Dion kissed Dila's long forehead before she pulled away, taking off her arms from the lover's body. Dion wiped away the remaining tear on Dila's cheek.
"We're home" said Dion.
Dila nodded. "Yes." Yeah."
Car engine is turned on. Dila did not want to get home quickly, he wanted to be with Dion longer. The car was so slow to go, Dion wanted the same thing as Dila.
But unfortunately, even though the car was running slowly, the car Dion drove still arrived in front of Dila's house.
Dion went down and opened the door for the woman who was no longer his lover. Dila came out and now the two looked at each other.
"I'm coming in" said Dila.
Dion nodded. "Come in. Good night."
Dila smile. "Good night."
Dila entered the gate of the house that had been opened by Paijo. He kept going and didn't want to look back. Dila was afraid, if he looked back, then he could not take Dion off.
Dion could only lament the steps of the woman he loved so much, he wished Dila to look back one last time. Dion wanted to look once again at the beautiful face of the woman, before the two would part and belong to someone else.
When he stopped, Dion advanced to the limit of reaching the iron gate. Dila turned her body, looking at the man who was no longer hers.
"Dila," cried Dion with a soft voice.
"Dion" said his lips, with a choked breath.
Dila turned herself over, then stepped quickly towards the house. Dion folded his lips, firmly gripped the iron fence he was holding, then kicked the fence with a single lunge before he got into the car and passed from there.
"Go, Sari. Let me close the door" said Dila.
"Okay, Madam." Sari passes. He did not want to ask what happened to his master, although in his heart he was very curious. From the look of Dila's face alone shows, if the woman is being hit by sadness.
Dila leaned behind the door. Taking a deep breath so that the tightness in his mind disappeared. Pain he feels when someone who has been reached, regardless of the grasp.
When it is realized their relationship will not run smoothly, there is something that will certainly get in the way. This is Reyhan, not to mention anything else. It is better that this relationship is not continued before their relationship gets further away.
"Mama" cried Reyhan.
Dila turned her face away, exhaled slowly, then put a sweet smile on her lips before facing Reyhan.
"Yes. You haven't slept?" pleasant questions that are asked.
"Mama sad?"
Dila. Again he showed a smile of falsehood. "No, Honey."
"Mama don't lie. We never hide anything" Reyhan said.
Dila was unable to endure the agonizing sadness, she embraced Reyhan, shedding all the sadness because all this time only her son was a protector.
"I'm sorry Reyhan, Ma. Rey just doesn't want Mama to get hurt." Really Reyhan did not intend to make Dila sad, but this was also for the good of his own mother.
Dila took off her embrace and took a step back to look at her son's handsome face. "You don't have to apologize. We should have ended this relationship."
Dila wiped away the remaining tears stuck to her cheeks, taking a deep breath before exhaling them silently.
"Mama's fine. You sleep. Mama also wants a break." Dila passed Reyhan's body, climbing the steps of the stairs to the bedroom.
"I feel guilty." Rey also went up the stairs to her own bedroom."
"You eavesdropping?" ask Rey.
"Mama is sad because of you. Responsibilities. You used to be, Rey. Crazy about one woman, then what's wrong with mom and Dion getting into a relationship?" Anna said with a huff.
Rey sigh. "You certainly know what the problem is. I'll apologize to mom tomorrow for the sadness."
"As far as you are, Rey. I don't want to go along," annoyed Anna.
Rey muttered, "Am I wrong?"
"You are wrong" said Anna.
Rey took a deep breath. "I didn't mean it that way."
...****************...
My lover. Just now I was why you, but for a moment I let you go. But every second, every minute we spend today makes me happy. At least you've been a part of my life for a short time. Today is the day that makes me the happiest and makes me feel the most sadness. But one thing is certain, my love will not change. This love is only for you, my sweet lover, Dila.
~ Dion ~
Dion put down the pen and closed the diary he had finished writing. Before putting it back into the desk drawer, one kiss landed on the book.
Everything about Dila was there. Dion wrote down all his feelings about Dila in the book. A feeling of love that he could not throw away, even though a thousand times he tried it.
Why does this feel weird? There's nothing strange about this. Why do they say that young men cannot be with older women? Why do people think it's so disgusting? There's nothing wrong. What is wrong is the thinking of those people.
Dion laid his body on the bed, hoping that time could turn back. He wanted to be where Dila accepted his love and stopped at that time.
"Dila," the final cry put him into a deep sleep.
...****************...
Silent. No one made a sound when the three had breakfast together. Dila looks ordinary beyond her appearance, but no one knows if in her heart still holds a very deep wound.
"Ma," call Rey.
Dila looked up at Rey. "Yes. Why?"
Rey smiled. "Is Mama okay?"
"certain. What's Mama doing?" Dila frowned at the sign of not understanding the meaning of Reyhan's question.
Rey put on a forced smile. "It's okay."
Dila sipped her drink, then wiped her lips with a mouth wash. "Mama is done. You guys just continue. Mama wants to be with Kiano." Dila got up from the chair and then walked away.
"I hurt my mother" said Reyhan.
Anna looked at her husband. "You love your mother too much, but look, she's hurt.
"Anna ... What should I do?" ask Reyhan.
"Your words at the time had a point, Rey. But you need to know. Not all men are like that" Anna replied.
No one knows what the future will look like. However, Rey is only preventing bad things from happening. It was better for Dila to be with the person who was clearly already his fiancee, than to be with Dion, the young man who was far above him.
Seriate.
