But it even made the young man dressed in luxury earlier yell berating Hiro because he was upset his words were ignored by Hiro.

Hearing Hiro's words made the young man in luxurious clothes and his friends laugh out loud, they thought that Hiro's words just now were a very funny joke to them.

They only looked from a distance and whispered because of how unlucky Hiro was to deal with the young man.
"Hahhh..I used to want to give a little pardon to this city and the Si clan but it seems like I have to undo the intention, said the man, destroying the Si clan along with the rotten people in it was already a good idea" Hiro said.
Hiro then uses his Skil Creation and makes the time around him stop.
