Niken Areline

Niken Areline
Allegiance

Then, the surrounding scenery changed again. Everything disappeared, disappeared from Alan's presence. New scenery began to come, green grass and shady trees formed by themselves. Cold air contains abundant oxygen, inhaled by it. Lots of colorful unique animals that resemble butterflies flying to and fro. Occasionally perch in Alan's hair and pajamas. One of them flew in front of Alan's face, then Alan extended his right hand. The little animal perched on the back of Alan's palm. Her wings were similar to those of a butterfly, but after being noticed again, she had a body that was shaped like a human.

A man with a santa beard, a short body and clothes from leaves. Its wings are almost five times larger than its body. A fairy? Think Alan.

    “Ya, fairy.” Niken answered.

Then one more fairy in Alan's arm, a female fairy. Her body is skinny tall, her hair blonde and a stewardess's bun. The clothes are the same, the green leaves that appear to have been sewn in such a way with caterpillar threads.

“I think you guys are fairytales!” said Alan.

His words made the female elf look upset. Then the male elf flew away from Alan's arm and, cenit! The female fairy bit the back of Alan's hand.

    “Awww!” muttered Alan.

The female elf flew away, annoyed then disappeared within the crowd of the other fairies. Alan looked to and fro, seeing all the strangeness that was not in his world. Elves, trees with strange foliage colors, red, gold, silver, purple for example.

Then came another male elf with a body fatter than the previous two fairies. This elf looked younger, her skin white red cheeks. Her hair is red in Elvis style. The fat elf flew around

Alan, he went into Alan's pajama bag. A few moments later he came out and went into the pocket next to him. Then come out again with an upset face. The elf kicked Alan's pants while grumbling, I don't know what's being said. His voice sounded like a mouse thrown in sandals. The fairy flew away from Alan.

    “She is Homta,” says Niken.

     “What is Homta?"

“Types of greedy fairies,” said. “Usually used by bad people to steal or do other bad things. You just need to give him a piece of cheese.”

“So there are also fairies like that,” said Alan continued his steps.

Alan began to be amazed by all the elements in his skitar, he showed a smile. Continue to follow the only path. Not far away, he saw the exact same tree as the one where Niken was sitting on the swing. The leaves are star-shaped and gold-colored, as well as the stems

the strong look like an oak tree.

Below him, he saw a little girl standing facing the tree trunk. He may be nine years old. The little girl with shoulder-length black hair, she wore a crown similar to that of Niken Areline, there was a heart-patterned scourge in the middle. The dress is black and the skirt is short.

“What is you?” ask Alan, witty.

    “Ya,” Reply Niken.

    “What do you do there?”

    “Praying.”

Then, Alan immediately walked up to the little princess. The little princess closed her eyes while closing her fingers on her chest. There were no words she said, perhaps the little princess prayed in her heart.

    “Can he squirm me?”

“Ngak,” Reply Niken. “Just like all the ladies in my mom's room. It's just that memory

it's in my head.”

“But why can those fairies squirm me?”

“That's because all fairies can wield magic power, I tell you my story using magic. That's why they can see you. All fairies, they're special.”

“That's yes,” Alan understands. “What else do you doain?”

    “Hope.”

    “What can I expect?”

“Let me not be a kayak that many people sayin.”

    “What do they say?”

    “Monster.”

Plaque, a pebble landed on the little princess' head. He was in pain and held his head which then drained a little blood. The little princess looked back, looking for who had thrown her. The princess did not cry, she showed her regretful expression when she found two boys of her age approaching. They were the ones who threw the stone at him.

    Who're they? Alan.

“They are Yudi and Yuda,” Niken replied. “My stepbrother.”

Yudi is blonde, curly and pale skinned. Both of his hands were still clutching the gravel rocks. While his younger brother, Yuda, he was bald-headed picking pebbles around him to throw again.

“Hei monsters! Go there!” yudi shouted to drive away little Niken.

“The curse won't go away even if you pray!” saut Yuda still picked up the rocks.

Then the little princess ran away from the tree where she prayed. The little princess ran away from the two mischievous princes. A curse? Think Alan.

“I'll tell you later,” replied Niken.

