PRINCE OM-OM

PRINCE OM-OM
CHAPTER 24

“Mas Rendra...,” shouted Luna very loudly. I don't know why it's the only name he's capable of taking out right now. He remembered very well how Rendra always came when he was in trouble.

Buuuggg, buuuggg..

The two black-clothed people who were pulling Luna suddenly fell to the ground with a groan of pain. Luna was surprised by what happened. His eyes could not blink when a man wearing a white jacket, jeans, and white hat blindly hit the two thugs.

Luna just kept quiet with her mouth slightly open. Is he Rendra? A question that came to his heart and he wanted to answer by himself with the word yes.

The man was really great, the two thugs were battered. They both got back in the box and ran away.

Luna looked at the man who had helped her with a sharp look. The girl was eager to see clearly his face, yet the man always covered his face with a hat.

“You who? Thank you for helping me,” said Luna politely. The man just nodded and hurried away.

“Wait!” shouted Luna while running over to the man, “sorry do you know where this address is?” Luna showed me the business card she was carrying.

The man kept trying to hide his face while receiving the business card. “The place is very far, you will be until the afternoon. Better get back! The road here is not safe,” said the man who made Luna gap again.

“Mas Rendra,” she said softly, the male voice was very similar to the color of her husband's voice.

“I Doni,” the man reached out his right hand and told me his name.

“Hah,” said Luna who currently cannot think clearly. In his brain there was only Rendra at this moment.

“I Doni, better you go home now.” The man repeated his sentence and then hurried away from Luna.

For a few seconds Luna tried to wake herself up. He's Doni, not Rendra. The sentence was repeated several times to convince him who still does not believe if the man who helped him was not Rendra.

“Where are you Luna?” A question with a loud voice was able to make Luna surprised until her heartbeat beat fast.

“Mama,” kataLuna while exhaling. The girl was relieved because the owner of the voice was her mother-in-law who was sitting in the living room.

“Mama asked, where are you from huh?”

“Luna, Luna from, Luna out with Rani.”

“Why mama scream?” asked Luna trying to stay polite.

“You must have gone to a place that wasn't right, just as easily as you forgot your husband Lun. You must have had fun with other men.”

“Mama said what?”

“Alah, you holy-spirited. Mama knows that you don't love Rendra at all. You just want to master the treasure. And now, after your son is gone, you can be free to have fun out there.”

“Maa...,” said Luna in a slightly more percussive voice.

“What? You dare to fight mama hah?”

Luna approached her mother-in-law with a sharp look, “does you think I don't know what you're really planning to do with Ryan? As long as you know, I'm not going to transfer my husband's inheritance to Ryan. Ryan or your other sons, have no rights at all to this treasure.”

“Luna what did you say?” grinned bu Fatma with a slightly tense face because of what Luna had said.

Luna smiled smirked, “situations like this are very uncomfortable for you Ma, better Mama go back to the room and rest. I also want to rest.”

“Luna you are so impolite, how can my son marry a woman of such an attitude as you?”

“Hey, hey Mom, shstttt.” Luna put her index finger to her lips, as a sign that Fatma was silent.

“Don't call my husband your son! Someone else has more right to call my husband his son than you Ma. Did mom forget? Mas Rendra was buried more than two weeks ago. But Mama, the woman whom my husband always regarded as his mother had never visited his grave at all. This woman who is very dear to Rendra prefers reunions, arisan, streets, rather than coming to the tomb of her son. And this woman who is dear to my husband, apparently trying to destroy him, trying to control his property.”

“Luna, what did you say hahh?”

“Mama, I said the facts. Never mind Mama, I'm so tired. We better rest in the room,” pinta Luna then step foot.

“Your brash base, leave you from this house Luna!” shouted Fatma who made Luna stop her steps.

The girl turned around and looked back at her mother-in-law with a sweet smile on her lips. “Mama forgot yes, this house belongs to Luna, company, assets, deposits, all belong to Luna. So according to Mama, who should get out of this house?”

Ms. Fatma's heart was pounding, and there was anger in her eyes. But this woman was speechless, Ms. Fatma could only step foot and return to her room with a rage she could not vent.
