Owned By The Devil
[OBTD] CHAPTER 12: You Can't [3]

Ms. Ervina pointed to one math problem written on the blackboard.

"There are only two things. Who finishes faster and answers all questions correctly, he can return to his seat." Ms. Ervina's orders while handing over two markers to Jasmine and Ethrion.

"And on the contrary, whoever was the last of you two to solve the problem or was a little wrong, then he will get minus 50 for the next daily exam," Ms. Ervina said loudly.

Students in this class cheered.

"Wooo!"

"Gue thought Ms. Ervina was missing. It turns out not."

"Crazy, minus 50? If we really all just get a 50! It's bad!"

"Yes, Woi! It's usually just minus 20, right?"

"Shut up!" Ms. Ervina exclaimed loudly making the class again stricken with silence.

The cruel side of Ms. Ervina is back. The teacher carved a fleeting smile on Jasmine before returning to sit in her chair.

Jasmine hissing. He tightly gripped the black marker in his hand. Apparently, his assumption was correct that the father was still meddling with his life.

Starting from some teachers who privileged her from the first day she entered this High School, Jasmine should be able to quickly realize the strange thing.

Ethrion looked at Jasmine who was still speechless. He poked Jasmine's arm, making the girl stare at Ethrion sharply.

"Flower, you just look more and more excited if you get angry like that." Ethrion chuckles amusedly, creating a crescent moon arch that looks sweet with his eyes.

Jasmine decents. The guy was still joking?

"Not funny!"

Ethrion carved a fleeting grin. He walked towards the rightmost blackboard that was still empty and started working on the Math problem created by Ms. Ervina.

Jasmine stood in front of the leftmost blackboard and stared at the matter written on the central blackboard.

Limit algebraic functions.

For Jasmine, the matter was not complicated despite having a long answer. Jasmine was very confident that Ethrion also thought so because the man belonged to the ranks of disciples who had above average intelligence.

Jasmine looked at Ethrion who had been working on the matter casually.

'Shit! How am I supposed to do now? I have to get a sentence of minus 50 so you know that it is a form of protest from me. But on the other hand, I do not want to make Mother disappointed with me.' Jasmine was full of worry.

"Jasmine! Quickly work!" Ms. Ervina called.

"Cop for the train, don't cheat on Rion, dong!" Itzara interrupted making the whole class exclaim.

"He's in trouble like that."

"Didn't know what to pretend not to know?"

"He's confused, isn't he?"

"He can do it, really."

The students in this class talk and talk to each other.

Jasmine tried to calm her mind. He has to focus. Once again, he observed the matter on the blackboard. It did not take long for Jasmine to know the formula pattern of the written matter.

"I told you, Mr. Matteo's class yesterday was just hockey."

"Times, anyway?"

Whether who was talking, Jasmine paid no heed to him and chose to lift the marker in hand. He wrote down the answers with the ability to analyze and calculate them quickly and precisely.

"Yes, lah. It must be just keb-"

"Eh, diem! Look at the answer!"

All the noisy disciples were again made to be silent. They were too stunned to see Jasmine's ability to solve math problems made by Bu Ervina. Jasmine wrote the answer quickly in the absence of any difficulties.

It was like being on a different level.

Time went by so fast that the disciples were slapped by the reality that was happening.

The fact that Jasmine solved the problem faster than Ethrion who first started made them put on a look of surprise with a frozen body.

Even Ethrion had stopped continuing his answer and turned to look at Jasmine with a thin grin.

Ethrion's handsome face does not depict sad murats at all even though he will get minus 50 in a daily replay of Mathematics Bu Ervina next week as a consequence of his mistake today.

Jasmine Lavatera's.

The beautiful girl again repeated things that would make her regret later on.

Ms. Ervina who had observed Jasmine quietly grinned with satisfaction at the look on Jasmine's face that had now turned pias.

"Like father, like daughter. You can't deny it, little girl."