Still in confusion as his question of the curse has not been answered, all the sights around Alan vanish, just like before. The green garden was camouflaged into a room. A luxurious room, probably inside the palace. Room with all furniture made of gold and silver. Luxurious bed gleaming red, located near the window. The floor is made of marble stone and part of the wall as well. Many framed paintings are displayed on the walls. Some of them are paintings of Niken who has grown up, panorama and a pair of kings and queens.

    “What is your room?”

    “Ya.”

“Beautiful,” said Alan, realizing he had only first entered into the luxurious room of a king's daughter. “What do you want to point to?”

    “Wait.”

A few seconds later, we saw a grown Niken coming out of his dressing room. He was already wearing a white kebaya complete with a gold necklace and his crown. Just like Niken whom Alan met in a dream, or who was in Alan's painting. It seemed that Niken was about to come out of the room, however, he had not yet had time to put on those tiny diamond-adorned shoes, from the large silver-framed mirror in front of him giving off a red glow. Sontak distract the princess from her fancy shoes. He left the shoe and ran towards the mirror in front of him.

    “Come in,” said the princess.

Then from inside the mirror, came out just like a man in a black cloak with a hood covering his head. The man knelt down and bowed before Niken.

    “Why Jaka?” ask Niken.

“Sorry princess, I've been sassy to enter here. I bring bad news,” said the man he called Jaka.

*

“What's Jaka?” the princess was worried. Then Jaka said it.

“Mother, Queen Rahma has died, a lady-in-waiting found her hanging on a rope. They said that the queen had committed suicide,” heard the news about her mother, Niken became limp and fell sitting on the floor. His gaze fell down, grieved and cried. “Both princes are going to come in here

with queen Serani,” continued Jaka.

    “Bring me to mom's room.”

“Sorry princess, I can't. Ratu Serani has made room for Rahma's mother,” said Jaka.

Then Niken looked at Jaka, his tears already sagging, soaking his face and the floor below.

Alan was silent between the two of them, listening to every word that would come out and trying to understand it. Why can't she go to her mother's room? Alan.

    “Value,” voice Niken answered him.

    “Ramalan?”

“Yes, they say my curse brings prophecy, that I will make my mother kill herself, my father and everyone I love. Until I destroy all life in this country.”

    “Who are they?” ask Alan.

On the other hand, Niken who was still on the swing of the golden-leaved tree, he noticed Alan's body lying unconscious on the green grass. As she swung, Niken's water dripped from her left eye. Then his lips softened and said.

    “All people.”

From inside Niken's room, Alan heard it. He was stupefied, fixated quietly standing between Jaka and the princess who continued to cry despite wiping her tears. Jaka himself did not dare to look at her.

Brags! The door buzz broke the sad atmosphere. The door of the room was already open with a broken hook. The two princes Yudi and Yuda had already come to Niken's room, followed by the queen of Serani, their mother both. Alan, Jaka and Niken's attention was on them.

They, Alan thought. He was the one who attacked me that night. He sat up for a moment to see

yudi's figure is there.

“Liat! The curse has begun to work, you will not let go! Basic monsters!”

hard Yuda to Niken.

Quickly, Jaka used his magic. A red glowing aura emerged from Jaka's right palm, then he pitched it onto the floor. Zap up! Create a circular magic dinging protecting Niken and Jaka. The magic wall was in transparent red with a diameter of about six meters.

The slap! yudi's index finger turned into a pointy like a spear eye. He tried

tearing through the magic wall was all his might, but it failed.

    “Cih,” Yudi Spit.

“Udah, now it's his business,” said queen Serani who then walked out leaving them. Yudi and Yuda follow her mother without letting go of her threatening gaze from Niken.

Plaque, plaque, while walking away, Serani clapped his hands twice.  The slap! Come a man

hooded and big in Niken's room. Now, he stood looking at Niken and Jaka from outside the magic wall. His face was fierce, his two eyeballs were of different colors. Blue left and red right. Maybe he was thirty years old and above. He was wearing the same robe and hood as Jaka's, only all white. One hand went into the pocket of his robe. Lavendel's scent smelled from the man's body.

    “Who is he?” ask Alan.

