Portal of Eternia: Interworld Peace

Portal of Eternia: Interworld Peace
Portal Trail

The sun rose on the horizon, shining on the city with its warm light. Aric sat on the edge of Elara's bed, waking her up gently. "Elara, it's time to wake up."

Elara yawned and rubbed her eyes with droopy eyes. "It's morning, brother? " Aric smiled. "Yes, it's time. Come on, we gotta go."

While still yawning, Elara moved sluggishly towards the bathroom to clean herself up. Aric took clean clothes and helped her choose clothes for the day. After getting ready, they both went to Elara's school and Aric left for work after dropping her off.

In the afternoon, Aric picks Elara up from school and they walk home together. In the middle of the road, the two of them stopped in a vast meadow. Elara ran among the grass, trying to catch up to the low-flying butterflies.

However, this time, Elara found something much more interesting. He knelt down near the ground and watched closely. "Sister, look at this!"

Aric approached and saw what Elara was showing. On the ground, engraved a strange emblem that looks like a circle with geometric patterns in it. Aric felt something unusual about this place. "This is not just a random sign. I feel like there's something we need to figure out."

Elara nodded in agreement, her eyes filled with curiosity. They felt there was a mystery behind the sign, and they felt they had to reveal it.

Later that night, after Elara fell asleep, Aric sat at a table in her room, studying the image of the emblem. He opened his old laptop and started looking for information about the sign. He did not find anything that matched that mark in their world. However, he felt that something strange was happening.

The next day, Aric and Elara return to the sign. They brought a ruler, pen, and paper to take the size and picture of the sign. After some time of observing and measuring it, they decided to ask a more experienced person.

They went to Mr. Thomas, a local historian they knew. They showed Mr. Thomas a picture of the sign and explained his discovery. Mr. Thomas pondered for a moment, as if trying to remember something.

"Kids," he said at last, "this mark is part of a very ancient legend. It's a symbol of another world."

"Another world?" repeat Elara with sparkling eyes.

Mr. Thomas nodded. "Exactly. Legend has it that in other worlds, there are mysterious places and magical creatures. But, so far, this is just a story told from generation to generation. No one knows for sure."

Aric pondered for a moment. Is it possible to have something to do with this sign and the existence of a mysterious portal? He felt that there was something he had to find.

The next night, after they returned home, Aric sat in his room with the sign in front of him. He pondered in silence, trying to figure out what all this meant. There might be a connection between the sign and the portal that appeared suddenly all over the world.

But in his chaotic mind, there was one question that did not stop haunting him. Why are they interested in the sign? Why do they feel the need to investigate further?

Aric knew that there was something bigger behind all this. He felt a strong urge to find answers. He knew that the two of them were on the verge of an incredible adventure, and he was ready to face it, no matter what might happen.

The days pass quickly, with Aric working hard at the auto repair shop and Elara staying diligent at school. However, the strange marks they found on the prairie continued to haunt him. Every night, Aric ponders the meaning of the sign, while Elara continues to read books about other worlds and magical creatures.

One afternoon, when the sun had started to set, Aric and Elara decided to return to the place of the sign. They faced it curiously, pondering over the mystery that might be hidden behind it.

"Sister, are we really going to find another world?" elara asked, her eyes full of hope.

Aric reached out his hand and grabbed his sister's hand gently. "I don't know, Elara. But we'll try to figure it out together."

They sat near the sign, contemplating in silence. Between the gurgling of the wind and the chirping of birds around, they felt that something was pulling them towards it, something invisible to the eye.

Aric raised his eyebrows, interested in his sister's idea. "What do you think, Elara?"

With sparkling eyes, Elara said, "What if we try to draw this pattern on the ground and see what happens?"

Aric hesitated for a moment, but then he smiled. "Why not? Maybe we can understand more about this sign."

They worked together, using each other's hands to carve out a pattern that looked similar to the mark. When they finished, they sat in the middle of the circle they had made, waiting with great anticipation.

But at first nothing happened. They felt disappointed and were almost ready to go home when suddenly, the circle below them started to glow slowly. The soft light that emerged from the ground surrounded them, forming a network of intricate patterns.

Aric and Elara looked at each other, shocked and dumbfounded. They felt warmth and energy flowing through their bodies, giving them a feeling they had never experienced before. However, as the light grew brighter, darkness suddenly surrounded them.

Aric tried to speak, but his voice was swallowed by the darkness that surrounded them. He felt like he was drowning in emptiness, not knowing where he was or what was happening. He tried to reach Elara's hand, but she felt like she was separated from him.

When he was about to give in to his feelings of loss and confusion, suddenly, a bright light filled his gaze. He felt like he was being thrown into a powerful flow of energy. His heart and mind were soaring, and he felt like he was flying through a different dimension.

When the light finally subsides, Aric is stranded somewhere very unfamiliar. He felt the ground under his different feet, the different air around him. He looked around in confusion and admiration.

He was in the middle of a dense forest, where trees towered up into the sky. Soft sunlight entered the crevices of the leaves, creating shadows that danced on the ground. He felt like he was in a world far from the one he had ever known.

Suddenly, the sound of footsteps approached. Aric turned around and found Elara standing among the trees, her eyes full of wonder. He also arrived at this place.

"Sister, what's going on?" Elara asked in surprise.

Aric shook his head, trying to find the missing answer. "I don't know, Elara. We seem to be in a completely different place."

However, before they could understand any further, the sound of the clattering of large animal legs sounded approaching. The two of them turned around and saw a creature they had never seen before. The animal looked like a mix between a horse and a lion, with golden brown fur and intelligent eyes.

The creature approached them cautiously, but did not look aggressive. Aric and Elara were astonished and a little scared, but also felt captivated by the mysterious creature.

As the creature approached, a melodious and strange voice sounded in the minds of the two of them. "Don't worry. You're safe here."

Aric and Elara looked at each other, confused about the origin of the voice. However, they felt that the voice was emerging from the creature in front of them.

The creature continued, "You have arrived in Eternia, a world where various magical creatures and wonders coexist. Not many humans have ever been here."

Aric stepped forward, still holding Elara's hand tightly. "Who are you?"

The creature smiled, its intelligent eyes looking at them. "I am Karion, the guardian of this forest.
