By looking at her twins, he made her have hope and confidence that Avril would also be fine. It was never on her mind that Avril would have bleeding, before they routinely went to the clinic to check on her pregnancy. There were no serious problems and no history of Avril bleeding during childbirth.

Suddenly his phone rings, he picks up the call and soon Eun Soo and Seung Chul come to see him.

"How's Avril doing?" Eun Soo asked worriedly.

"Now he's in the operating room to stop the bleeding." Boo Young replied while looking at her twin.

Eun Soo, who heard Avril was going to be operated on, felt sorry. She knows the danger, if she has postpartum bleeding. Moreover, her bleeding in due to the placenta Retensio, it makes Eun Soo even more worried.

Boo Young no longer knew what to do. In his heart he ceaselessly prayed that God would give him the opportunity to be the best husband and father for Avril and her children. He realized, that he could not yet be a good husband to Avril.

That night Eun Soo and Seung Chul plan to accompany Boo Young, but Boo Young tells them to go home. Because it takes time to calm down. Finally, Eun Soo invites Seung Chul to come home.

The nurse came out of the operating room and told Boo Young that Avril was in critical condition after the surgery. So Avril was placed in the ICU room and she had not been allowed to see the wife.

The vibration of the mobile phone in his pocket made him stand up. He saw Calvin on his phone screen. He knew that Calvin would ask about the state of his mother.

"Papa, how's mom doing?" Calvin asked worriedly.

Of course Boo Young would not answer honestly about Avril's critical state. He did not want the child to worry, he only asked Calvin to pray for the mother to recover quickly.

"Mama is fine! Calvin don't forget to pray for Mama and tell Grandpa." Answer Boo Young.

Until now, Boo Young has not informed the Avril family in Indonesia, if Avril has given birth. She also did not want her in-laws to worry, if she knew about Avril's critical condition. Boo Young plans to tell her in-laws when Avril is out of the ICU. Calvin was forbidden to tell his grandparents in Indonesia.

Then Boo Young went to see the doctor who treated Avril. In the room, the doctor told him in detail what Avril was experiencing. The doctor asked Boo Young not to worry too much and maintain his health condition. Because at that time, the doctor saw Boo Young who looked frustrated.

"You better take care of your health, because if you are sick, then who encourages the patient? Since you are her husband, the one who is very close to her, so very influential on her recovery." The doctor said.

Boo Young nodded and realized that she looked like the person who had just been fired from her office. After the doctor finished explaining Avril's condition, Boo Young came out of the doctor's office and called his assistant.

He rented a hotel near the hospital and told his assistant to bring him a change of clothes. And don't forget, the assistant brought her dinner. After changing his clothes, he walked to the living room of the hotel.

When he arrived at the hospital, he first saw Avril from behind a glass. At the sight of Avril who still did not wake up, if he was allowed to enter, he would sleep next to Avril while telling funny things. At that time, the doctor did not allow him to go inside.

Then she went to see her children, a nurse was giving them milk. So Boo Young could see her twins clearly. Her tiny hands made Boo Young want to touch her. He himself has not been able to distinguish his twins and also has not given a name for his twin babies.

Because Avril wanted to name the child after birth and did not prepare the name before. Likewise with baby clothes, they do not have much stock. Avril only bought 4 pairs of clothes for twins.
