POV narrator

Ace hears Lucia explain something to the demon and the bastard becomes increasingly aggressive, though he retreats.

What he said was too much for him. And suddenly the beast ran towards Lucia. But this fool didn't think of dodging, but shot him in the eye. He won't call her in time! He tried to make his feet run faster, but could only watch as the demon raised its claws and attacked Lucia.

NAY! That's all Ace thought. He doesn't want to lose her. But the claw pierced through Lucia as if she wasn't there. The demon retreated again, growling.

POV Lucia

I felt the demon attack me, but it couldn't hit me. I opened my eyes in time to see her again.

I should smile. I'm right! He can't hurt us! At least as long as we don't let it. I stopped grinning. He's still dangerous, a little bit of a doubt and we're back in his net.

"That's how with thoughts and doubts, they can only hurt us as long as we let them" I said more confidently than I felt.

Now I just need my solution to work and for that I need an Ace. I can't believe the shit I'm gonna make. Let's hope Ace will swallow this shit as easily as Luffy.

I imagined the dagger: With its silver handle and sheath, on it was a black dragon with wings wide open. At the end of the handle is an emerald inset. A silver light radiated from the dagger.

I imagined myself holding it in my right hand. I closed this hand and held it with a cold grasp. Ok the first part of the plan worked.

Now we get to the hard part: Ace. I turned to the fist of fire and was shocked as he stood right in front of me and looked at me strangely. What's wrong with him now? He raised his hand and pecked at my cheek.

Is he serious? "Funny, I can touch you" he murmured. Good he didn't get it again, good for us. "Ace, this is a dragon dagger, it was forged to carry a creature of our level. It's the only thing that can hurt him, that can kill him.

Then he turned to the devil and smiled bloodthirstily. Okay, scared? "Now I'm gonna kick your ass!" said Ace grimly and attacked the demon with a unsheathed dagger.

Now cross your fingers and hope my idea works or we'll get in trouble.

POV Narrator

Ace took the dagger and attacked the demon. She didn't care where Lucia got it from anymore, the main thing was that she could light a fire under the creature's ass.

To hold it under the nose. He did not like to admit it, but without Lucia he would still be trapped in this illusion. He will pay her back for all the pain and show her what it means to mess with Whitebeard.

And Lucia gave him the weapon to do so, this strange dragon dagger. But he believed her until now she was always right. He smiled a little more wickedly and was almost in the Demon.

The demon tried to dodge but could not and Ace caught him in his arms. The creature screamed deafeningly and black blood flowed from the wound on his arm. It's thick and it smells bad. Yuck. What Lucia said.

Right in the heart? Healthy, may the heart be in the same place in the creature as in humans. Ace attacked the demon again. Was it his imagination or did the demon slow down? Not important.

He ducked under his clawed hands, swinging and piercing the heart of the beast.
