The Eternal Ice Lotus
The slowly disappearing body of the Zhukai began to be seen, in just a split second, the body of the Zhukai had been fully visible.
Meanwhile, Xue Lian who heard those words immediately looked at Huang Lin trying to ask him about the truth.
Gaining a sharp gaze from Xue Lin, Huang Lin was completely oblivious. He immediately walked towards Kai and knelt in salute.
"Greetings Mr.."
Kai nodded in satisfaction at the attitude Elder Lin showed, "You can stand up..".
Elder Lin nodded and immediately stood behind Kai while closing his eyes.
"You********fucking!! How dare you betray our master." Xue Lian shouted loudly at Huang Lin.
"So what if he betrays you, soon you too will be like him." Kai chuckled while walking slowly.
"Tch, talk a lot. Feel this.."
Xue Lian took out a small sword from within her spatial ring. He darted very quickly and used his sword to stab forward towards the Zhukai.
"Be careful sir!!.." Elder Lin shouted with a feeling of worry. If Kai dies then he will die with him because his soul is currently in Kai's hands.
Looking at a sword stab that was pointing at him, Kai only smiled a little. He dodged very easily and struck Xue Lian right in his stomach.

Xue Lian's body crashed so far away that it smashed into the wall of Elder Lin's house, she stood up and felt a pain in her stomach.

"That's fast enough, but just with it won't be enough to give me a fatal wound." Kai let out a long sigh, he activated the Star God Title which instantly made his Cultivation base soar to the Third Order's Ancient God.
He released Qi from within his body out through his meridian Stream. With that Qi, Kai formed a thin transparent sword.
"The Dance of the Fire Sword.."
Kai casually flicked his Sword aside, a sword print formed in the air with embers of fire surrounding it.
That sword and the two wind swords clashed causing quite a loud explosive sound.
"It's been quite a joke.." Kai's gaze turned cold, he stared intently at Xue Lian.
Whuss!!
In just a split second, he was already behind Xue Lian and tightly gripped onto Xue Lian's two hands.
Kai also took out a bottle containing a sticky black liquid, he forcibly opened Xue Lin's mouth and then stuffed the sticky black liquid into his mouth.
"Byomuak!! Uhuk!! Uhuk!!.. Damn bastard, what did you put in my mouth.."
Just like Elder Lin, Xue Lian also kept trying to extract that black liquid from within her body. But, how hard he tried, Xue Lian was simply unable to take out the liquid.

Xue Lian was surprised, but in the next second she immediately realized that Huang Lin had told her everything. Inevitably, Xue Lian only had one choice.
"That's because our Sect leader will soon break through to the Heavenly God Realm. But he couldn't break through except to awaken one of the powerful bloodlines." Xue Lian continued to explain in detail about What happened.
After Xue Lian finished telling the story, Kai immediately nodded. The status of Xue Lian within the DuanJin Sect was slightly higher than Huang Lin's. Thus, he knew of information that Huang Lin did not know.
Also, the reason why the DuanJin Sect was looking for the Altar of Resurrection and the Sacred Ape Bloodline was because their current Sect Leader was about to break through to the Heavenly God Realm.
But in order to break through to the Heavenly God Realm, Sect chief DuanJin had to awaken a Bloodline that was at the God level.

They were the Ice Palace and the Xumeng Kingdom.
But who would be so foolish as to hand over their most precious treasure to someone else who could become their enemy in the future..
"Hmm, so they don't know that the Altar of Resurrection is an artifact?" Kai thought in his mind.
"Well you can go. When you have important information about them, tell me as soon as possible."
Xue Lin nodded, she immediately turned around to leave.
Meanwhile, Kai who had no more business there immediately returned to his residence. But before that, he turned around and said to Elder Lin.
"Good job.."
Hearing that, Elder Lin was very happy and hoped to get some more resources from the Zhukai.
The resources Kai had given him earlier this afternoon greatly aided his cultivation development, and he was very confident that if his speed persisted like that, within ten years, elder Lin could break through to higher realms.

"Thank you Yi'er was worried about me, but I had to raise my strength as quickly as possible. My institution says there's gonna be a danger coming soon." Kai replied smilingly trying to calm Yi down so as not to worry.

In the current System shop only provides Fire, Wind, and Lightning Elements Resistance. If Kai wanted to gain Resistance to the Ice element, he would at least have to upgrade the System to version 4.0.
He sat cross-legged on the floor while that Eternal Ice Lotus had already floated in front of him emitting such a cold aura.
