Owned By The Devil
[OBTD] CHAPTER 2: Unexpected Day

This morning, Jasmine parked her car inside the parking lot of her new school. On this day, he officially became a new student at Duaja Wijaya High School. One of the favorite schools that often win championship titles in academic and non-academic competitions.

Jasmine got out of her car and gracefully stepped out of the building.

Her black hair waved smoothly as the fresh breeze in the morning hit her face. The iris that looked tanned when exposed to sunlight was staring around the parking lot. Very crowded, even now it is still six more than five minutes.

Of course, because today is Monday. The flag ceremony will be held soon.

When Jasmine stepped foot towards the teacher's room, many pairs of eyes glanced at her with various glances.

Surprised, amazed, curious, it did not even escape the baseless cynical gaze of some of the female students. Unfortunately, Jasmine did not feel intimidated at all. She nonchalantly continued to walk like a supermodel walking on red carpeted tiles!

Jasmine has good self-control. He won't give feedback as long as they don't bother him with a physical touch.

Jasmine tapped slowly on the teacher's room then entered it.

Hold still. It seemed like he entered at an inopportune moment because he saw two students - one male and one female - fussing over something with a female teacher.

Jasmine chose to remain silent in her place and tried to look at what had happened.

"Duh, how's dong, ma'am? No one dared to change the cello, Mom," said Komar, a male student with glasses minus a sweet perch on his nose.

"What about you, anyway! I want to pass the mental still soft as snot!"

"We also don't know if the situation suddenly becomes like this, Mom. How do we know that Cello's father suddenly went to the hospital!"

"Seek the baby, how about it, Mom?" Karina's Proposal.

Bu Grahita glared sharply. "It can't be, dong, Karina! They already have their own rations once a month. I guarantee they won't. You guys are the laughingstock!"

Karina grimaced after hearing Bu Grahita's words. That's right what he said. If they ask for help from members of the paskib exkul, instead they can substitute, uh, instead so the guyonan material because his classmates even no one dared to propose themselves.

"So, how hard is it to be a ceremonial leader? Last week, didn't you guys practice together almost every day!"

"Yes, Mom. But, kan--"

"Who of you or your friend has been the leader of the ceremony before?"

The situation was suddenly silent for a few seconds. No one dared to answer or raise their hand. The two students lowered their heads and glanced at each other without saying a word.

They would definitely also get a curse if they dared to point at one of their friends who was currently in the hall.

For the sake of upil Jarjit who are round like salak seeds, mentally they are really more mushy than expired rice! Of all the students in one class, the brave time to be a ceremonial officer is just a cello?

Jasmine silently smiled faintly at his place when she saw the nervous reactions of the two students.

"That's it, yeah! It really makes me dizzy!" Ms. Grahita throttled irritably while ruffled her waist.

However, suddenly the middle-aged teacher's eyes glanced towards where Jasmine was standing. Of course, the two gender-different students also turned their eyes towards him. Just realized there was a foreign-looking student in this vast room of teachers.

"Well, Jasmine boy?" Bu Grahita gave a small cry while running up to Jasmine who was still staring calmly while leaning shoulders near the entrance.

The two students paid attention to Jasmine. Waving a look as if to say, who would dare to disturb such an important discussion regarding his class life and death?!

And out of nowhere the flamboyant teacher knew Jasmine's name. In fact, his status was as a transfer student who had just entered today.

Can Jasmine also make sure that her name tag is covered perfectly by her black hair that dangles almost as much as I do.

Is Jasmine that famous? She did include the ranks of popular students in the previous school. But, does its popularity creep up to the Duaja Wijaya High School?

It seems that he is only popular among teachers who teach at Duaja Wijaya. The proof was that the two students in front of him were staring at the full highlight asking towards him.

"Yet," Jasmine replied briefly.

Karina clucked. "Mom Grahita! How is it going, Mom? Mepet, here, time!"

"You can panic!" Bu Grahita glared sharply at the two students.

"20 minutes from the ceremony, ma'am! We are clearly panicking, lah," Komar replied while allowing the location of his round glasses. Really, he looks even sweeter with it.

Suddenly, as if he had just won a lottery of dozens of tupperware, Ms. Grahita looked at Jasmine with a full glare of happy twinkle that looked extremely exaggerated in Jasmine's eyes.

It made her suddenly feel bad. And sure enough the guess was when Bu Grahita threw out a sentence that made Jasmine feel a little uncomfortable.

"Ehm, son Jasmine can you help me?"

Jasmine quietly exhaled a heavy breath. It seems like today will be a day full of unexpected surprises.

Is this how they welcome new students like him?

Just incredible!

"Well, her name is Jasmine. He was a freshman of the eleventh grade," Bu Grahita explained to Karina and Komar who were still standing restlessly in front of him.

Karina grumbled softly. "What do we have to do with it?"

Karina's successful words made Jasmine turn her head towards him with a squeaking look. Calm down, isn't it still too early to judge that Karina is such an annoying girl?

"You guys trust me enough, Mom. Son Jasmine has more than enough qualifications to help you. Yeah, right, Jasmine boy?" Ms. Grahita raised a hopeful look at Jasmine.

Now Jasmine understood his situation. Bu Grahita needs his help to replace the task of a student named Cello who is absent as the leader of the ceremony. Because Bu Grahita was still staring at him full of trust, so he could only take a slow breath and then nod in tears.

He could refuse if the situation was like this.

Bu Grahita smiled in relief and thanked him, while Karina and Komar looked at him skeptically.

"That's okay, huh, Mom? Eleventh graders attend the twelve grade children's ceremony?" Karina looked doubtfully at Jasmine who was still leaning casually on the wall.

"Just be right, okay! After all, right, just being a substitute ceremony leader. Do you want me to be the ceremonial leader?" Bu Grahita snickered cynically. Karina suddenly fell silent, afraid to answer.

"I am, right, already a flag bearer, Mom," Karina replied softly.

"Yes already then. You guys believe in it the same way, Jasmine. Already, take it to the ceremonial field!" Ms. Grahita ended the debate this time.

With no other choice, Karina took Jasmine's hand towards the ceremonial field, followed by Komar behind Jasmine, watching, afraid that the beautiful girl who looked a little arrogant was running away from the task that was transferred to her.

Arriving in the field, it turns out that there is already a group of students waiting for their arrival. It was very obvious that their faces showed a worried look, as if they could die if they did not find the substitute ceremony leader of the Cello who did not enter.

"Woy! How's it?" Fabian asked with a panicked look. He was one of the students who served as Company One.

"Guys, know her, she's Jasmine. New eleventh grade student!" Karina was clear to all the students who were now ceremonial officers.

Fabian scratched his non-itchy temple. "So keep doing what, ******! Who's the replacement for Cello?"

"Jasmine's his replacement." Karina pointed at Jasmine with her chin.

All friends Karina meganga.

What's?!
