CHAPTER 3: THE MYSTERY IN THE HAUNTED VILLAGE

Fate still befalls Eric and Refald. Not only should I stay a little in this haunted village. The bad news they received was, both of them were forced to find lodging in the village because the workshop employee had an accident so that he could not reach the location of Refald on time.

Instead, the repair shop will send a replacement mechanic to repair Eric's jeep. Strange indeed, there was no wind no rain, suddenly the mechanic who was sent to the village where Refald and Eric were located instead had an unexpected accident. Even the mechanic's condition is in a coma.

Even though a replacement mechanic has been sent, it will still take longer. Tomorrow maybe the replacement mechanic can just come. Thankfully the shop owners offered Refald and Eric vacant rooms so they could both spend the night waiting for another workshop employee to come here to fix their jeep.

"Thank you for the offer, sir." Refald smiled sweetly at the shop owner.

"Together Den, come with me to see his room, hopefully at home. His name is also in the village, please be advised that there are no 5-star hotels here." the middle-aged shop owner was low. Though the rooms offered on Refald and Eric are much nicer for simple room sizes in a remote village.

After the shopkeeper closed the door, Refald opened the window of his room and observed the surroundings. From inside the room, Fey's fiancee was still staring at the two lovebirds where Kuntilanak who was still circling them was increasingly emitting flames of anger on the ghastly face.

“Hopefully the lovebirds are fine,” Eric murmured when he saw Asrok and Nina leaving the stall. He stood next to Refald as if he were thinking of something.

Refald himself did not say, he only observed the sudden movement of kuntilanak in white, changing color to bright red. That is, there would be lives drifting in the hands of that terrifying astral creature figure.

"Bray! That's what?" erick was startled and Refald shut the window door.

"It's a change of evil demons that will harm humans. Gawat, we can't stay in this village for long."

Silence, no word from Eric. Refald turned to his best friend and was immediately surprised because his best friend jumped on the mattress and hid under the blanket.Eric's body seemed to tremble with fear.

"Basically timid," muttered Refald to his best friend.

There was a strong inner war in Refald whether he should help the two lovebirds or not. Right now, Refald was just an ordinary young man just like Eric and the others. His strength was still restrained and had not returned. He could not predict when his strength would return as it was.

Even if Refald forced himself to help, it still will not solve the problem, which is even the situation will get worse and seep everywhere. Not demanding the possibility, all residents in this village will be affected.

“Why did they have an illicit relationship in that house!” refald's growled. He clenched his own two hands. Eric, who knew nothing, was also afraid that a Refald would be angry for no apparent reason.

“What do you mean? doing what relationship? Who do you mean?” asked Eric who immediately opened the blanket.

“They both made a big mistake and we came at an inopportune moment. If I postpone this day of our journey, we might not both be trapped in this village. Kuntilanak, it won't let anyone come or leave this village until the demon mission is complete. And I can't do anything about it because my strength still hasn't returned.”

This kind of thing doesn't scare you in the least. There's something wrong with this village and so is your brain. Next to you is maayat woy! Wh-whats! There's been a murder in this house. And you can still talk like that?" Eric was in shock.

"Not protest" cried Refald quietly so that his voice could not be heard from outside.

Refald again raised the hand hanging on the wall back to its original place. Without hesitation, he covered the wall damage from his hand punch with the cupboard displayed in another corner.

"Help me lift this closet!" pinta Refald on Eric who is still in deep shock.

Just imagine, now Eric and Refald are in the mortuary walled. I don't know what happened actually, which is clear the perpetrator who killed the body must be the owner of the friendly shop. No one knows why the man killed people and buried his victims in the walls of his own home.

Not to mention, all the walls of this room contain human bodies that are deliberately buried so as not to arouse suspicion. Surprisingly, the corpse did not emit a pungent odor so no one was suspicious of the vile deeds of the stall owner.

After finishing moving the cupboard, Refald closed his eyes with a solemn. He could smash the walls of the room in just one blow which meant that little by little, Refald's strength had returned though not simultaneously.
