"The big lady and the young lady, go! I will face them." said Ti Chi again because there was no movement.

Qing Xia smiled sinisterly, she removed her hand grip from Se Se then said to her Mother-in-law. "Mother, wait here, I'll get them all cleaned up quickly."

Se Se nodded.

"My daughter-in-law turned out to have a proud and brave nature." thought Se Se with a proud heart.

Qing Xia stood about to get out of the horse carriage, but Se Se pulled his arm.

"Wait a minute" he said while looking for something behind the sleeves of the clothes that he was actually opening the dimensional space to pick up the weapons.

Se Se took out a dagger made by Han Ze Xuan for him. He then gave the dagger to Qing Xia.

The dagger was made of black steel with a sturdy and strong wooden handle. The handle is engraved according to the hand of a petite woman so that makes the dagger very suitable for use by women.

"Wear this to protect yourself. Be careful." he said again before releasing Qing Xia's arm.

Qing Xia stared at the dagger in his hand, a blade that looked more like a precious item than a weapon. After hearing the sound of the fight from outside, he nodded his head then got off the horse carriage.

At that moment, the sun was shining. Strong winds repeatedly blow away dust and dry leaves. Tree branches rub against each other because of the constant wind that blows endlessly.

Qing Xia adjusted her eyesight, she wore the advantages possessed by her eyes that could see through to notice where the assassins were still hiding.

"Everything straight out? Aren't they too confident?" qing Xia said inwardly as he did not see any assassins hiding.

Ti Chi was still standing with both legs widened in front of the horse carriage while stopping the assassins from getting close.

Qing Xia averted his gaze, he gazed towards the assassins numbering in their twenties. There was not the slightest trace of fear on her face, the woman instead smiled sinisterly while having a dialogue in her heart.

"I haven't killed in a long time, but these killers have come, so I can have a little fun. Since you guys are looking for trouble first, then don't blame me if I take your life."

Qing Xia took out a dagger from her scabbard, she then charged towards the assassins.

"Young Miss!" shouted Ti Chi who was surprised to see Qing Xia running towards the assassins in front of him.

Se Se opened the window curtain, he noticed all the movements made by his daughter-in-law.

Qing Xia started attacking quickly, he killed one by one the men in black who were holding swords as their weapons.

"One! Two! Three! Four..."

One by one, they got a stabbing gift from a dagger held by Qing Xia. Those who realized that the opponent before him was not an easy enemy to face ended up retreating secretly.

Qing Xia counted the number of assassins he had already spent. After the count of twenty, Qing Xia stopped attacking. He stood staring at the rest of the assassins with a gaze similar to a starving lion.

"Next it's your turn" he said grinning.

"Don't be arrogant! You are only lucky to have such incredible speed." said one of the assassins while staring furiously at Qing Xia.

He watched his comrades who were already drenched in blood and became corpses on the ground. His anger grew even bigger as he stared at a jade hanging on the waist of one of the corpses lying below.

"I'll kill you!" he shouted with mounting anger.

The jade was a gift from her to a colleague whom she deeply cared about. Upon learning of his partner's death, this man was unable to control his emotions.

The man in black clothes ran and jumped towards Qing Xia, he attacked blindly by continuously swinging his sword at Qing Xia's body which was still moving quickly to dodge without having a chance to put up a fight.

After the man was tired, his movements slowed down a bit. Qing Xia did not waste the opportunity, he countered the attack from the murderous man by throwing a dagger in his hand right at the man's head.

"Brukkk!"

The man's body fell to the ground, he immediately exhaled his last breath after Qing Xia approached then pulled out the dagger stuck on his forehead.

Ti Chi noticed clearly all of Qing Xia's nimble, swift, ruthless and on target movements. He aimed his dagger at the dangerous passage that instantly killed a human in a single stab.

Ti Chi had shuddered in horror at the sight before him, he felt danger coming from Qing Xia's gaze towards the assassins.

"Gruesome .." thought Ti Chi.

While Se Se who was still sitting quietly inside the horse carriage also felt the same way. The only difference was that Se Se did not feel the horror like Ti Chi who shuddered in fear seeing Qing Xia kill the people in black clothes who blocked their path.

"Qing Xia has great strength and power, his stamina is also incredible. He did not look exhausted despite having already killed 20y people in a row. His movements were nimble, extremely fast and right in a deadly place. Her... It looks like a professional assassin." Se Se thought as he looked towards Qing Xia.

Qing Xia continued his attack, he went back to counting while stabbing the neck of the man around him.

"Twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-three, last, twenty-four."

The last remaining assassins were still standing in front of Qing Xia. The man looked at the woman before him with a frightened look on his face, holding his sword with trembling hands.

"This woman must be a demon!" he thought as he stared in horror at Qing Xia's eyes.

While Qing Xia looked at her with a look of disdain, the sinister smile on that pretty face did not look attractive in the eyes of the killer at all. He almost peed on his pants from being frightened with Qing Xia's face filled with splashes of blood.

"Last!" qing Xia said as he threw his dagger.

"Trugg!"

A sword blocked Qing Xia's dagger, the dagger fell down from the impact of the iron sword on the dagger's handle.

Qing Xia turned around, staring at who the person protecting the last assassin was being targeted.
