Pangawasa Warishing (Giant Tree Ruler)

Pangawasa Warishing (Giant Tree Ruler)
Chapter 2 - Floating City (Ocean Queen)

From a distance there are many fishing boats that go towards the middle of the sea, the ships look small compared to the passenger ships boarded by Penta and her group, even so, the ship was already using magic stones as its engine, a colorful light pushed the ships away, making it look like the ship was doing a show of attraction.

While on the other side of the deck of the ship are seen houses that float on the ocean, with stones neatly arranged as a foothold, the children ran over it but there was not the slightest wobble from the stones, it seemed like they were as strong as the ground in general.

“Outside biaasaaa, why do those houses float?” ask Penta with sparkling eyes.

The man beside her, replied. “That's because of the pumice that comes from mining near the city.”

“That's great, does it also use magic?” ask Penta again.

“No it's just a regular pumice stone.” Answer the short.

Suddenly Prabu got into the middle of the conversation. “But strange yes although it does not use magic stone it can float on water so, and again, it is very strong”

Perhaps the strong intention that Prabu said was that the stone did not sink even though it held a very heavy load like a house and others.

“Then, the stone only floats in the city, if it is taken away far from the city, the stone will only be an ordinary stone.” with hands folded on the chest Dyah continued his words.

Noticing Dyah who was looking at the city seriously, Penta answered him briefly. “Oh So.”

As they chatted on the deck, the captain of the ship announced the news through the loudspeakers on the ship.

“To all passengers, we will arrive at the destination soon, it is expected that passengers who have not tidied up the carry immediately prepare themselves, he said, and as soon as the ship is anchored in the dock you are allowed to descend through the door that is to the right of the ship.”

The ship's trumpet rang three times, indicating the ship had reached the dock, the passengers got off neatly from the ship.

It seemed to be late afternoon when the party group came out of the harbor. Although in say out of port, actually where they stand still remain on the edge and on the sea.

“Huahh, it's afternoon it turns out.” Rakryan yawned while raising his right hand up and his left hand holding his right ask elbow.

Dyan as party leader decided. “Because we want a night, we will find lodging first here and continue the journey tomorrow, and we should tonight also find information on how to go to Alas Warihing from this city.” who then stares at Coral to signal.

Corals retaliated with snuggling. “Good.”

Corals who are hunters do have the task of hunting for information instead of just hunting prey in the party.

The rest of the party members chuckled as they looked at the forced Coral expression, they knew the laziest Coral was told to look for information if it was late like this.

Suddenly. “Tolooong-please-tolooong”. There was the sound of cries for help from the direction of the settlement.

As Penta looked towards the voice, whoosh, the wind blew from the left side of her body. And it looked like Rakyan had already run a few meters in front.

Rakyan pulled out a sword crossed on his back while galloping, then jumped, flew over the running citizens, and descended while slashing at the neck of a creature that looked like a child, his neck was cut off in one slash.

Seeing that the two remaining creatures turned their bodies and blurred incredibly fast as well, probably as fast as Rakyan just now.

Rakyan ran after the creature, but it seemed that it was too far away to cut, and Rakryan threw the sword he was holding towards one of the creatures. Instantly the creature behind the other creature was pierced in the chest by the sword.

“Geni nesu, paringi kekuritas marang I sing frail.” Suddenly Dyah recite the words, make a pentagon-shaped light line with his right hand and push it with the palm of the hand. “Ball Fire.” A ball-shaped cluster of flames formed in front of that line of light and shot out incredibly fast and hit the one remaining creature.

In an instant the creature burned to the ground by a ball of fire that hit it and turned black.

Everything passed so quickly and did not have time for Penta to think exactly what happened. Only after everything was finished did Penta say. “What happened?”

The coral tried to explain. “It looks like there are 3 monsters that enter the city.” by putting both hands on the waist.

