CHAPTER 23.

Riana stood on the balcony of her apartment, the wind of the night hit her face and hair, mama Nisya had even told her to come in many times, but many times they refused.

Richard and Nisya were still in Riana's apartment, their stay extended until Riana's wedding was over, Richard had even contacted his younger sister and nephew to come and attend Riana's wedding, even Nisya herself did not understand the way her husband's mind, until Nisya decided to silence her husband, it is no secret that Richard always be firm, even tend to be fierce, it is no secret, especially if it concerns people he cares about. 

Nisya even made astonishment with the work of the husband, this morning after talking to Brian, Richard immediately disseminated the wedding plan Riana, both in the hospital, as well as in print and electronic media, and now almost all of his colleagues, colleagues, and even all of Richard's acquaintances know that Richard will again have a son-in-law, even though his future daughter-in-law this time is the same person.

Nisya threw away his face while Richard took his place on his side, they were now sitting leaning on the headboard of the bed, Richard clasped his wife's hand, he knew very well if his wife was angry with him, “Ma .. want to see when mama silences papa?” her question was gentle.because since returning from the hospital this afternoon, Nisya deliberately did not invite her husband to talk.

“Mama did not think as papa, it is true that Riana married Brian secretly, and separated after their child was born, but now it looks like papa thrust Riana to get hurt again Brian.” complains of a woman who is still beautiful at her age.

“Can papa talk? don't let anger get in the way, solve problems before we close our eyes at night, do you say?” asked Richard softly.

Nisya turned to look at her husband's face, there were tears stuck there, surely she was very sad to think of their daughter one of her.

“Papa did all this to protect Riana, do you think papa will shut up and just let go of Riana?” asked Richard, shaking his head. 

“What do you mean?” 

“Papa knew Brian's intentions, maybe Riana's pregnancy was just a coincidence, but Brian deliberately took advantage of Riana's pregnancy in order to master all Roger.”'s inheritance 

"I don't know what Papa means."

"Roger's legacy could fall to Brian, if Brian married Riana and had a child with Riana." 

His nose smothers his mouth in disbelief, “Isn't Brian Roger's biological son? why would Brian have to bother to marry Riana just to be able to master the inheritance that was supposed to be his?”

Richard nodded confirming what his wife had said. “But Roger did not think so, he once told me that he loved our daughter very much, just as he loved his unruly son from childhood, and a few months before Roger died, as he did, he indicated the contents of his will, if within five years Brian does not remarry with Riana, then all his wealth will fall into the hands of Riana, and Brian is only given the right to manage, without being allowed to enjoy.”

“So can you imagine, what happened to our daughter, if their marriage was done in secret? of course Riana would be greatly harmed, because Brian was only taking advantage of Riana's existence," Richard paused for a moment his sentence, "if their marriage is legal and known to the public, as well, so the lawyers appointed by Roger will take part in protecting our daughter, as well as the shareholders, because indirectly Riana is the new CEO of Gustav.Inc instead of Brian who is a legitimate descendant of the owner Gustav.Inc.”

Nisya stunned to hear her husband's explanation, she did not expect that after his departure, Roger still keep Riana, as he promised long ago proposed Riana to be married to Brian.

"But still, mama's worried about me." Nisya Complain.

Unknowingly, His tears just flowed.

"Don't worry, papa will put papa's confidants in Roger's mansion, not just anyone, they're my best men, from servants, to bodyguards, even Mr. Robin's butler, until now still loyal to Roger, this afternoon papa had talked to him about the marriage of Brian and Riana, and Mr. Robin will arrange the position of papa's men there later." 

Richard saw relief on the wife's face. "Can you be a little calmer now?" 

Nisya nodded, grateful that behind Richard Yang's hasty decision, there were many intentions to protect Riana from Brian.

This morning the news of Riana's marriage shocked the entire William Medical Center, excited because Riana was married again to her ex-husband, the news also stopped by the ears of Viona and Rodrigo, who were married again, Viona even began to associate the series of events after events, Brian who suddenly appeared at William Medical Center, then Brian who suffered from pregnant women's syndrome, ‘not wrong again must be the cause’, muttered Viona, now Viona's allegations begin to lead to one thing that she believes is the truth, namely Riana is pregnant with the child of her ex-husband.

So surprised by this series of events, even Viona left her breakfast just like that at the cafeteria table, even though she had not swallowed anything this morning, Vioana was running fast, and she was just like that,  can't wait to see Riana and dig up as much information as possible. 

With her breathing still going up and down irregularly, Viona arrives in Riana's room to coincide with the arrival of Rodrigo whose condition is also not much different from Viona.

“Why are you keeping something this important from me?” Accuse Rodrigo when his breathing stabilizes.

“Do not accuse, if I know there is no way I am this sweet.” replied Viona did not accept the allegations made by Rodrigo.

Viona rushed to knock on the door of Riana's room, but it seemed that Riana had not come, to the point of not sounding authentic.

“What are you doing in front of my room?” Suddenly Riana's voice shocked the two.

Apparently Riana has just arrived, her face looks fresh, but there is no happiness there, like a newlywed.

“Is the news we heard this morning?” asked Viona impatiently, she even went straight to the point, even so impatient, Viona did not realize the gloomy face of Riana.

Riana did not want to answer, she passed her two best friends just like that, then pressed a combination of numbers to open the door of her room. “Let's go in, we talk inside, I still have plenty of time until my practice hours start.
