Keris Lonat Part Two

Glucose, Dimas swallowed his own saliva. She was frightened to hear Aulia tell him with a sharp gaze that was so piercing to the heart. Dimas highlighted some of his words. Such as different dimensions, keris, and evil forces. The night breeze made the sweat on Dimas' forehead feel cold. It was colder than the look of a fairy that seemed to come and organize her life.

Finished saying that, Aulia Casandra transformed into a white light. The light that made Dimas' eyes glare from looking at him up close. Then the light gets smaller and camouflaged into a keris. The silver keris and its hilt are black, the Elf who unites herself into a keris. Dimas clearly remembered that sentence.  There is a green line that extends along the curvature of the keris eye. The kris floated in front of Dimas. Up to about three seconds later, the dagger shot up and into Dimas' right arm quickly.

Dimas was surprised and immediately noticed the arm of his right hand. Then he saw a green line between the veins on his wrist. It was as if the light was coming from within Dimas' arm. “Gosh!” mummified Dimas.

React all the scenery in front of Dimas turned into a blinding white background. Then, it became dark by itself, black without the slightest light. “Arrggghhh!” Dimas shouted holding his head with both hands, suddenly he felt a great pain. He fell on his stomach, plunging his face into the black floor. Then, all the memories came one by one even simultaneously inside his head. A memory of all the people he loved. Mom, dad, best friend and Julia Nada. From the time Dimas was a child to adulthood the memory was alternated like a piece of film that aired one by one quickly.

“Julia Nada, I proposed to you,” Dimas said, crouching down and thrusting a box of golden sneakers at Nada standing before him. This was one of his memories that appeared among the other memories. That day Dimas proposed to Julia Nada on top of Mount Semeru. Julia Nada smiled until her eyes narrowed. Her cheeks were red and she felt happy. The rising sun began to warm the cold temperatures that had penetrated their thick jackets. Not only that, but it also brings love. This rocky peak seemed to belong to the two of them. Tone accepted it, Dimas put the ring on the sweet finger of the lover.

Other memories came, all the families on both sides gathered at Julia Nada's house. A lively proposal is implied by the smile among all relatives who come. That day, Dimas promised to marry Nada on November 20, 2020, one year later. But something happened a week later. The day when Dimas and Nada climbed for the second time to Mount Slamet.

On the way down, the fog separated the two of them. Dimas could not see the path before him. The tone from earlier walked close behind, now also invisible. In the confusion, why is there such a thick fog? Yet he continued walking forward, stepping on the rocky ground and holding onto the trees. Calling her fiance's name out loud.

“Nadaaaa!” but there was no answer at all, completely silent. Dimas was starting to get scared, he had never experienced this kind of thing before. In his mind he wanted to stop stepping yet the tall trees and fog around really looked terrible. It was as if he was in another realm. He continued to continue his steps, hoping to pass through the fog and return to find the path.

It might have been fifteen minutes, Dimas was inside the fog. Until he found a shiny object with contrast visible from the middle of nowhere. Keris Lonat was lying on the ground. The keris was not buried by anything, as if someone had just dropped it in this place. Slowly Dimas approached him, among fear, curiosity brought his steps to approach the keris.

As soon as Dimas touched the handle of the keris, Lonat's keris turned into light and entered the right arm of Dimas' hand. He was shocked and held his trembling right hand. After which, the surrounding fog disappeared, the path appeared again. And, Julia Nada called her name from behind.

Dimas looked up, he found Nada still behind him. Dimas was really scared and confused. His right hand is still shaking. Then, suddenly, a sense of weight appeared in his head.

“Argh,” Dimas in pain holding his head. Then he fell down, fell on the ground. Slowly closed both eyes.

“Dimaaass!” shout Tone.

Right now, in the Rose hospital room, at nineteen p.m., Dimas opened both his eyes. The man had already come out of the coma. Clara was surprised to see him, the woman almost never looked away from Dimas's face. I wish he could see this moment.

“Sayang?” clara said, crying happily while touching Dimas' cheek.

Dimas sees Clara crying and greets him, and then he sees that his parents are already sound asleep on the couch. A feeling of sadness surfaced in Dimas' mind as he paid more attention to Clara's tears. After remembering the accident, dimas thinks how he almost left Clara for good. Finally Dimas cried to see Clara, he wanted to hold Clara's fingers. However, Dimas could not feel his right hand. He looked at the blanket covering his body, intending to see the state of his right hand.

With a sad face, Clara opened the blanket on Dimas' body while saying.

“Doctors are forced to do this.”

Dimas' right arm has been amputated due to severe injuries after an accident that nearly cost him his life.