From a distance there was a rustling sound of iron rubbing against each other, it turned out that it was a group of soldiers dressed in iron, running towards the 3 monsters lying down.

One of the soldiers spoke. “Have you guys beaten them?” gasping.

Rakyan spoke firmly. “Where are your captains? I want to talk to him about this.”

The army was astonished. “Hah? The captain? Why do you want to talk to the captain? Who are you?”

Dyah who walked over, then spoke from behind Rakyan in a loud voice. “We are Rajendra level adventurers. I want to ask what happened, why did these three goblins get in here. Supposedly if there was an attack from the monsters I could see the commotion everywhere, but it seems like all of you are just focusing on running towards here. So I want to make sure what really happened.”

The soldier who was arrogant became nervous. “Ha, Rajendra, uhh, excuse my arrogance, if you guys want to meet the captain he is at the gate with some other soldiers.”

“Oh, so, alright.” Dyah spoke briefly to the soldier, then turned his body to face his party members. “I'll see the captain, you guys go to the inn first. I'll catch up after doing something to that captain.” spoke in an annoyed tone.

“Oh, yes, Coral please yaa.” Dyah left while giving kiss bye to Karang.

The coral also threw away his face. It seems that this happens quite often, but the other members keep smiling looking at it.

Arriving Dyah in front of the gate and approached the man who stood in a fairly luxurious army outfit, and was different from other soldiers.

“Who are you, what do you need here?”. Ask the arrogant Captain.

Dyah gave a sweet smile but looked somewhat annoyed, then replied. “I Dyah Guitarja level adventurer Rajendra.”

Captain's surprised. “Eh, Rajendra. Sorry, but what are Rajendra adventurers doing here?”

It seems that the level of Rajendra is quite respected in the country.

Responding to that, Dyah put her right staircase on her waist, as if to intimidate the Captain, and said. “I want to ask, why the three goblins were able to enter the city, but if seen here there are many soldiers, it is impossible that the soldiers deliberately let the goblins in?”. He looked at the captain seriously.

“Ten, sure. No way, hehe.” replied the captain stuttering.

“Then why can they enter?” Dyah glared at the captain.

The captain glanced at the left right as if looking for a reasonable answer. After a few seconds the captain replied. “Se, se, actuallyaa. That was. There were soldiers sleeping. Sa, while guarding the gate.”

“Oh so, it turns out that the captain here is very kind, letting all his soldiers fall asleep while guarding the gate.” Reply Dyah with a little annoyance while continuing to glare at the captain.

Dyah knew that and was sure that there must be something bad the captain did until there could be goblins who could enter.

“MAAF.” Said the captain while bowing. “I have neglected to do my job.”

“Oh, then?” Dyah still with an intimidating look to the captain.

The captain also realized that he was still glared at by the high-class witch. “I told all my men who were guarding the gate, to take some sacks of coffee beans that had just arrived at the port, to, and since I thought there would be no monsters coming then I died the gate unattended.” Quickly answer.

Dyah who became a little softened from her tone, asked again. “Where are your other men?”

“They go home for a break!” Said the captain.

“Alright, I understand, I will report to the royal knight later.” Dyah lowered his right hand and rushed to leave.

The captain suddenly pulled Dyah's right hand. “Please don't, I'm so sorry, I promise I won't repeat it back.” The captain pleaded.

He turned again towards the captain. “If you're really sorry apologize to the citizens, not me.”

“Well will I do, so I beg you!” Firmly Captain, still bowing while pulling Dyah's hand.

Dyah pulled both hands of the captain with his left hand to remove the hands from his right hand. “Alright, I wait for your appointment.”

Dyah left, with a firm step, like the superior had finished scolding his subordinates. The captain who was still bowing shouted. “THANK YOU!!”.

The soldiers there could only look in silence, perhaps this was the first time they had seen their captain being scolded by an adventurer.

It turns out that the level of Rajendra is in the same position as the royal knight, what if I could achieve that? Did I change profession to adventurer? Think of one of the soldiers standing there.

