Cia & Noah Chapter 8

Cia was still devastated by what happened to her. Freya who wanted to pry deeper, had difficulty in this. El could only wait because he would not be able to start the search effort if Cia did not say so.

“I'll go to Noah's place. Call if you have got which hotel Cia occupied at that time.” El lands a kiss on Freya's forehead. Since coming to London, El has not met Noah. He also really wanted to hit his friend because he did not take care of his sister well. 

“Alright, I'll let you know if Cia wants to tell you where the hotel was staying.” So far Freya still digs out the information slowly. Do not want to be too imposing for fear of Cia back down. For now Cia was already willing to eat and started

listened it. So Freya doesn't want to re-awaken Cia's bad memory.

El leaves by bus to Noah's office. Along the way, he thought about how to find the man. The bus stopped at a stop near Noah's office. El had to walk a little to reach the office. El was a shareholder in Noah's company, so it was only natural that when he came everyone greeted him kindly. 

“Justin,” said Noah who was surprised to see the arrival of his friend suddenly. He who is sitting in the seat of his greatness stands. Throwing the coat while swinging a step toward El.

El stared intently at Noah. One bogem floated into Noah's stomach. Noah's body fell down. 

“Justin, why did you hit me?” ask Noah. 

“Because you deserve to be hit.” El stared intently at Noah. His feelings were very upset with his friend that one.  

“Can you ask well. Not directly hit.” Noah snorted in annoyance. 

“Do not overdo it. I hit you not hard.” El reached out to help Noah to wake up.

Noah laughs. Actually, his friend didn't really hit. He was shocked and made her fall to the floor.

“Come sit down and explain what happened!” he led El to the sofa. 

Noah immediately contacted his secretary to make two cups of tea. While swinging his steps toward El, he asked, “since when did you come?”

“I came just this morning.” 

“Why not let me know if you're here?” 

“I'm in a hurry. So forgot to update.” 

Their conversation had to come to a halt when Noah's secretary came carrying two cups of tea. El and Noah enjoy a warm tea first before returning to the story. Tea can always make the heart calm. That's how El feels when sipping warm tea. 

El took a breath and exhaled slowly. “Cia is pregnant,” she said along with a puff of breath coming out of her nasal cavity. 

Noah who was sipping tea immediately choked when he found El's speech. 

What El said really surprised him. 

“You all right?” ask El. 

“No-no.” Noah grabbed a tissue and rubbed his wet lips. 

“That's why I hit you. Because you can't take care of my sister properly.” El finally tells him why he hit Noah so suddenly. 

“Try telling. What the hell's going on? How can Cia get pregnant?” Noah was curious.

“You've been here all along. Should I ask why Cia's pregnant? You should have taken care of him.” El snorted annoyedly remembering that Cia. 

El exhaled. He confirmed Noah's words. Bian and Noah have been taking good care of Cia for almost three years. So this incident was not purely the fault of Noah and Bian. After all, it was nearing home and naturally they had felt calm to release Cia's supervision. 

“I'm sorry,” said El. 

Noah pats El's shoulder. “I know Justin you must have been hit. I can feel it.” 

“Yes, I feel like I failed once because I couldn't take care of my sister. What should I tell papa if she knows her daughter is pregnant without a husband.” El rubbed his face rough. His biggest fear was about the disappointment of his father-in-law. That will surely make their relationship difficult. 

“You didn't try to find the man to be in charge?” ask Noah. 

“The problem, we don't know who that guy is.” It felt like El was really in a dilemma. Don't know what else to do. 

“Do not know?” ask Noah to make sure. 

“Iya, Cia herself said no idea who the guy is with her.” El told me what he knew. 

“What happened when Bian and I tried to contact Cia?” ask Noah to make sure. At that time Bian contacted him because Cia had not come home. Eventually, Noah attempts to contact Cia, but the girl cannot be contacted. Noah wants to find Cia's friend's house, but unfortunately he doesn't know where Cia's friend's house is. In the morning, Bian calls her when Cia gets home. Bian said that Cia looked ordinary. He was angry when asked where he had gone last night. 

“Iya, when Bian called you said if Cia didn't come home.” El who had heard the story of Bian also confirmed when the incident occurred. 

“What happened exactly? I mean how are the details?” 

“Cia said she was at a farewell with her friend. Then he got drunk. When he was drunk he was not conscious at all. When he realized he was in a hotel and all that happened. Only a few days ago did she know she was pregnant. Bian who found Cia not coming out of the room finally broke the door. It turns out Cia's situation is so messed up. Then Bian called Freya and me, because he didn't know what to do.” El clenched his hand as he recalled the story from Cia. 

Noah remained silent. Listen to the story of El. “Then what will you do?” ask Noah to make sure. 

“I'll find the man.”

“Are you going to hold him accountable?” Noah's curiosity, tickled him to ask. 

“I'll kill him.” El clenched his hand. His eyes were filled with hatred. Feeling unacceptable with what was done by the man who destroyed his sister's life. 

Noah did not expect that his friend would be so angry. Instead of asking the man to take responsibility, El will kill him. Just this time he saw an El who was filled with anger. He was usually the most patient person he knew. 

“Can you help me?” El looked at Noah. His eyes full of hope. 

Noah, who had been watching El, realized. “Help what?” tanyakanya. 

“I want you to help me check the CCTV at the hotel where Cia was staying at that time. You are a native here. So you must easily get it because many acquaintances here.” 

“Alright, I'll help you.” 

“Thank you. I'll let you know if I get the information later.” I am thankful that my friend helped. 

“How is Cia doing now?” Noah was very curious about the beautiful girl. Her shadow cheerful face Cia must have been very pitiful due to crying too much. 

“He was really hit. Not willing to eat and just cry.” Remembering her sister-in-law really made El tormented. “I hope we can find the man soon,” said El staring at Noah. 

“I-iya, we will find the man.”