“Baron,” Reply Niken. “Among the nine kingdoms, she is the strongest witch. He's assigned

to kill me.”

“My daughter!” jaka said, Niken immediately looked at him. “We will not survive, but there is still one way to try,” in his tears, Niken just silently looked at Jaka. Then Jaka said again. “I will send princess to another world, princess deserves to live longer. Glass ball magic will lead princess to people

the right. But, even so, the princess's life would be tied to someone there. It's the effect of the power in the other world, the magic of the glass ball sent the body of the princess to a safe place.”

Niken nodded in understanding, “But how is my father?”

“King I've taken to his hiding place. Princesses don't need to worry.”

Then Niken opened Jaka's hood. Slowly Jaka ventured to look at the princess's face. Jaka's face was perfect. The dense black hair was combed backwards with a thin, hooked beard. His nose was sticking out and his eyes were sharp with blue-colored eyeballs, handsome!

“Do not cry again,” says Jaka. “This is the only way. Baron is already bound by the agreement, he will execute the princess if this way is not tried.”

   “Thanks Jaka,” says Niken.

Unable to see Jaka tears the princess, Jaka also cried. He immediately took out a pitch-black glass ball from inside the bag then placed it on the floor. Then took out a dagger from under his black robe.

Seeing what Jaka was going to do, it seemed that Baron knew what was going to happen. The baron immediately took out a hand from his pocket, he picked up a small lump of flesh that was beating like a heart. The baron put it in his mouth, and swallowed it. Gobbling the flesh is like a seagull swallowing a fish.

“Arrrrggghhh!!!” shouted Baron feeling the effects of that meat..

It distracts Alan. Why her? Think Alan. Quickly, the Baron's body changed twice to become larger. All the fingers on his hands let out sharp, elongated nails. His whole tooth too

sharpen like a piranha fish. Both of his eyes lit up red and saliva dripped from the teeth. The baron had turned into a monster.

Alan was startled and his face turned pale as if he were looking at a ghost, he walked backwards to get away. Now his fear is mixed with panic. While Niken and Jaka ignored her, Jaka held onto Niken's left wrist, opened his palm and sliced the beautiful princess's soft palm

using the dagger he was holding. Blood dripped from the wound on the palm onto the glass ball underneath.

“Goodbye princess,” said Jaka, while looking at Niken's face. Maybe for the

last time.

As fast as lightning, Niken's body was sucked and entered into a black glass sphere. Then Jaka again put his hand to the floor.from the palm of the hand formed a hole that slowly enlarged. From inside the hole, there are clouds and a stormy night sky. That was the other world that Jaka meant. The world that Alan and Vivi live in. With tears in his eyes, Jaka dropped a glass ball into the hole.

Zrat, squat, squirt! The baron managed to tear apart the magic wall bit by bit. Until the wall opened, the Baron penetrated into it. The slap! Jaka raised his palm and then the other world hole closed back. However, when in the movement Baron attacked Jaka, the whole scene before Alan vanished

instantaneous. It just disappeared and became pitch black. Alan can't be sure if Jaka can fight Baron or not?

*

Slowly Alan opened his eyes. The clumps and rocky ground became the first sight he saw. Until Alan realized that his body was lying on his stomach in the grass. The thing that made Alan remember, that the last time he was lying on the grass was when undergoing ospek as a new student in

his campus. Alan got up and cleaned his blue pajamas, then saw Niken swinging on the swing of a golden-leaved tree. Done already? Think Alan. He stood before Niken.

“Why am I the one you chose?” ask Alan.

Niken stopped her swing, she looked at Alan and then replied.

“I didn't choose you, the magic of the glass ball that chose you. Glass ball magic is magic created based on feelings of love. That night, when you saw your brother again trying to defend his life from Yudi's attack, your heart cried out violently. Slashed in beyond the wound that almost brought you to death. That's the thing that made the glass ball crack, and then the light carried me into the wound in your heart. Regenerates and becomes interrelated. Or arguably, we're stuck.”

Alan was silent trying to understand all the explanations and stories experienced by his new super beautiful acquaintance. Until it was time for him to ask back about something no less important. Something that is at the root of all this.

    “Tell about your curse.”
