There wasn't much conversation between them after David and Danesh joined them as Daddy Raka immediately invited them to enjoy the meal and would continue the conversation after dinner.

Twenty minutes passed and dinner together was over.

Calista who listened to him was made to not believe how his parents would be able to match him without asking for his approval.

"So who wants Mommy and Daddy to get married to Calista?" Calista asked both of her parents.

"Danesh." Answer Daddy Berto.

"What?" Calista's eyes were wide.

Calista was surprised to hear it. Calista also set his eyes on Danesh who was seen coming to put on the same surprised face as he seemed.

How not to be surprised, Danesh thinks David is the one who will be betrothed to Calista but it turns out he is.

Danesh who was about to speak was silenced because his Daddy again raised his voice.

"Om sure this is surprising to you, Cal. But Om's convinced that our decision is best for you, our children."

Calista was made to not think of hearing it. They say this is the best for him? How could they conclude that this matchmaking was the best for her while she could not accept it.

"Cal, you remember your promise to Daddy yesterday, don't you, son?" Mommy Diora said softly with a shady look.

Hearing Mommy's words made Calista powerless to argue. Didn't he intend to accept the decision from his parents yesterday?

Calista and Danesh are both silenced. So many words wanted to come out of their mouths but they were powerless to speak because their parents had taken over their words.

David who is not a victim of the matchmaking plan of his parents of course feel happy by putting on a calm facial expression. Fortunately, three months ago he had arranged a strategy to avoid the arranged marriage plan of his parents by looking for a woman who wanted to be his pretend lover.
