The second general who heard it was surprised did not expect that the emperor would allow it.

After Hiro's departure, the second general approached the emperor and questioned why the emperor would allow it.

"Your Majesty!" The second general then left the emperor alone.
"Bahhh.... It seems like something interesting will happen to this empire, after all this time I finally feel excited again in living life" said the emperor when after there was no one in the room.
He stared at the ceiling of the room with an indescribable gaze.
