Rebel Princess
The Escape Plan

Catherine felt constrained by the arranged marriage arranged by her family. He did not want to live in the same circle of power and wanted to change the way his kingdom was governed. However, his first step was to escape the palace and join the rebels to achieve his goal.

Catherine felt anxious and looked at the ceiling of her palace room. "I cannot continue to live in this unhappiness" he murmured inwardly. "I have to do something to change my fate." He then decides to meet William, the rebel leader he knows.

"I felt constrained by my parents' desire to match me to a prince" Catherine told William.

"What do you want to do?" ask William.

"I want to take control and rule the kingdom in my own way" Catherine replied firmly.

William pondered for a moment before saying, "But, Catherine, are you sure of your decision? If you escape from the palace, it will be very dangerous."

Catherine smiled bitterly. "I have to do it, William. I can't live in someone else's shadow forever. I want to be a good leader and give justice to the little people."

William nodded in understanding. "All right, I'll help you. We must plan everything carefully and carefully."

Catherine was relieved to hear the support of William. They begin to plan everything to ensure the success of their plan. They decided to flee at night with the help of some of the rebels.

Catherine sits with William in a dark room inhabited by some rebellious people, planning their escape from the palace.

"You need to get ready, Catherine," William said in a whispering voice. "It's going to be a dangerous night, but we have to take risks."

Catherine nodded. "I'm ready, William. I can't keep living in my golden prison in this palace."

"Well, I'll ask some people to help you escape" William said, taking out a piece of paper from his jacket. "This is the map of the palace and the escape route we've prepared."

Catherine took the map and looked closely. "We have to get out of here and head to the harbor, right?"

William nodded. "Yes, and we will board the ship we have prepared. We'll take you somewhere safe."

Catherine took a deep breath. "I can never say thank you enough, William. You have helped me in this difficult time."

William smiled gently. "No need to thank you, Catherine. We help each other to achieve our goals. And don't forget, we have to be careful not to get caught."

However, their plan almost failed when they were almost caught by the palace guards. Catherine felt her heart pound as they ran through the dark corridors of the palace. They made it out of the palace and went to the rebel hideout.

They paused for a break and took a breath in the rebel hideout. Catherine still looked frightened and could not believe that they had managed to escape the palace guards.

"It's okay, we made it," said William trying to appease Catherine. "Are you okay?"

Catherine nodded hesitantly, "Yes, but I feel like my heart is about to jump out of my chest."

William smiled, "You dare to do this. But, this is the first step towards the change you want."

Catherine nodded in agreement, "But, now what should we do?"

William thought for a moment before saying, "We must meet with the other rebel leaders and discuss our plans to overthrow the existing government."

They made their way to the hideouts of other rebel leaders to discuss their plans. However, shortly after arriving there, they realized that they were being chased by the palace guards.

"They found us!" catherine said in panic.

William took her hand, "Don't be afraid, I'll protect you. We're gonna get out of here and fight for our rights together."

They ran through the forests and rivers to avoid the palace guards. After several hours of running, they finally arrived at a small village and took refuge there.

Catherine was relieved that they had managed to escape, but she also felt worried about their next plan. He knew that their next move would be more difficult, but he remained determined to continue the struggle with William and the rebels.

There, Catherine begins to learn about how to lead in a good way from William and the other rebellious men. They helped him to improve his skills in combat and diplomacy

However, their happiness did not last long. The prince who was betrothed to Catherine learned of her whereabouts and sent an army to capture her. They stormed rebel hideouts and fierce fighting ensued.

Catherine and William stood side by side in front of the rebel forces, ready to fight the royal forces that raided their hideout. They prepared themselves to fight tenaciously, although they knew that the royal army was more numerous and better trained.

"Prepare yourself, we must endure to the last point of blood!" william said in a loud voice.

Catherine nodded and held her sword tightly. "I am ready to protect my friends and our vision for freedom" he said with determination.

The battle began and the sound of colliding swords resounded around them. Catherine and William fought with all their might, defeating many of the kingdom's warriors with their excellent fighting skills.

However, the number of the royal army continued to grow and they were finally pushed back. William is mortally wounded and Catherine is suddenly shocked to see the prince appear before her. The prince looked at him sharply and pointed his sword at him.

"You can't escape your destiny, Catherine," he said coldly.

Catherine was afraid, but she would not give up. He held his sword tightly and prepared to fight the prince with all his might.

In the battle, Catherine managed to kill the prince with her own sword. This victory made Catherine very popular among the small people and she was eventually crowned queen.

"Catherine, you've done something extraordinary" William said proudly.

Catherine smiled. "Nothing is impossible if we have determination and a strong spirit. I will rule with justice and bring happiness to my people."

William agreed. "I will always support you, Catherine. And I'm sure your people will always support you."

Catherine was relieved and happy. After a long life of being restrained by matchmaking and the circle of power, he finally managed to free himself and achieve his goal. He felt lucky to have a friend as good as William and also a rebel who helped him in the plan to escape and seize the throne of the kingdom.

"Now, let's start a new future for this kingdom" Catherine said excitedly.

William smiled. "Of course, Catherine. We will work hard to build a better and more just kingdom for all its people."

With renewed vigor, Catherine and William began their new reign. They work together to improve the living conditions of the people and create a brighter future for their kingdom.
