Vinnie daydreams on the balcony of his bedroom. He looked straight ahead without knowing what he was seeing. He felt his life had stopped, until his passion for life seemed to disappear. Now he just hopes Elliot can melt Dad Davis' heart.
The flashback
Vinnie smiled at Elliot as the man who was his lover was delivering orders to customers at the cafe. Honestly, Vinnie loved Elliot, a man of his kindness and simplicity.
Elliot is not the son of a wealthy businessman. Both of his parents were private employees. Elliot worked only as a sideline when he finished college.
Elliot studied medicine, which took a long time. On the sidelines of college, Elliot works part-time at a cafe. He wanted to relieve both his parents from the expensive tuition fees.
Patiently Vinnie waited for Elliot to finish work. He needs to talk to his girlfriend. He can't take it all on his own and he doesn't want Elliot to feel like he's bad for suddenly breaking up their relationship.
“Honey,” Elliot holds Vinnie's hand and sits in front of the girl when she is done working. The man looked at the water that came out of his lover's beautiful eyes.
Elliot wiped the tears from the pretty face of his lover, “what's the matter? Why are you crying, hmm?”
Hearing Elliot's very patient and gentle voice, Vinnie's tears came back down just like that. He covered his face and only cried. Elliot got up and took Vinnie out of the cafe. He did not want visitors to be disturbed.
He took Vinnie to the city park on foot. He clasped Vinnie's hand tightly.
“Wait here for a minute huh,” Vinnie sits on a park chair while Elliot is away. The man returned with a bottle of mineral water.
Elliot unscrewed the bottle of mineral water and handed it to Vinnie, “drink first, after which tell me what is.”
Vinnie styled Elliot's eyes, shady eyes that were always sincere in seeing him. Vinnie directly leaned against Elliot's chest, “forgive me.”
“Why are you sorry? You are not wrong anything.”
“I'm wrong. I was scared,” Vinnie said and hugged Elliot even tighter. Elliot stroked Vinnie's back and calmed her lover.
“Please yourself, hmm. Tell me.”
Vinnie looked Elliot in the eye, “what should I do? I don't want to part with you. I'm scared.”
“No one will separate us. I will always be with you,” Elliot said.
“Dad Davis betrothed me to his best friend's son. He threatened me, I was afraid.”
Degg
Hearing the word matchmaking, making Elliot's feelings uncertain. He knew that his status with Vinnie was very far away, as if it were a very deep abyss. However, he believes that his love for Vinnie is sincere.
“I'll see Uncle Davis. I will tell her that I love you and only I will marry you. Calm down, I promise to keep you as I can,” Elliot said.
All Elliot knows is that he loves Vinnie very much. He would do anything to get Uncle Davis to cancel Vinnie's match.
Flashback off
**
Daniel hugged Mom Hilda's trembling body. They're in front of the ICU where Daisy is.
Not yet had Mom Hilda answer, they saw Dad Donald running over with a face that looked very agitated.
“How?” Dad Donad clasped Mom Hilda's hand and asked about her daughter's situation. Mom Hilda simply replied with a headband. Daniel notices the interaction between the two and he grows increasingly suspicious of Daisy's condition.
A doctor came out of the ICU. He's Clark's doctor, a cardiologist who's been treating Daisy. He approached the Lewis family.
“We talk in my room only,” Doctor Clark told Dad Donald.
“I'm coming,” Daniel said as his parents would go with Clark's doctor and leave him. He was very curious to know what had happened to Daisy, his sister.
Inside the room, Dad Donald and Mom Hilda were already sitting opposite Doctor Clark, while Daniel chose to stand. Doctor Clark released Daisy's health report. He sighed slowly after fixing his glasses.
“Currently the situation is deteriorating. The only thing we can do is have a heart transplant. We have to do it as soon as possible, but until now there has been no heart that matches Daisy,”, Dr. Clark explained.
Daniel's eyes were round. All this time he knew nothing. He was in Germany without knowing the details of his family. He was a doctor but did not take care of his own health.
“Do your best. I will continue to look for donors,” said Dad Donald.
Daniel could see a different face of Dad Donald. His face looks very tired, even Daniel can see that Dad Donald looks older than his age.
“Can you accompany Mommy here? Dad should go back to the company first,” Daniel nodded. He saw Dad Donald walk out from before them with a shunt.
Daisy's current condition does not allow her to be transferred to a regular outpatient room until she has to remain in the ICU room.
“Master, Doctor Clark said you can use this room to rest,” a man in a white coat approached Daniel and opened a room that was right next to the ICU room and had a connecting door.
“Thank you, Doctor ...,” greeting Daniel disconnected.
“Elliot. I'm not a doctor yet, I'm just a student doing koas,” Elliot smiled at Daniel.
“Thank you,” said Daniel once again and was embraced by Elliot.

Meanwhile at the Lewis Company, chaos was brewing. The investors pulled their investment to make Donald sigh. His mind is still on his struggling daughter, while he must fight to save the company and also look for a donor for his daughter.
“Ben, how?” donald asked his personal assistant who was the same age as his son. Ben shakes his head a sign that they haven't gotten a donor for Daisy.
“What's my schedule today?” ask Donald.
“Today you have a meeting with Mr Davis Martin.”
“Alright, we leave now,” Donald got up and got out of the room. Ben followed her from behind.
You look very tired, sir. I need to speak to Mr. Daniel. He can't keep all this hidden from his own son, Ben's inner self.
