“You want to apply for additional leave? How long?” ask Dr. Frans.
“I don't know yet, Doc. There are things that I need to finish first, but not here.”
“Good. You just go to the administration, ask for a leave application letter as usual. You fill it according to your wishes, hopefully not too long because you are one of the doctors who have extraordinary skills,”, said Dr. Frans.
“One more time thank you Doc.”
Ivy went back to the administration and asked for an extension of the leave application. He was given a special letter because Dr Frans had contacted the administration. He also began to fill out the form.
“Eh look, already want fiancee. The show is this weekend. Ouch, heartbreak deh us,” said one of the staff in the administration.
“Iya, could be Heartbreak Day RB Hospital.”
Ivy gave a small smile at the behavior of the staff and nurses in the administration.
“You're on vacation again, Doc?” ask the administration staff.

Ivy's eyes widened, he was a little surprised to see the news that there would be an engagement event between Sky and a woman named Elena Brandon.

Instead of wanting to apply for leave, Ivy asked for a form for a letter of resignation. He did not want to be a burden to Sky, as he was a burden to Daniel.
“Loh Doc, why resign? Not to take extended leave?” ask the administration staff.

Ivy finally left RB Hospital, without looking back again.

This is where Ivy is now, in a country known as the Land of the Rising Sun.
He sat alone in a wooden couch in his yard. The wooden can is handmade Dad Arthur, still maintained its quality because it uses good quality wood.
Ivy raised her hands high while breathing the morning air deeply. He enjoys the morning air with the snow around him. In thick enough clothes, Ivy spread her body over the couch and looked up at the sky, noticing the white clouds shaped like a pile of cotton.

Sky walked towards the bathroom. As usual, he would borrow Gil's clothes because of their almost equal body size.
“Where is Gil? I searched his apartment, to the hospital, but he wasn't there,” Sky said.
“He has no contact lo or send message?” Gil looked towards Sky.
“No, nothing at all. All my short messages are also read only, none of them are answered,” replied Sky.
“Lo no longer have problems is it the same Ivy?” ask Gil.
“Nothing. Even before I left for Rio, I got closer to him. I only just found out that Uncle Arthur died.”
“Whatt??!!” Gil eventually started switching from his phone.
“Gue has absolutely no idea and Ivy himself has nothing to say with me.”

Sky nodded his head. His face looked completely lethargic and tired.
