23. Feeling Sorry and Fear of Loss

Adrian hung up his phone call with his mother. He ruffled his hair violently considering what the mother had just talked about on the phone.

' How do you know I'm here with a woman?whether mama is still watching me secretly' murmured Adrian still thinking of his mother's words.

' I'm letting you fuck anyone who's not Delia, but remember there shouldn't be any children before the wedding' is obviously the ultimatum the mother uttered. But that's not the important point he's thinking about right now.

Adrian threw away all thoughts about his mother, he chose to go back to the hotel room, because he had deliberately come out just to receive a phone call so as not to disturb Elea who seemed to be asleep. Yes, it seems Elea was completely asleep from the fatigue of crying and of course the fatigue of forcefully serving Adrian's lust.

But Adrian found only an empty bed without Elea on it. Her sense of hearing caught the splashing sound of water in the bathroom, it was possible that Elea was cleaning herself.

Thirty minutes Adrian paced back and forth in front of the bathroom door but Elea did not go out. Feelings of anxiety and worry began to surround him. It was not impossible that Elea would do such a foolish act to hurt herself, given how grievous the events she had just been through were.

" Elea .. "call Adrian but it doesn't sound right from the inside, only the serene rustling of the water.

" Elea.open the door..." Adrian is starting to get overwhelmed with feelings of overwhelming anxiety.

Anxiety begins to turn into fear for Elea's safety, making Adrian forced to break down the door to enter the bathroom.

Without a second thought Andrian immediately grabbed the kimono towel hanging in the bathroom to cover Elea's body. Soon he took Elea to the hospital. Some hotel staff followed the anxious steps of Adrian who was holding the woman in a fainting state.

After putting Elea in the back seat Adrian immediately gas to the hospital. The first step he did was to call Liam who was his best friend as well as one of the best doctors in the hospital. Sometimes his gaze was fixed on the rear vision glass which showed Elea's body which was still in an unconscious condition.

Several times Adrian almost hit another car because the focus was really chaotic. An overwhelming fear began to run through his heart. She shuddered in horror at the thought that until Elea's life was not saved, she would definitely not forgive her stupidity tonight. But he was sure Elea was still breathing at the hotel even though it was slow. She sure still felt Elea's pulse even though it was very weak.

Not until half an hour finally Adrian has arrived at the hospital plateau. The road is not too crowded in the early hours so Adrian can drive his car faster without obstacles. As soon as the car door opened the hospital attendant immediately took over Elea's body and moved her on the hospital push bed that had been prepared. Elea's paled body was immediately pushed towards the special emergency room available to the higher-ups and hospital owners.

Adrian himself followed beside Elea looking at the woman with a face full of worry. Liam and several doctors who had been in the emergency room immediately welcomed and acted to Elea. Adrian is a doctor and he can also handle Elea but her condition is now surrounded by panic and worry is not possible to do any medical action.Himself can only wait for the doctors who are trying to save that woman.

Adrian sat in the waiting chair still in the emergency room. Both of his hands closed and rubbed roughly his face, never had he felt such an overwhelming fear like this. The regret became even more stifling to his chest when he saw the doctors trying to save Elea. Given how cold and pale Elea's face had made Adrian feel unable to just sit still without doing anything. He approaches trying to grab Elea's wrist but Liam immediately holds her back by taking her out to let the doctors focus on Elea's treatment.

" Liam I beg you.save him.do anything so that his life can be helped "please Adrian stammered by gripping Liam's shoulder.

" Calm Adrian.quiet down.he will be fine.okee.." although Liam himself is confused who the girl is and why Adrian can take her in the early hours like this, but Liam prefers not to voice his question first.
