Don't Go!

Next morning.

Ze has just woken up from his sleep and it turns out Jimmy is dressed neatly. The man looked handsome, just like always. His hair was neatly combed and the suit of shirt he was wearing at the time further refined his appearance.

Ze glanced at the clock hanging on the wall of their room. He knitted his eyebrows together because it was too early to go to the gym. Jimmy did not realize that his wife had woken up from her sleep.

"Mas" said Ze.

Jimmy was aghast and immediately turned to look towards Ze. The man smiled warmly then walked over to the bed and sat on the edge.

"Are you awake?" Jimmy stroked the top of Ze's head and then planted a kiss like he always did.

"Where are you going so early in the morning? Isn't it still too early to go to the gym?" ze asked with a surprised face looking at Jimmy.

"Ehm .. actually today I want to go to town A to see my old friend. But I promise you, honey. I won't be there long. After our business is done, I'll be back soon, too" said Jimmy.

Ze's lips were still tightly shut, but his gaze poked sharply at the man. There was a sense of jealousy engulfing his heart at this moment. Ze suspects that the person Jimmy is meeting right now is the same person who contacted him last night.

Jimmy got back out of position. He was still not finished tidying up the shirt and pants he was wearing. However, just as Jimmy wanted to get out of bed, Ze caught his hand with lightning speed and restrained the man.

"Your friend is a boy or a girl, Mom?" asked Ze with a serious face. Really serious.

Jimmy chuckled softly at Ze's reaction back then. The man sat down next to Ze and answered his little wife's question.

"What if my friend was a girl. Are you jealous?" say Jimmy while stroking Ze's right cheek gently.

"Yes, my mom! Who is not jealous if her husband meets a girl with this cool outfit. Yeah, even on the grounds that she's his old friend" Ze annoyed with a lip.

Jimmy laughed at Ze's reply. She was happy because she wanted to admit that she was jealous. "No, Honey. My old friend's a boy. It's all men, no women" Jimmy replied, calming an upset Ze.

"Don't lie!"

"I swear. I'm not lying, honey," replied Jimmy again.

"I can't believe it! Then who called Mas last night? Is he the same person as someone I want to meet today?" ask Ze full of probes.

Jimmy breathed heavily. "Yes, you're right. The man I wanted to meet today was the man who called me last night" Jimmy replied.

"Who?" ask Ze who is still curious.

"B-but why?" ask Ze again.

"Ehm, stop. I'd better leave first, because the journey I'll take is quite far," said Jimmy who then prepared to leave the room.

Ze hurried up and went back to Jimmy who was already in the doorway with his disheveled face. Even her hair still looked disheveled at that moment. Now Ze is standing right in front of Jimmy, stretching out his arms.

"I'm sorry, Jimmy. But I won't let you go" Ze said with a serious face looking at Jimmy.

Jimmy breathed heavily. "But why, Ze? Trust me that I only met my old friend and he's a man" Jimmy replied, trying to convince Ze once more.

"I don't know, anyway I don't want Mas to go, period!" Ze slammed into Jimmy's arms and hugged the man very tightly.

Not only Ze, Jimmy was actually reluctant to go and see the man again. However, if he does not meet her, he is afraid something unwanted will happen later.

"If you insist on leaving, then I must come!" firmly Ze who is still leaning his head on the chest of Jimmy's field.

"Can't, Ze. Please, trust me and let me go today" Jimmy said.

Right at that moment, Mommy Martha accidentally passed through their room. "Ze why?" mommy Martha asked in surprise when she saw the grieving Ze in Jimmy's arms.

"Bu-" Jimmy's words came to a halt when Ze interrupted him.

Ze breaks his arms with Jimmy and stares at Mommy Martha. "Mas Jimmy wants to go see one of his old friends, Mom. But he did not want to invite Ze," said Ze while pitying his mother-in-law.

Mommy Martha looked surprised. He looked at Jimmy with a serious look. "Old friend? Do you want to see that guy again, Jimmy?!" squeal Mommy Martha.

Jimmy looks so wrong. He scratched his non-itchy head while putting on a matted face, just like Ze. "Yes, Mom!" answer Jimmy.

"No! Mommy won't let you, Jimmy! Do you want Mommy to come back like she used to, huh?! You're happy to see Mommy suffer, aren't you?!" squeal Mommy Martha with teary eyes.

Jimmy shook his head quickly. "No, Mom! No," replied Jimmy who then hugged Mommy Martha's body tightly.

"Fine forget them, Jimmy. Anyway, have you forgotten? Soon you will have children and your children will need you more than them" said Mommy Martha.

Ze who did not understand what they were talking about, could only shut up and pay attention to them.
