asked Fumiya again, this time he said a little calmly
"I'll figure out a way to find the antidote and then if I find it, I'll launch and detonate a missile containing the antidote and spread it through the particles in the air" Haruto replied while patting Fumiya's right shoulder
"Then how did you get out of here? isn't your private plane the only remaining vehicle still accessible?" Ask Fumiya who is curious about Haruto's escape plan after launching and detonating the missile and the place (Shikotsu Lake and Toya)
"I still have some vehicles to get out of here, the point is now that you and the others have to get out of here" Haruto replied
"What about Gaeul? she must have known that you weren't on the plane?" Ask Fumiya again
"I'll go back to the plane for a while to pick up my gear and leave the plane on another road, so Gaeul and the others think that I'm back on the plane first" Haruto explained his plan
"All right, I understand!" Reply Fumiya
Haruto leaves Fumiya and the others to return to the plane to retrieve his equipment, leaving the plane 5 minutes later, 10 Minutes later Fumiya invites Gaeul Sulyoon and Zoa to return to the plane on the grounds that Haruto is waiting for them
"Sorry friends I have to lie to you ..." Inner Fumiya who felt guilty for lying to his friends
On the other hand, Haruto also said the same thing with Fumiya
"I'm sorry Gaeul, Sulyoon, Zoa, I have to lie to you because there are still things I have to do" Inner Haruto in his heart then continued his steps
