Pura Pura Wife
Chapter 26

Sorra was astute, not caring for Arlene who was still standing before him. Dean who was holding Alleyah pulled Arlene to sit down.

"Don't mind her Arlene, she's just jealous of you" he glanced at his older sister.

"You don't have much to say, all this because you brought disease by marrying this man!" sorra jolted at his sister by pointing at Arlene.

"Come Sorra. You are why you always take care of my life problems, you should immediately find a partner so as not to interfere with the lives of others!"

Deborah snorted in annoyance, she touched Sorra's arm to stop the debate as Miranda was walking into the dining room. Miranda came, she immediately sat down in an ordinary place without saying anything, her face cold and also flat as usual.

Alleyah who arrived suddenly scowled hide dredged Dean's neck when she saw Miranda sitting, maybe the toddler still remembers the incident last night or I don't know. Recalling what Miranda did to her daughter, Arlene cleared her throat slightly and prepared to be ready with the words she was about to say to her.

"grandmother ... Thank you, for what Grandma did to my daughter last night, the fever just went down and-"

"Pour the porridge!" tell Miranda coldly, ignoring Arlene's thanks.

Deborah and Sorra smiled in silence, starting to lift their spoon scoops with happy glances at each other.

They had breakfast in silence, his face was already flat and was bribing seriously. At least no one discussed the events of last night or just simply asked the current state of Alleyah.

"Don't think because I did it, then I'll allow your marriage. My decision remains the same, so there is no need to say thank you!"

Firm and straightforward as ever and even impressed no matter what Arlene said. Arlene was silent, she didn't really care, just that Dean was elbowing her slowly. I don't know what Dean wants to say.

Sorra and his mother cheered inwardly, looking as if her lips were more curved than before. They are happy with the decision of the owner of the wealth that does not waver in the slightest. The condescending and intimidating gazes of the two were glaring sharply.

"That absurd decision of Grandma won't change my decision either, I can't marry someone I don't love, especially now that I already have them." dean brightly hugged Alleyah and clasped Arlene's hand tightly.

It made Miranda surprised, of course. Even her mother and sister were shocked, Arlene bit her lower lip a little, holding her heart warmed up because of Dean's touching speech, as if this situation really happened to her.

"Dee!" debora Sentak.

"Sorry mom, I'm sticking to my own decision." Dean was still hugging Alleyah who was still at home in his carrier.

Their debate paused for a moment as the carefree Zoya walked into the room and immediately greeted all those tense-looking people.

"I'm sorry, I'm late again this morning," he said, who immediately rubbed the cheeks of the kingpin Alleyah. "His Funny.." he hissed later.

Alleyah thrashed when she saw Zoya, her two hands reached towards her and asked to be carried, Zoya who was sitting now raised her butt again and was about to hold Alleyah.

"Let her Zoya ... Eat your breakfast, his mother is here, let him take care of it." Miranda joked in a loud voice, her mouth sharp as she looked at the 18-year-old girl. Make him fall asleep and sit back.

Dean was fed up with the treatment his family kept imposing their will on him. Arlene got up and slightly bowed towards Miranda before leaving to catch up with Dean who was faster than her.

They walked back to the room, with Dean still not saying what, the man just kept quiet until they went into the room.

"Give me Alleyah, you must be sore" Arlene said by taking her daughter from Dean's lap.

The two were still silent without a word, only glancing at each other when the voice of Alleyah's voice sounded between the silence of the two.

"Dean .. Can I talk to your grandmother alone?" arlene's hatch arrived.

"For what?" she said, "It won't change Arlene's decision, maybe I'll just leave the mansion if they keep pushing." she said.

"We haven't tried it yet, who knows if we'll change if we talk well with her, maybe your grandmother just doesn't know what reason you can't accept their decision to marry you to Selena." bright Arlene.

Dean fell silent, then scooped his face violently and then got up from his seat and went into the bathroom without saying anything.

The 24-year-old sighed, wanting her to help him by talking to Miranda without involving Debora and Sorra who obviously wanted Dean and Selena's marriage the most. Even though he himself did not know what he could tell Miranda would make him change his mind, especially he himself did not know what was the main reason Dean refused his marriage.

Soon Dean came out of the bathroom with a face that looked fresher, but did not cover the actual situation, if the current mind was clearly chaotic, he said, the dimpled man immediately threw himself on the bed without caring anymore about Arlene's plan.

Arlene came out of the room after making sure her daughter was asleep, as well as the one who seemed to have also gone to sleep. Arlene walked alone to the garden beside the back pavilion, breathing fresh air at night that could be soothing.

Arlene's steps came to a halt as she looked at Miranda who was sitting on a chair, staring into the garden without a blink.

Late last Arlene ventured to approach him, she could not possibly turn back because Miranda's personal assistant had already looked towards her.

"grandmother ...?"

Miranda was silent, though Arlene was convinced that she had heard the greeting calling her. His gaze remained straight ahead, not knowing what he saw back then.

"Go, I don't want to talk to you!"
