My Uncle That Itched

Alexa was silent when the car entered the hotel building area. He doesn't understand why Darrel should take him there. In the shadow is a walk to tourist attractions or other places of interest to visit on weekends. But Darrel actually took him to one of the hotels that looked quite large. In fact, the man always managed to make her anxious.

The car stopped in front of the loby. Before opening the door Darrel stared at him for a while until finally his uncle came down without saying anything. Alexa was still in her place. Coming alone with Darrel doesn't scare him. His mind wandered everywhere. Until his residence was realized by Darrel who knocked on the car glass asking Alexa down.

"Here would be so much fun." That's all Lexa heard from her uncle's mouth. Because after that Darrel entered the hotel along with Darrel's car brought by valet officers. His legs were stiff to just follow Darrel's steps. If he knew his purpose here, he might have begged Darrel to stay home.

"There's no need to think anything, Alexa. Uncle wants to take you for a walk. Not far from here is a good place to go. Uncle deliberately rented a hotel room just for a place to rest," explained Darrel when Alexa began to follow his steps.

"Rest in the car is okay actually uncle."

"Then should you listen to that? Uncle doesn't want you to be tired."

Darrel kept getting closer to the reception desk while Alexa sat on the waiting sofa not far from Darrel's reach. He stared at his uncle's back. It felt like Lexa wanted to curse at the man so many times. His mind seemed to be not in line with Darrel. For Alexa there are still many other places that can be visited with a distance that is not far. Instead of having to travel for 2 hours just for a place that even Lexa does not know and either will pay for his fatigue or not.

"One room only?"

"Why order a lot of rooms?" ask Darrel back when the door opens.

"I mean Lexa 2 rooms, one for uncle and one for Lexa."

"One room is enough, Alexa."

Alexa has no intention of bringing her foot deeper into the room that Darrel ordered.

"If you don't come in. Uncle's bringing your no-no thoughts to life now" Darrel threatened."We will just rest, later on new afternoon uncle take you for a walk." convince yourself that the uncle will not do anything. Lexa comes in with Darrel sitting on the couch. He just stood with both eyes trying not to look at Darrel who was now staring at him.

"See here there is not only one room. You're too worried and scared to be with uncle Alexa." she could see Darrel's gaze flat. It's like there's an upset spotlight Darrel's trying to hide.

"There's a break, another hour's lunch time."

There's nothing Alexa says anymore in answer to Darrel's every sentence. He just felt he needed to be quiet. His body was also quite tired despite just sitting quietly in the car for 2 hours. Alexa entered the room. The reason for choosing the room was because of the distance close to where it stood earlier. He no longer cared about his uncle even though Darrel's gaze did not change in the slightest.

"From the old days uncle never thought of looking for another woman, Alexa."

Both have arrived at tourist attractions that Darrel said were good. Alexa admits it because she brought Darrel into a ballet dance performance. Not only the show, there are many more things that Lexa can enjoy there. But now he and Darrel are sitting down after ordering the ice crime that Alexa wants. Alexa tried not to respond to Darrel's actual speech he was too confused to answer what it was like. That sentence sounded strange in his hearing.

"You know, the uncle always waits for the moment where the uncle can be with you. No matter when your grandma grandpam always asks when uncle gets married, ask about uncle lover, uncle just wants you."

"Uncle knows that you can never accept this. But you'll be able to take it later-,"

"No," Lexa said, cutting off Darrel's words.

"Why uncle doesn't keep trying to find other women, Alexa's just a schoolgirl who hasn't graduated, uncle." he ventured a glance at Darrel."If Uncle says Lexa can take it all, Uncle's wrong."

"It should be true that your uncle's feelings don't exist. But what uncle can resist, when uncle feels different every time he looks at your brown eyeballs. You used to be Alexa, the little girl who always went to every uncle home from school, the first niece of the uncle. Uncle thinks all is natural because of affection. But not when the uncle starts growing up a teenager, the uncle starts to understand the feelings that the uncle has for you."

"Your beauty disappointed uncle. Where the uncle can always come to you at any time, then it can no longer. Your father purposely brought you guys away because he realized the attitude of uncle is unnatural, uncle teenagers often secretly kiss your lips."

"How do you know about uncle's feelings?" lexa can see Darrel nod."Just papa, mommy?"

"Your mommy doesn't know anything, so she'll take it easy to leave you to the uncle. My feelings were unclear once. Your papa's decision led you guys to move too soon-,"

"Papa's decision is correct and it shouldn't bother Lexa like this!" he said, the mood to enjoy the strawberry ice cream was gone.

"Your papa's decision isn't right, Lexa. If only he hadn't taken you away. Uncle can still deny that his feelings for you don't exist. Just his uncle and nephew. It could be that your feelings for you were unreal."

"So far away just make the uncle so like this the same Alexa. What if Lexa stays near the uncle?"

"Faraway makes the uncle realize the true feeling of uncle. If you didn't leave the uncle, maybe the uncle could still think normally and wake up to his own uncle if you were just uncle's nephew."

The atmosphere between the two is not good. Alexa who began to be upset over all the words Darrel issued and also about his papa who turned out to realize Darrel's unnatural attitude but did not tell Ariane. If only Ariane knew she couldn't be trapped in her own cage. Likewise with Darrel, his breath hunting because Lexa dared to reply to all his words with a high tone.

"You'll never understand how tormented it is to be away from you and only know how you're doing with an uncle's spy" Darrel said, staring into Alexa's eyes."Now that you're near the uncle, the uncle's job is to get you nowhere."
