1. The Full Body Workout

Examples of Upper and Lower Split like this: Monday train the muscles of the upper body, then on Tuesday train all the lower muscles.


Wednesday rested then Thursday re-training the muscles of the upper body and lower Friday. Saturday and Sunday rest.


3. Push, Pull, Split Legs


This program is perfect for those who have time to the gym five to six times a week. The essence of this exercise is to do push, pull, and leg exercises on different days.


For example, Monday did the push movement, Tuesday did the pull movement, and Wednesday the leg exercise.

Some Fitness Terms


1. Reps


Reps stands for repetitions or repetitions in Indonesian which means repetition, repetition.
