34. Opening Wedding Gift

"Ehm .. errr .. sorry, I was just looking around."

Daniel did not reply, only looking at Karen with his flat face.

"I swear nothing is broken. I'm turning it around." Karen returned to her place.

"You can play it if you want. You're my wife, everything here is yours too."

Karen shuddered in horror at hearing that. The status of the wife who was held still felt very strange.

Plus, Daniel who rarely spoke uttered flawless perfect sentences. Every time he spoke, his words seemed to have been well thought out so that they were very neatly structured.

Is he a perfectionist? (Karen).

Because it was allowed, Karen looked around and admired the collection of Ironman figures.

Coincidentally he also really likes the character in addition to Black Widow whom he admires. Only, he did not have as many toy figures as Daniel had.

Not long after, the sound of cars disperse their activities. Someone came to meet. Karen hurriedly opened the front door followed by Daniel behind her who walked more slowly.

It turned out that the guest was none other than Mama Puri with Kendrik who stopped by to deliver wedding gifts and wedding photos of Karen-Daniel printed very large complete with golden frame.

They put all the stuff delivered in the television room.

"Why did you come here anyway? Later I'll be the same Daniel who took it home" Karen said as she moved the items.

"It's okay, Mama, you want to see this house. Before marriage, Mama had never stopped by." Mama Puri is curious about her son's life. Of course want to make sure Karen's okay and well there.

"Yes, Ma, I just lost my curiosity, too" said Karen, then she lowered her voice. "It's so neat and so clean."

"That means you have to be diligent in cleaning, Ren! Don't be careless!" Mama Puri also whispered.

"Ppsstt, there's ART. Just relax, Ma!"

Mama Puri mangosteen and gave her thumbs.

"Daniel, is Karen upset?"

"No, Ma" Daniel answered briefly with a small smile.

"Well, just a day. Later if it's been months, then just know Kak Karen tuh original like a lion haha ...." Kendrik.

Karen squinted her eyes and pursed her lips. He put a hand on Kendrik's face. "Now, same hand!"

"What does Kendrik want to drink?" Daniel asked with a sweet smile.

"No, Mama not long. Just anther gift same photo all clay-only home. It's going home again. Many of my friends want to come home." Mama Puri took her bag. "Look, Ken, it's over."

They say goodbye.

Karen and Daniel let go in front of the gate. Daniel embraced Karen and waved to them.

Karen's heart rippled in shock with that sudden embrace. After Mama and Kendrik's car is no longer visible, Daniel immediately releases his embrace.

Karen had to get used to acting as a happy couple. It was also one of Daniel's requests to behave like a husband and wife whether it was there or no one else.

"Smile!" karen said to Daniel.

Clumsy, Daniel pulled his lips until his teeth were seen.

"Freaky kok? The megem! You were smiling sweetly at Mama, why can't I? Here I help."

Karen pinched Daniel's right and left cheeks making the lips smile.

"Oh ..," said Daniel.

"Oh, can you talk too?"

Karen went straight into the house. Looking at the mound of gifts, his heart was a little happy. He is a person who loves gifts.

Some were wrapped in newspapers that were certainly from the people closest to Karen. Some are wrapped in plain paper.

Daniel and Karen were already sitting in the television room to open the gift.

"Where did you start? Um .. a big one."

Karen opened the big gift slowly and folded the paper neatly. Daniel looked at the astonishment. With that look, Karen explained.

"This gift paper is stored for us to wrap gifts for the wedding who we will go to. Save paper use, can help preserve the environment. If it's wrapped in old newspapers, it's up to you."

"Aren't you going to help me open the gift, Niel?"

The doctor then took the gift and opened it. He did it in Karen's way that was very careful to minimize the tear on the wrapping paper, and for those wrapped in newspapers, he opened with ordinary course.

"Oh, blanket." Karen read the greeting card tucked in the blanket gift out loud. "Goodbye to the new life of Boss Black Widow and Doctor Daniel. Now that Miss Boss has a life roll, so I give you a blanket gift, from: Inda 'the Cat Woman' and Soni 'the Cat Man' ...." Karen was suddenly embarrassed.

"Pppffhhttt ...." Now Daniel who chuckled little heard the word Black Widow.

Goddamnit! How dare he laugh at me. (Karen).

"Laughter why? Because of Black Widow? Don't you hear me, Mr. Ironman?"

Daniel stopped his little laugh and was self-conscious.

Daniel picked up another gift shaped like a book and yes, it was a comic book. He smiled happily.

"From your friend?"

Daniel nodded.

"Have you pesen the same temen you for giving your favorite comic gift?"

He nodded again.

Karen swallowed. "Instead of my daughterin dialogue film, keep you kamit lipsync."

Daniel only glanced at Karen for a moment then drowned in his comic reading again.

"Hey, Anubis Statue is half Ironman, why is it even fun to read comics anyway? Help open the gift."

Daniel put the comic down and then took the next pack. The gift is quite the size of a rather large book with a thickness of about 10 cm. He thought it was a gift from another friend who gave him a comic series.

The dark blue parcel does not use gift paper but a special box that is often used to put gifts. He lifted the cover and looked disappointed that the contents were not what was expected.

Whatisthis? (Daniel).

The contents of the gift are high.

Whatisit? The lingerie? (Karen).

Karen hastily snatches it from Daniel and hides it behind her back. There was some lingerie in the box. It turned out that it contained not one but 3 pieces of lingerie.

Daniel cringing.

"This must be from my friend hehe" said Karen.

"Oh" Daniel answered briefly.

"Ehm .. we'll take half tomorrow again." Karen panics if she finds a strange gift from her friend.

Daniel nodded and began transporting the rest of the gifts to their rooms.