Arrived at the restaurant where his friends stayed.

“What happened?”. Ask Rakyan.

“Sih the captain, leaving the gate empty unattended.” Answer with a frown.

Rakyan shook his head.

“Already, anyways all safe and no one gets hurt.” Rani said soothingly.

Dyah smiled happily as she pressed her palms together and placed the back of her right hand on her left cheek, saying. “Ahh, finally able to eat meat again.”

“I think after a long journey we need to fill our stomachs with delicious meat.” Speak with a smile.

“Thank you, Penta already wants to spend her savings to buy all this. And don't eat too much later you get a stomachache.” Said Coral cynically.

“True, it should not be necessary to buy all of this, just eat vegetables and fish only.” sounds soft from Prabu.

“Thank you, Penta, you are really a good boy. Coral and Prabu should not need to eat huf.” Dyah took one piece of meat with his bones from the table, and ate it voraciously.

When Dyah's mouth was full of food, he spoke. “Oia ara bamana caria ioasina?”.

“Telen used to be your food.” said Karang then chewed the meat that was in his fork and continued. “Well I've got some information.” It seemed that only Karang understood what Dyah said.

Penta looked at Karang in awe, Rani and Prabu chuckled at that.

After drinking a sip of Beer at his desk, Karang continued. “To get to Alas Warihing there are two ways that can be traveled, one ride a magic car through the cross-city toll and get off at the rest area nearest to Alas Warihing, one ride a magic car through the cross-city toll, then we have to walk about two days there, or we walk from here and arrive within three days. If you ask me, I propose to go on foot, if riding a magic car other than the cost is more expensive, the time difference is also not much.”

Dyah listened with wisdom while chewing his flesh with fun.

“Can't we rent a magic car directly there?” Tanya Rani proposes.

Coral answered. “No one wants, I've asked some people, they say the risk is too big to drive off the road that has been made.”

“True too, if walking outside the road that no magic protector is very dangerous, will definitely be attacked by monsters.” Rani said it was like explaining something.

“That's not the case, those of us who rarely come here may not know, but for those who have lived here for a long time already know, if going to Alas Warihing is the same as taking a life.” Corals try to clarify.

Rakyan. “Then we all know!”

The coral breathed. “That's not what I mean, they said that from here it won't be visible, but, if you've walked half a day from the rest area closest to Alas Warihing, it's not, you will feel a thin fog and start to continue to walk unconsciously, as if you are not aware that you have actually reached Alas Warihing, he said, so if you are not careful you have certainly entered the Alas Warihing without realizing it even though you do not actually want to go there.”

Rani asked. “Oh, so they've been there? But how can they come back?”

“No. They never did and never did, they said. They got that info from some adventurers who were doing the trials going there, by tying a long rope to one of his friends and telling him to get into Alas Warihing, and pulling him back after a while. There were actually some people who disappeared from the experiment, but there were also those who managed to be pulled back. And the story comes from those who managed to retract.” Clear Coral at length.

Prabu and Rani shiver. Dyah was still eating voraciously, Rakyan looked indifferent, Penta was probably contemplating something.

Dyah realizes Penta's worries. “Just calm Penta, we can definitely go back, trust me.”

Penta smiled slightly hearing that. While Rakyan, chuckling like he was unsure, then stood up and walked out of the restaurant.

“Where does Rakyan go?” Ask Penta.

Coral answered. “Leave it alone, he always has current affairs like this.”

Dyah threw the bone from the meat he ate into the bowl on the table, and “Buk” the sound of lashing his palms against the table sounded strong enough to make some people at the restaurant turn their heads.

He ignored her and spoke. “Alright, it has been decided, tomorrow at dawn we will leave on foot to Alas Warihing. So let's continue eating.”

The coral smiled as it shook its head. Rani and Prabu just smiled brightly.

“Good.” Only Penta answered firmly.
