57. Livia to Arka's house

After Rey's return, Arka sat quietly at the dinner table while occasionally looking at the file she still held.

"Sorry, Sir. That's up ahead,,,"

"Just wait in my office!" cut the Ark without waiting for the continuation to be delivered by Mr. Grace.

"Ba, well, sir." replied Mr. Grace.

Arka pinched the base of her nose. "What else is Rey here for?" because Arka thinks it's Rey.

It looks like Rahmat sir just came out of his master's workroom while carrying a tray. "Sir, the guest is inside" said Mr. Grace and got a nod from Arka.

With a steady step, Arka entered his study. "What are you doing here again, Rey?" ask Arka while walking to her desk.

"I didn't expect you to tell me to wait in your study. What an honor to me." the voice stopped Arka's steps and stared intently at the person sitting behind her and she could clearly see the person's face as she stood up and turned to face Arka who was standing.

"Why? Are you surprised by my arrival?" ask the woman who walked closer to Arka.

"Why did you come to my house?" asked Arka coldly and then sat down on the sofa. And Arka was also astonished, from where the woman knew her home address.

The woman sits next to Arka, but Arka then turns to the other sofa.

"Do you hate me that much? To sit around not wanting to be near me?" ask the woman.

"Ck, don't talk too much! Whatdoyouwd? And how do you know my house?" arka asked firmly to the woman before her at this moment.

"My goal, obviously I want to know how our son is doing" replied the woman who was none other than Livia. "And how do I know your home, it doesn't matter, does it?" Livia smiled sweetly at Arka. Livia recalls her struggles while figuring out where Arka's house is. For days he was like a stalker secretly monitoring Arka from a distance. He will follow wherever Arka goes. But for a few days now he had not seen Arka in and out of the company, only Arka's assistant was seen. And just now, he was following Rey, hoping to find a bright spot. "He doesn't want to see you! Maybe she won't even acknowledge you as her mother." explained Arka.
