Night Destiny
Must be Rigid

"Take my blood, sus. My blood type is AB-."

Azka looked at Danar as well as her parents.

"You don't have to donate your blood. I don't want your blood on my wife's body!" Azka refused, and Danar looked at the young man with grief.

"Bang, think Salsa. Throw away your ego and emotions! Salsa's life is at stake!" said Gita

"But he's the one who made Salsa hurt. I don't want him to bring up his services one day for saving my wife!."

"Bang, don't be stubborn. Just accept the kindness of Danar. Don't look ready for him now but think about the safety of your wife and child!." Azka let out a long sigh, then nodded.

"Please come with me, sir!," Danar followed the sisters to do a match check first. After being declared blood matched, the man immediately donated his blood.

"Sus, can I ask for help?."

"certain. What can I help you with?."

"Please do a DNA test for me and the patient. But I ask that this be kept a secret!."

The sister looked at Danar doubtfully, but Danar managed to convince the sister. Finally the nurse contacted one of the doctors to do the DNA test that Danar asked for.

"The result will be out in one week, sir. When you're done, the hospital will call you!."

"Can't it be accelerated doc? I will pay whatever is important the result can be quickly out!."

"I'm going to finish three days, sir. And that's the fastest!."

"Thank you, doc. Thank you for the help. Then I'll say good!."

Danar came out of the examination room, he walked towards the Salsa handling room. Azka is still there with Gita and Dirga. Wanting to get close, Danar fears Azka rejects him again.

"How's my wife doing, doc?" asked Azka when she saw the doctor coming out, and Danar stopped going and listening to the doctor from afar.

"The bleeding was stopped. The patient's condition is also stable!."

"What about the content?" asked Gita

"The fetus has shed when the patient arrives at the hospital. Forgive us, we were forced to perform a curettage to save the patient's life!."

Deg

Azka freezes, Gita shuts her mouth and is almost unsteady if Dirga does not deny it. Danar, who heard this, felt sad and guilty.

"My wife miscarried?."

The doctor nodded, "Patiently sir. You can have another child next time. The patient is still unconscious. And will be transferred to the treatment room soon. Then, excuse me!."

Azka clenched her hands, her heart so painful to hear her son was gone. He's two months old, he hasn't even seen what he looks like now. The plan Azka will invite Salsa to check the content after all the problems are resolved.

"Bang, strengthen your heart!" Gita rubbed her son's shoulder. He had been in this position and he understood very well what the pain of losing a baby was like.

"He's gone, my son is gone before he even sees the world!" said Azka

Dirga hugged her son, immediately Azka wept softly in her father's arms. "I'm not a good father, am I. That's why God took it from me. I'm failing. I failed to look after my wife and child!."

Gita cried when she heard the roaring cry of her eldest child.

"What should I tell Salsa if she asks how our son is doing. I can't stand to see his sadness!."

Dirga rubbed the back of the son to give strength, "You must be strong, Bang. At times like this, you are the one who can strengthen Salsa. I'm sure one day you'll have another child. We'd better see Salsa now. He just got transferred to the treatment room!."

Azka wiped her tears and nodded. They went to Salsa's treatment room. Behind the wall, Danar could not hold back his tears. What if Salsa is indeed his missing daughter? It means he killed his own grandson.

"Sir, are you okay?" asked the nurse who saw the man crying.

"I'm fine, sus!."

With a shaky move, Danar left the hospital. Her heart was so messed up that she was sure Anya would be angry at her this time.

Oh God, why is our trials so hard. We're just about to start everything. But You have tested us with deep sorrow.

Azka held his wife's hand. Kiss it gently and put it on the cheek. Slowly those pretty eyes opened,

"Sal, are you conscious?" the woman nodded weakly.

"Mother, Father, Salsa is conscious. Please call the doctor."

Dirga immediately did his son's orders, while Gita immediately approached the son-in-law.

"Son, are you conscious?."

Salsa smiled and nodded. Shortly the doctor came and checked her condition.

"The patient condition is all good. He just needs a few days' rest here!."

"Thank you doc!."

"Same - same. Then excuse me!."

After the doctor's departure, Azka sat down next to his wife. Look at the woman closely.

"Would you like a drink?" just the trinket Salsa gave you.

"Mother Mary has already called. And he's on his way here!."

Salsa simply looked at her in-laws in silence. Azka who saw that looked at both her parents. "Pa and Mommy should go home first. Let me take care of Salsa here. You can come back here again!."

Gita approaches the son-in-law, "Mother go home first. Mommy will be here again. You want Mommy to bring something?."

"T-no!," said Salsa weakly

"alright. Rest let you recover soon."

Salsa nodded back. "Bang, watch Salsa. Mother and Father go home first!."

"Be careful on the road, Dad, Bun!."

After the departure of his father-in-law. Salsa was seen staring at the ceiling with a blank look. Tears can be seen sliding from his cheeks.

"Hey, why are you crying, hm?," Azka rubbed his wife's cheek gently.

"He's gone, isn't he?."

Azka froze, her lips felt faint. As a mother, Salsa's instincts were strong.

"I'm a bad mother, aren't I?."

"Why do you talk like that. There is no bad mother! God loved him more so he took our son. We can still have another child next time!."

Salsa shook her head as she wiped her tears, "The bond between us is no more. You better get back with Salwa. I'll go back to my previous life!."

"What do you mean? I will never go back to Salwa. And I won't let you go!," Azka said firmly.

Salsa looked at her husband in a clingy, honest way, she was comfortable with Azka. But he realized, their togetherness was intertwined only because of the baby he was carrying. Now that he has returned to the Creator, what good are they to be with.

"Listen to me, Sal. Like I said. I will never betray our marriage. And I will never let you go either. So never have the thought of parting with me. Because it's never gonna happen."

"But it's free we're together, Ka. Our son no longer exists. There is no reason for me to stay with you. There are other women who love you more and I'm sure you loved her too. Go back to him and let me go!."

"If you still want to go. I'd rather die!!!."
